I am so happy Samantha Brooks-Reality, introduced me to 365 PLUMBING! I’m so happy with their work. We aren’t finished yet, however here are some pictures! Richie & Joe awesome! We worked together on what to install. I have 2 new bathroom sinks & faucets. A new jacuzzi tub, 2 new toilets, a new garbage disposal & soon a new single shower stall! When I bought my house, I never imagined I would be inheriting something with so many problems. Even after the inspection, I thought things were good but they unfortunately weren't. At the time I called around to some of the bigger, more reuptable names and was shocked wth how much they were trying to charge for simple services. So then I reached out my friends and one recommended Richie. After telling him what I needed done, he came by, took a look and gave me a solid quote which I moved forward with. He was extremely professional, no BS and man, the quality of his work - this guy really cares about what he does. If you need a plumber you should aboslutely give Richie a call.

I had a sewer line break which was more than likely caused by tree roots. I had multiple estimates but 365 plumbing was the most reasonable. I was very pleased with the work done by Jesus Gonzalez. He was knowledgeable and professional. Also, he completed the job in a very timely manner and was very transparent. Melody in the office was friendly and very helpful and kept me informed of what to expect every step of the way.

The tech was great, but this company is absolutely price gouging people. I had a sink that wouldn’t drain, so the tech came out and quoted me for a snake and camera. I went ahead and did that. He was on the phone with a “service manager” who then suggested I needed hydro jetting. The “cheapest” option they quoted was $4600, and that was only if I agreed and scheduled today. I went ahead and passed, called around to a few other reputable plumbers who quoted me SIGNIFICANTLY less than that $4600. Would proceed with caution with these guys.

Highly recommend 365 Plumbing of NV! From scheduling to completion, everything was smooth and stress-free. The plumber was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. The work was done efficiently and the area was left clean afterward. It’s hard to find reliable plumbers, but these guys exceeded my expectations.

We had an outstanding technician (Mike T.) come out to our residence to do our maintenance check on our water heater. Right off the start he already noticed a few things missing from our water heater then inside the house he noticed some discoloration around the drains and toilets alerting him that something is happening in the tank. He even showed me that the previous owners possibly had a water softener judging by the marks on the ground and how they secured the recent pipe work…(everything was making sense now, lol) Mike was thorough in his inspection and professional in his craft helping me understand everything going on. He gave me all my options so nothing was left unsaid, stayed in good communication with the company and overall top tier customer service!!

My water heater and pressure regulator valve needed replacing so I called 365 Plumbing Of Nevada. They came out right away. Jose changed out the prv valve and water heater and made sure it was all up to code. Everything all new and working now. Very happy with the quick and professional service. I will be sure to call them again when ever needed.

Jimmy and his team did an excellent job removing old equipment and carefully replacing it. They took the time to explain any deviations from the plan, which really put me at ease. Their pricing was fair, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their work and their customers. I’ll definitely be keeping this company on speed dial for future needs. Highly recommend!

I don’t know where to begin to say that David went above and beyond to help my family. I called Tuesday evening for a leak in the kitchen ceiling caused from an upstairs bathroom. He was here within 30 minutes of that call. Although he wasn’t able to find the exact area of the leak he did refer me to a restoration company to detect water damage so that we could get the ball rolling on our situation. He did come back in a timely manner and found the source of our water leak and repaired the damage. My family and I are very grateful and blessed to have found this company to assist us. This company got the job done and if you are looking for a good plumber do not pass this one up. They do fantastic work and are very knowledgeable as well. Thank you again for helping us.

Pristine Plumbing had demonstrated an outstanding service in the completion of the installation of a kitchen sink faucet and an under sink reverse osmosis water filtration system replacing the old units in my home. The whole process from the initial phone call, the inspection and estimate of the project and up to the actual work completion went very smoothly and professionally. I won't mention any names but these people worked as a team and did not disappoint a bit. Their finished job was spotless!

This company is the absolute best. They are phenomenal, hands down. I don't really trust people like that due to bad experiences, but this company is the best. I had a water leak due to a toilet. I had different companies trying to overcharge me; however, my husband and I ran into the owner, David, at Home Depot, and he helped us without even looking at the property. He knew exactly what was going on. The whole entire team was professional. My problem got fixed in 45 minutes. This is now my company. I will tell all the homeowners to use this company. They are the best in Vegas, period.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! My teenager even said we had to give them a great review because she was really impressed with their professionalism and how they interacted with our family. Their website gives solutions for common problems instead of just saying "call us and we will charge you to take a look and diagnose the problem". I loved that! From the moment I first called late on a Sunday and got to speak to a live person I knew this was going to be a good experience. Their whole team was super responsive to communication. The owner himself came to the job site and helped explain the options for our water heater replacement. The whole process for fixing the problem and financing the repairs was smooth and easy to navigate. They have made life-long customers out of us and I would recommend them to any of our friends or neighbors looking for plumbing services.

Kitchen Renovation - Strongly Recommend Pristine Plumbing! They are Military-Friendly!

Listen, I had 6 different companies come out for estimates so I can confidently say Pristine Plumbing priced the job fairly. This was a big job that involved cutting into the slab, relocating water lines, drains, and vents; eliminating plumbing from in one wall, and implementing plumbing-related solutions elsewhere.

During the initial site visit, I met Mike and Nick. They arrived on time and were very respectful, professional, and wasted no time evaluating the job. They confidently explained how each of my needs/concerns would be addressed.

Within 15 minutes after the site visit, I received a very competitively priced estimate. I accepted immediately due to the business's reviews, the professionalism of Mike and Nick, and after 5 other estimates I knew their estimate was honest and fair.

As the job came to an end, I actually had an opportunity to meet the owners - David and Johanna - during a spot-check visit. They are very friendly, approachable, and pleasant to talk to. I appreciate the character of this company and strongly recommend them to the community!
