Shane was amazing…. He showed up hella fast and figured out what was up then fixed it, even quicker. Thank you for everything. It had been a long day already and the person called prior was already talking about being here for 5/6 hours 😩 but Shane was in and out within 2.5 and the hold up was turning off the street water which was out of his control!

The owner Shawn in extremely rude, he acts like he knows everything but in fact does not. He doesn't know how to talk to his employees correctly, he down plays them. He talks to homeowners rudely, I don't know how this guy owns or runs a business. His office is so unorganized, you call them and it just rings and rings and they delay appointments. Butter is over prices, it's better to go with another company that values your time, home and service request. I would give this place a -5 if I could.

The tech had a little trouble getting to my place on time but Butter Plumbing made it right, on a Sunday, no less. The tech was apologetic and pleasant. He quickly let me know what the issue was, assured me he could fix it and did, promptly and for a reasonable price. I am pleased with the service I received. Thank you, Butter Plumbing!

I was making improvements to my rental property and needed urgent repairs. Thomas could make it earlier than scheduled, - he had helped fix the problem before my prospective tenants arrived for a showing. I was very impressed with Thomas’s knowledge and suggestions. 365 Plumbing and especially Jesus Gonzalez, our technician, were the BEST!! They responded to a main water leak emergency quickly and got right on the job. The leak required that we turn our community well off for all four residents of our cul de sac. Jesus and his assistant were caring, professional, knowledgable and meticulous with their work. They stayed until dark and ensured that we didn't have to go another day without water. They cleaned up their mess and put my grass back together so it looks like it did before the digging began. I would highly recommend their services.

Tomas came to address an issue I had with my water softener and was so incredibly thorough. He taught me how to maintain the system and explained everything like I was 5 years old, but was genuine and sincere in his approach. I really appreciated how helpful he was because I honestly did not know a lot of what he was telling me until he explained it. He took a water sample and reviewed the results with me in huge detail and gave me suggestions on how to fix all of the concerns. The plumber David showed up as scheduled and did the tankless water heater flush and gave me much information about the other system that I had concerning the quality of the water which was very helpful and also end up replacing the garbage disposal system that i had as he pointed out the rust and informed me that it has a possibility of leaking soon. So i had him replace it for it was about 6 years old. Very friendly and professional.
