We have used Dan to clean and repair the commercial ice machine at the American Legion for the past few years. His technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. We have used other companies in the past and Dan Libby is by far the best.

My family have came here for all of our freezer/refrigeration services for 20 years. Last Thursday (10/6) I called to have someone take a look at our walk-in freezer. They said they were short staffed and busy but they should have someone here on Tuesday (10/11) the latest, possibly even Monday (10/10). I called Monday to see if anyone was able to come in and they said they’ll have someone call me. Waited all day and no call back. Called Tuesday three times. Third call someone called and the call was super laggy so they just hung up. I expected they would call me back, but no. I called twice Wednesday and they said they would have someone call me back. No response either. We’ve never had this issue with them before. If you don’t have the time or employees to come help, let your customers know!! This was a FREEZER repair. We expected someone to come and no one did. We ended up having to throw away so many frozen goods waiting for someone in Dan Libby to come.

Fantastic company. Have used them both for service and install work. Don’t let the answering service throw you off, as they are very reliable and standby their work. They also have a service agreement option which just creates a stronger commitment to the customer. Recommend very highly.

I recently had a drain clogged at my family business and i was asked to handle it, i did a google search and picked these guys to fix the problem. they did just that, first time, in and out, was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and everything has been amazing since! shout out to the young plumber who gave my poodle grace all the love!

Such horrible services I don’t understand how this company has these 5 star ratings? It confuses me to be honest. I’ve been waiting for a response from this company to get some plumbing work done for some apartments I have and a house I have out in Las Vegas and still no response. So I’m not to sure if they just don’t want no work or what is going on. I guess I’ll just move on to another company.

My shower drain was backed up, and I tried drano and my own snake. Called Dave and he came by within a hour and cleared it in 15 mins. Thanks again

I would highly recommend Kingdom Plumbing! I drilled through a pipe while decorating and immediately called this company! The woman that I spoke with on the phone was great and got me set up right away! Within an hour and a half, they had 2 technicians here. Brett and the other gentleman helping him were kind, professional, and quick to complete the repair! I would definitely recommend calling them for any of your plumbing needs!

We had an issue with our shower faucet immediately after a bathroom renovation. The original contractor was impossible to get in touch with to fix it.

I came across Kingdom Plumbing and they contacted me as soon I filled out the online form. Nick and Sergio were our technicians and arrived 30 minutes earlier than our scheduled appointment window. They were fair, fast, courteous, and professional. After dealing with headaches from several unreliable and unprofessional contractors during our home renovation, Kingdom plumbing was definitely a breath of fresh air. I will definitely use them for our upcoming projects. Thank you, guys! 🙏🏻

Sergio and Carlos were on time and showed a high level of expertise in replacing two toilet flanges and scoping our sewer drain to check for the source of roots which had come up from the concrete subfloor around the toilet drain. Very pleased with their work and interactions with them.

Both the initial walk through and work performed by Kingdom was top notch. The plumbers listened to my issue and walked through options to repair or replace. All my questions were thoroughly answered during the estimate walk through. The price estimate followed the next day. We set a date for the work to be accomplished and had to change due to illness on our end. Kingdom was great to work with on the reschedule and they showed right on time on the new date. Installation was well done and worked as it was supposed to. Finally, I paid a bit more for Kingdom based on their ratings and my experience during the estimate process. They are well worth the price as they corrected several "Frankenstein" repairs accomplished by other, less capable plumbers. I cannot recommend them highly enough and they are now my go to plumbers!

Update: We had an issue with our recirculating pump not working following a rebuild by Kingdom. I called with my issue and Jason responded first thing the next morning. He immediately diagnosed and corrected the issue on the spot. A week hence and system working perfectly. I stand by my initial 5 rating and am even one of a fan based on Kingdom's responsiveness in correcting the issue.

This was my first and second time using Kingdom. It is the 5 star company everyone says it is. From the receptionist, to Jason giving the estimate, to Brett doing the work, they are kind, professional, wear booties, and communicate via text confirming their arrival time. They are busy so you have to wait a bit for non-emergencies. But I also found them able to respond same day in an emergency. The quality of work was excellent! And the price was surprisingly reasonable. Another company tried to gouge me in its estimate for the identical work, probably because I am an older woman. Jason did not. I am so grateful to him for that. I’m a customer for life.

I have had Kingdom plumbing out to my home on several occasions. They've made repairs and even installed a whole-house water system. Their level of professionalism is unmatched. Every one I've met is personable, articulate and friendly. Likewise, their workmanship is of the highest quality. I wouldn't consider another plumbing company.
