I had contacted Butter Company to fix a leak upstairs in our home. The First Gentleman dispatched to us was pleasant. Upon using the fixed bathroom we noticed that it was still continuing to leak after we had fans set to dry the area for plastering. I again contacted Butter Company and spoke with Margaret letting her know that the same area continued to leak. She waived a fee to come out and a man named Michael Jordan was sent to our home. He came in and notified us in less than 10 mins of him being here that he needed to get another ladder from around the corner as his was too short. I was to be at work already and around the corner turned in to no contact for over TWO hrs. I called the Butter Company for some type of update. Margaret informed me that Michael Jordan went “around the corner” to get the ladder but it was still too short and he had to go to the other side of town to their other office to get a ladder.. and his key had broken inside the door. She was on her way to assist him. I understand that unforeseen things happen. The professional thing to do would have been to contact me when the ladder was too short and let me know you had to go elsewhere and provided me with an eta. I shouldn’t have had to contact the company. So now three hours from the time he left he walks in no apology or explanation. I nicely told him that I would have appreciated a follow up as I did not hear from him for 3 hrs. He just looked at me and said “okay”. He walks upstairs without asking or notifying me he was going up. He was randomly walking around upstairs until my roommate came up and told him where the bathroom was. He goes in the bathroom and next thing you know was leaking downstairs in the second dining room. We had to get towels and ended up utilizing a bucket to capture the water flow. I went upstairs to tell him and he is cussing and yelling at the top of his lungs in the bathroom. He was yanking the toilet so hard that he was pulling his body back and forth and hit his head on the toilet. i informed him that leaking a lot downstairs (which we had to clean up ourselves ). Michael then said, LET ME TURN THE WATER OFF! Why are you working the area without turning the water off in the first place?! At this point I was so late for work that I had to leave my new roommate to stay with him. It was communicated that a bolt on the toilet was broken, I’m not surprised after what I saw. I notified the owner of the home of what had happened and how rude and unprofessional the man was. This was communicated to the company as well. Margaret apologized and offered to send another man in the following day to assist. I obliged. The next day I was waiting around and I called in for an eta after 12pm was informed by a woman named Ebony that the man who was to visit had called out that morning due to hurting himself . Again I was not notified that the man was no longer coming to my home. I told her about the previous visit and confused I was about the lack of communication the company had with their clients. She was short with me . She then informed me that they didn’t contact me because they only had to people working that day and that they were going to send pictures to the guy who was supposed to come to our get estimates . I asked her when the estimates would be available. She puts me on hold and all the estimates came in. I was waiting to talk to her and she didn’t get back on so I just hung up. I had received an invoice for the day Margaret had initially waived and called back. Ebony picked up. I said I just spoke with you you sent me an estimate for something Margaret waived it should be in the notes. Silence . Hello? I’m listening is what she said. She then told me we didn’t have to pay it. I said you sent me an invoice showing I owe you the fee. She again, said “you don’t have to pay it.” I just hung up. A couple of mins later she sends me a copy of the invoice I called in about with the amount due as $0. No professionalism , no follow up, and no delivery.

We had an emergency plumbing issue that occurred on New Year’s Day. Butter Plumbing was easy to contact and we had a plumber (Colton) come out to our home within a short period of time. Service was efficient and our problem was completely resolved. Colton even provided us with advice on how to prevent this problem in the future. Very pleased with our service experience.

Carlos was very nice and efficient. He checked all the different things that could have caused the leak/ water under kitchen sink.. He quoted us a very reasonable price to repair and finished the job in a very short time. I will definitely call Butter Plumbing again if needed and will ask for Carlos.

Friendly and professional from the person answering the phones to the tech that came onsite. Had a plumbing 911 and they were able to send someone within an hour. Colton was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the repair needs.

This is the second time I used Butter Plumbing and I am very satisfied. The tech was on time and called me to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very polite and informative. I called to have them replace a couple bathroom sinks and to check my water pressure since it's been very low lately. He explained if I needed something replaced but didn't push me to do make any additional purchase. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Milo was very fast and efficient. I had questions and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. I really appreciate him helping me out, especially after 6pm on Friday. 😀

Matt was very good on fixing my leak. He also was excellent in diagnosing what I thought was a slab leak - it wasn’t! In fact, everyone from Butter Plumbing has been great!

used them again. Very professional. Got things done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

They were terrific. We have a home warranty and waited for 2 days for them to send technician out to fix our water heater. When they told us we could hire our own, we called Butter at 6:30 on Sunday, and they sent Kyle out. He was here at 8:00pm and brought a new water heater! Thank you Butter Plumbing!

Diego replaced my garbage disposal. Had to return to correct a minor problem but did a great job. Friendly and polite.

The owner Shawn came out and provide us with a bid and the repairman Shane came out the next day and replaced our water heater. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them.

Butter Plumbing deserves a mixed review. They did a fine job replacing two leaking water supply line valves under my sink. They arrived and completed the work approximately 24 hrs after I contacted them. Overall, I was satisfied with the repair work they performed.

However, their charges ($) for this work was obscene. The plumber clearly told me before doing the work how much it would cost, I gagged but I agreed as I was in a bad situation trying to get these leaks fixed ASAP so I could leave town the next day. I had an emergency, I paid emergency room prices and I got my problem solved.

But BEWARE. If you don’t have the cash to cover their exorbitant repair rates, look elsewhere for your first call.

Well having your hot water go out on New Years Eve isn’t great but luckily Butter Plumbing was open and had techs working. They gave me a 2 hour window which actually was more like 4.5 hours but they send you a text and email of the tech coming out with a little bio about the person which is cute. They bring their own booties so their shoes don’t mess up your floors and it was my thermocouple that needed to be replaced because the pilot light wouldn’t stay on. That was about $400 for service call, parts, and labor. Did you know that if you need a water heater replaced on a second floor they charge extra for that which is over $300 and requires 2 people. Fernando was super polite, nice, and professional. He was done in about an hour. Not the cheapest repair but glad it is fixed and has a 1 year warranty for that part.

We were totally satisfied with Colton ‘s expertise , professionalism and knowledge. We will continue to use Butter plumbing because of our experience with him.

First time i used Butter Plumbing. I was out of town but gave access to my garage for the servicing of my hot water heater. The technician was very professional and helpful, explaining everything to me by phone. I am very pleased with the service and will use them again.

Sam was here and he did an excellent inspection, explained problems found, and economical solutions. Very knowledgeable.

Brian Brill arrived on time, as promised, to replace a defective hit water recirculating pump. He arrived at 8:30, diagnosed and quoted a price for the R&R, and worked steadily until the job was completed at 9:50. Brian was an impeccably clean and knowledgeable plumber, professional in every way.

We have used Butter Plumbing for many years, as they stand firmly behind their work, and the warranty they offer is first class. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Our plumber, Colton, arrived on time, did the maintenance we requested quickly, made repairs that weren't on his original schedule, was courteous, kind and knowledgeable.
He made Butter Plumbing look good, and for that, we will definitely be using them in the future (and requesting Colton)!

I was so very pleased with the receptionist because I needed to get new splitters under my sink, ASAP, Shelby was here in 10 min. and fixed both of them in no time.
I would recommend people to call them in an emergency, and they would do the best to get someone there.
