David installed a water filtration system for me which included a water softener.

David delivered the very next day completing job in a very reasonable time frame and his attention to detail is incredible!

He checked double checked and even called back a few times to make sure everything was working properly.

My Hawaii people living here on the ninth island, I would not hesitate to call David as he has the same aloha spirit we do and is really pono.

Pristine has been great. I was drawn in by their website choice of words. When I called they were prompt in reaching out to me and coming to see our plumbing issue. David is very down to earth and was detailed in what could be done. He took the time to actually look around the whole house and explain. We felt in good hands. I’m really glad to have chosen them to get a second opinion. We were offered a better deal and felt confident choosing them over the first estimate I received from another company. Hot water heater out- they were here within an hour of the initial contact. Very responsive, professional-definately will use again.

We have used Pristine Plumbing since last year to replace our water heater, repair corrosion to our bathroom plumbing and to examine our dishwasher and angle stops for possible leaks. We have always gotten prompt service. I asked Dave B., the owner of Pristine Plumbing about our water line and he gave me honest advice. I appreciate that we get an estimate before work begins and know beforehand if any issues arise. Using a licensed and insured contractor is not cheap but reassuring that the work will be done correctly and will stand by their work. I am glad a friend recommended Pristine Plumbing!

My ten (10) year old Hot Water Heater, builder installed was sending me messages that the end of life was near. To avoid any potential issues with my heater leaking and doing any further damage to the house, I decided to change the heater out.

Emailed Pristine with a photo of my current install. One phone call later, with the aid of the picture, we agreed on the unit and the price. Install was not a priority for me, but, none the less, it was replaced two (2) days later. Window of 2 hours and the crew showed up right on time.

Anthony Archuletta and crew started in and the job was done within an hour. Same make and model I had originally. Cleaned up, old heater removed - service with a smile.

I was pleased with the job, the constant texts as to status of what was going on. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed in the least.

I highly recommend Pristine for any plumbing needs. I appreciated their fast response to our requests, professionalism, and communication of when they would be on site to complete the job. It was a bonus they had expertise in drinking water testing as that has been a concern of ours we wanted to address. They have years of experience and did a wonderful job of explaining the issues and what was completed to resolve them. They are friendly and genuinely care about quality work. They cleaned up after the job and also disposed of the defective equipment. I will utilize their services for all my future plumbing needs as I highly trust them.

David came to my house in the late, late hours last night to fix my leaking water heater. He responded to my inquiry after 11PM and gave me the option of fixing it right away or in the morning. My husband and I had a ton going on today and chose right away. He and his associate came quickly and worked extremely efficiently to get the old water heater drained and removed. The install of the new one was fast, despite the water heater being on a platform - wow! I cannot thank Pristine Plumbing enough for their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication in the middle of the night during this surprise plumbing emergency. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Overpriced for shoddy work. This is the state my drain was left in after getting a disposal replacement. Not even connected. Soaked under my sink first time running the dishwasher. Had to fix it myself. $425.

Follow up: The owner David contacted me saying the guys did everything right and that it's my fault it's leaking because I didn't maintain it. All I had to do to fix it was reconnect the air gap and screw it together. Works perfect. David messaged me several times after this, including saying I'm "not willing to be grown" because I chose to keep all further communication in writing.

This place is willing to refund to remove negative reviews. I would be wary.

Pristine Plumbing is a very accommodating business and my partner lumber was David and he did a great job on my whole house water line major leak. He got my water back into use rather quickly. They had to dig up my yard to replace my main line and when done, it looked almost like it did before my issue. I will most likely use them in the future. Thanks Pristine and crew!

I’ve used David and Jimmy twice now and I just can’t speak highly enough about their work! Had a hot water heater and water softener both leaking (one catastrophically) and they made it out and had the whole system replaced by lunch.

Pristine Plumbing did a excellent job installing our new sink. Communication was great from start to finish. Very professional and polite.

He recommended a professional opinion and product that suited our needs. Scheduling was a breeze and he had us up and running with our new soft water unit within a week. David and Jimmy came out and replaced my 75 gal water heater quickly. They were fast, professional and clean. They are a small business and I’m so glad I called them. Owner operator company! Definitely would use them again
