David was GREAT! Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Office young lady was also very friendly. You'd be wise to use this company.

David is the owner, and a super nice guy. Work completed in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. Even showed me a part I could order on Amazon and replace myself to save some money. Have used several times.

Terrible customer service. The owner will text you to argue with you rather than try to give customer service. Yes, he showed up late. Threw a whole temper tantrum in my garage. I had to block him from texting me after he left my property and now will continue to argue on here. There was absolutely zero reason to ever text or contact me after they left my house the way they did. But he continued to harass me. I will be filing a formal complaint due to him knowing where i live and having to block him. As you can tell by his reply he has to argue. Even with customers that have spent over $7,000 with his company. I gave a 5 star rating to roto rooter. I advise everyone to please use them. He didnt offer to leave. He threw a loud temper tantrum, left when i said he doesn’t need to do the service, and then continued to text ME until I blocked him. If he was as calm as your false claims then there would be no reason to continue the harassment. This is not defamation, its truth. Keep exposing yourself and your customer service here for everyone to see.

Called before coming with ETA!! Love that!! They got me in pretty quick. 2 very clean cut gentleman showed up on time, professional, and were friendly. 100% satisfied.

I've been a business owner for 25 years and feel our companies integrity is rarely matched. The contacted me for a check in and offered complimentary inspection. Tinkered with a few things during the inspection and help us plan for future project. The are honest and will happily call them for our plumbing needs.

David and his team did an excellent job repairing our root-damaged sewer line, including finishing the work on Saturday. Although our front yard was dug up, they returned the landscaping to what it looked like before the excavation.

Michael with Pristine Plumbing evaluated & fixed our bathroom sink stopper & leaking toilet with expert ease. I was surprised at how efficiently & thoroughly he replaced the faulty parts, tested & inspected the work to make sure everything was in working order. Our store had a backup and a foul smell and they came same day. They were great and reasonable and they fixed the problem. The technician knew right away what the issue was and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. They are a great company to work with.

We had a major slab leak. Replaced most of the slab pipes with overhead PEX. The guys who did the plumbing work were all great. The guys who repaired all the drywall cutouts were also great. I will call on Pristine Plumbing again if ever needed.

Needed a water shut off valve quote and installation after a water leak and couldn’t reach our usual guy. David answered and came out the very next morning. Very communicative, super upfront about costs and was just no BS. After getting the parts he came out the very next day and completed the install. Would highly recommend for plumbing needs and will be calling him from now on.

We’ve had a reoccurring blockage in our house for a few years, but it would only happen when we had lots of visitors staying with us. I finally had a company investigate the ultimate culprit. The first company that came out showed us a video of the blockage believing it was rebar blocking us up all the way down from our sidewalk. This was going to be a big job, so we got multiple bids.

Pristine Plumbing was in the same ballpark as the other companies, but I appreciated their customer service and the way they presented themselves when they came out late at night. After we decided to move forward with them, the owner came out the next day. All companies had seen the video that was given to us, but David was the first plumber to actually guess correctly that it was not rebar, but a toilet bolt! It was lodged ever so perfectly into the turn of the pipe. The pictures show the clean repair that was more than 10 feet below the surface, as well as the piece of piping that was removed with the lodged toilet bolt.

I’ve hired Pristine Plumbers for several projects over the last few years & have always had a great experience. David has installed bathroom faucets, my kitchen faucet & cleared a very clogged kitchen sink. He’s also installed a new water softener & cleared a clogged toilet. He’s knowledgeable & personable & easy to work with. Any plumbing issue I’ve had, Pristine Plumbing has solved. Their Office Manager is friendly & helpful with questions & scheduling & they’re great about communication. They confirm appointments, let you know when they’re en route & have always been on time. Dave with Pristine Plumbing is always outstanding!! He has done a TON of work around my house in the last six months during remodel of three areas in my house . He does what needs to be done, shows up on time, doesn't leave a mess, and the one time I had an issue, (that was the result of faulty materials from Kohler), he came out a second time to make it right, and didn't charge me.

10/10 would very highly recommend.
