Excellent service from Shelby. He came to flush the water heater (annual visit). Arrived on time and worked very efficiently. Checked our softener system (also installed by Butter) while he was here.

I called expecting there would be a long delay in getting help with my leaking water shut off valve. The service representative was there within the hour, was friendly, informative and proceeded to change out the valve system well within the estimated time. He also cleaned up the area leaving it in better shape than when he arrived. I have used Butter Plumbing in the past and will continue to use them in the future as I have always been very happy with their service.

Donte did an excellent job in figuring out my problem! He was knowledgeable, professional and nice. He fixed everything I needed and was great at explaining what he was doing. I recommend Butter Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!!!

Everything is expensive these days but Sam and Diego were very friendly and knowledgeable. They worked hard and completed the job in good time Everything was cleaned up and I am very happy to recommend them.

After dealing with another plumbing company that would never show up on time and their technicians were extremely rude. I found this family operated company and couldn’t be happier. Colton the tech was extremely knowledgeable and was fast at finding the issue. They also fixed it the same day which was amazing. Highly recommend this company and I won’t use anyone else ever again.

These guys are amazing! We have a solar hot water heater and a conventional gas hot water heater for backup. The conventional one tanked. Let me start by saying, finding someone willing to work on solar hot water heaters is like looking for a needle in a haystack. We knew it was on its way out a year ago. It finally failed and we had no hot water. I went into overdrive calling places and Butter said "yes, we can work on them." The first guy the sent out was not experienced with solar, but they gave him the work, he was here 9 hours. He replaced the old conventional gas HW heater and connected it all back up, but for some reason, the HW didn't work. So we decided to have him bypass the solar for now and just get us HW. He did that in about another 20 mins. We had HW when he left! YAY!

They sent out a different guy a week later and he knew what to do and look for on the solar. So he reconnected the solar and primed the solar pump. We hoped for HW the next day, when he left it was lukewarm.

We called him back and it turned out a little pin was not completely in place inside a mixing valve, which cost us a fortune. Once he fixed that our hot water is now back to normal.

I regret getting solar hot water, but do not regret calling Butter Plumbing. Both techs were courteous and explained everything so now I have a better understanding of how the system works. I am pleased to have our hot water back. We went 2 weeks without it. Thank you Butter Plumbing!

Shawn came to our home to take a look at our 21 years old 50 gal. Tall gas hot water heater, he was very professional and knowledgeable, he told me about their different styles of water 💧 heaters, their company I believe is family owned and they stand by their selection. They had installed this water heater we have, the sticker says installed in 2004, that makes 21 years and basically it's still working, I have plenty of hot water when needed, and I was told we have good water pressure, but I didn't want to press my luck as it's already had a great 21 years, so of course I gave them a call.

This is the second time I've had Butter Plumbing in my home, and happy to report you receive honest service. The leak in my home does not require major repair, and the technicians helped resolve the problem. Both technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Prices are ridiculous 2700 for the cheapest tank ! They won’t even give you an estimate over the phone because they want to come out to charge you the fee 80 or 160 dollar fee to give you the over priced estimate rip off !!! Call Gunnys ac and plumbing they will give you free estimate over the phone and there only charging me 1350 to replace the hot water tank not 2700.

Mr. Butter came over and fixed our hot water heater. He was so nice, so professional. He went above and beyond what needed to be done. I was so very pleased with his service.

I recommend this company! the dude and his helper that came to repair my garage disposal did so good. Very professional and they were so nice! Colton is very knowledgeable in what he does. The dispatcher Erika, took my call and set the a was also extremely nice and helpful. Everything went smoothly and I’m happy with the results. I recommend!

In-laws had issues so I searched Google and found your company. So happy that the timing was perfect and there was a tech already in the complex. The technician was very informative and explained the problem in detail. I am very pleased that things went well and the problem is solved.

My water heater went out in the evening, and Sam from Butter Plumbing came out to help. He gave me all my options, was very knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend this company — they are helpful, honest, and truly listen.

No show two times. Not reliable. Said they would charge us a $159 after hour fee plus for services. The cost would be determined when the plumber got here. He didn't show for over 3 hours. We called them back and they told us that he can come in the morning instead around 8am or 8:30am, and that she recommends that because we won't get good service compared to in the morning, however again No Show. We waited until 11am and called them back, I told them not to come out because we found someone else to do the job. She said "oh okay, sorry about that...his car broke down". She could've called us earlier to tell us this instead of having us wait for nothing.
