Justin & Maryvonne are amazing! I had plumbing issues (toilet) and they arrived early and quickly fixed my issue. They did the heavy lifting, literally. I was so stressed and they put my mind at ease. They do plumbing, water softeners, remodels, garbage disposals, water heaters…anything with water. Call them today!

Update: We had a new plumber, Jason, and he was really good at his job. A nice guy too, we were very happy with his work. He went out of his way to make sure we got any issues covered.
This company stands by their name, loyalty, to their customers. The first job I got done with loyalty Plumbing a year ago was I needed a sink ASAP. They gave me a great price for the labor and they did it in the same night. I called at 4 PM they came out 45mins and started on the job and took away my old sink and put in the new sink and the fixtures, and then added the reverse osmosis that gives good water. 😂 They were very polite and as they were working they were answering all my questions and they were happy to do it. The owner of Loyalty Plumbing, Alexy is so amazing she makes you feel at home. And if there’s anything wrong, she’ll make sure her loyalty employees are out to do the job ASAP and they do it right. It’s going on two years and never had to call them back to refix any work they done.👍. The most awesome thing is being a member of Loyalty Plumbing because you get some perks. Alexy herself calls to remind you once a year to come out to make sure everything is working well in your home. You get amazing discounts on anything that needs to be done and they have amazing financing if needed. So last year I asked them about a water heater and a tankless water heater. There incredible Alex came out for the yearly maintenance he was funny, friendly, and answered any questions I had and was very patient. Alex drained the water heater out. It had rust in the water. He was letting me know that the water heater is old and needed to be replaced. He gave me two options another water heater or a tankless water heater. They both was priced very well, but we decided to go with the tankless water heater December 2023. They also refreshed my water softener tank that works even more amazing than before. I love the tankless water heater they put in. It feels so good to get hot water at all times. Angel and his partner Noah was the ones that put in my tankless water heater. And they did a great job. My HOA community is very strict on how things should look on the outside of your home. Alexy went out her way to match the paint that I have on the side of my house, sent Brian to paint the pipes from the tankless water heater. Just a week ago, my water softener was leaking and they sent out Adrian On a Sunday. he was smiling when he reached the garage door. I told him about the leak from the softener and the salt smelled moldy. He went the extra mile of kindness. He poured it out and cleaned the softener can. That brought tears to my eyes not only he rinsed the can out, He even put it back in good condition and then tightened up the hose that was leaking and regenerated the softener and poured the two new bags of salt softener in my garage into the can. He also shoveled up the old salt from the street and put it in the trashcan and cleaned up after. Adrian Was also happy to answer any questions I had on the softener and he also said if anything happens, just call them back. I was so happy, I gave Adrian a big hug and, pineapple juice and homemade chocolate chip cookies🍪. Even my cats are happy with Loyalty Plumbing and they are very hard to please.😂🤣😂 I also don't want to forget their amazing Justin that's in the Financial department. His Voice sounds so calm and relaxed. He needs his own radio station🤩.

Loyalty Plumbing-- Justin came out and assessed the problem very quickly and came up with a solution. New faucet, fix garbage disposal and new piping. They worked with us being Veterans(much appreciated) Another technician had to come out to complete the work. Completed everything same day. Thank you Tim McClone

I picked Loyalty Plumbing blindly based on reviews here - happy I did! My journey with Loyalty Plumbing started off a little bumpy, but was quickly turned around into a great experience. Our toilet sprung a leak, so I booked my time slot in the evening for the next morning, 8-10am. Around 10:30am, I realized I hadn't heard from anyone, so I gave the company a call. Turns out I'd gotten bumped down in the schedule (?), but it would have been great to receive a proactive heads up when my window was going to be missed. I was growing increasingly upset because it was a Sunday and I'd wanted to take my baby out to the park, but ended up waiting until around noon for someone to show up. Well, Trey showed up with a big smile on his face and excellent service so I couldn't be so mad for too long. He quickly assessed the situation (as well as some other issues we were facing) and determined the cause while somehow also entertaining my baby and my two crazy dogs. Thanks a ton, Trey!

Our water heater broke and they were here in less than an hour to replace it! They exchanged the current one as it was still under warranty and had the new one installed in no time! The entire process from the first call to completion was less than 3 hours! So friendly, professional and at an amazing price! Definitely the best!

