I hired 365 Plumbing (Thomas Lopez) to perform a routine flush on my water heater, and the whole experience was excellent. They showed up right on time, were friendly and professional, and took the time to explain the process and why regular maintenance is important. The flush was done quickly and cleanly — no mess left behind. I’ll definitely call them again for future plumbing maintenance. Highly recommend!

My hot water heater went out and Thomas Lopez of 365 plumbing went above and beyond to get our hot water fixed. He was through and tried to fix the hot water heater before replacing it. He clearly showed me what was wrong with it and was very knowledgeable. Quick, clean and professional work. Would recommend for any plumbing needs.

We had a water issue that we couldn't figure out. Other plumbing companies couldn't figure it out and just wanted me to buy a water heater (not the problem). Edgar Rodriguez figured out we had water comingling somewhere. Flushed our lines and made it work. Further had the same issue a day later. 365 sent him back out and he fixed it! Great staff, reliable and didn't just send a salesmen, sent a tech to figure it out!! If any plumbing issues we will definitely use them again!

Woke up to my downstairs toilet flooding my downstairs. My friend recommended this company and they were at my house 20 mins within contacting them! Juan Romero did an amazing job, he repaired my toilet and got it back up and running in no time! He communicated everything he was down, showed me broken parts and pictures etc. Very transparent!