I have to say loyalty plumbing is a five-star plumbing company giving excellence service. They were on time and the plumber Justin was absolutely amazing the kindest man ever. I highly recommend loyalty plumbing and Justin.

I contacted Loyalty Plumbing regarding a leak in my ceiling. The Service Technician, Tyrese, came out within the hour and performed an in depth inspection. He was responsive and explained the work that needed to be done in detail. My hot water heater was malfunctioning causing leakage in other rooms. Tyrese recommended a restoration company and they came out within an hour to inspect the damaged to the ceiling.
I highly recommend Loyalty Plumbing for any plumbing issues you need assistance with. They are punctual, clean, courteous, and not over priced.

I woke up to no hot water Saturday. After checking that there wasn’t a gas leak and the hot water heater wasn’t leaking. I called my regular service company, they gave me an appointment for Monday. I called Loyalty and a person answered the phone, owner. He was concerned and gave me an appointment that day for someone to come to my house and fix the issue, the technician arrived was very professional. Justin restarted the hot water heater and then checked it to see what happened, no luck there, but he made sure everything was in working order. With an hour of him leaving , I had hot water! I was very pleased and thankful. I will be canceling my regular company and signing on with Loyalty. They cared that an old lady had no hot water!

Loyalty plumbing was quick to respond when my tankless water heater couldn’t turn on. Justin the master service tech was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and made necessary adjustments. No repair was needed. And, no charge for the quick first time service! I will call them again and again and I happy to post this 5 star review because they are GREAT.

Since the moment I called, they were very helpful and thorough with their process and got us on the calendar quick. The day of my appointment the technician Brian was very prompt to call me when he was on the way. We had had a home inspector prior not be able to find the clean out. Brian was able to find it very quickly. Appreciate the fast, friendly service. Thank you!!

Their team (Jared and Adam) were very professional in explaining the work to be done and did the work as described ... water heater and shutoff valve replacement. They reviewed cost details and what was to be included (and not included) before we agreed to have the work done. They cleaned up work areas and took away old parts and materials ... even wore shoe covers when inside the house. Not the least cost option, but worth having work done quickly and professionally. I've been with Loyalty Plumbing for a year now. They are very helpful! They come out and drain our water heater every 6 months and check all the pipes as well as toilets to make sure there are not issues.

Great company to work with and well-desering of their reputation. Called them to install a toilet and was booked for the next day. They worked around my schedule and arrived on time. The technician Brian was very friendly and professional. He did a good job with the installation, walked me through everything and had the job done quick. Price was upfront and reasonable.

Loyalty has a ton of work to do at my house that was rented for 8 years with tenants not informing me of issues. Replace toilets, install new water softener, repair hot water heater, install regulator to manage water pressure, install new faucets, hook up water filtration system properly, troubleshoot temperature issues and water pressure issues— and the fixed it all. The gave me three options to pay for the various work and hit up work immediately. Trust then, recommend them and think their workers are top notch skilled guys! I got notices, updates, alerts on who and when they were coming. Great communication and will use them forevermore here in Vegas. Exceptional!

Marlon came out to inspect our water softener that was almost 10 years old that quick working. He suggested it replaced and quoted us for the system and install. He was prompt and got the job done with no issues.

Marlon came by to check the water heater issue. I wasn’t getting any hot water. He not only diagnosed the water heater but took a look at the water pressure valve, the dip tube and noticed it was corroded and needed replacement. I was in the middle of my work shift and made it super easy to decide what to do next. He let me know my warranty was still active and simplified the process to get my repairs done through warranty without having to make any calls. Thank you Marlon!!

Trey was awesome! He was able to do maintenance on our tankless water heater on a Sunday, and save us some money by applying their military discount. Their price to flush a tankless water heater would have been over $400 (which surprised me), so I signed up for their annual fee ($175 or $129 for military/vets), which will be worth the price because it will cover flushing the water heater and service fee ($49 for each visit).

These guys were awesome. The process started with Brian coming out to go over what we needed done. He wasn’t pushy at all, just straightforward and really good at explaining the options and what’s considered best practice. I left that conversation feeling confident the work would be done right especially since another company had tried to push a full house re-pipe, which felt unnecessary and sales-driven.

Once we scheduled the job, they had a small crew out within a few days. Jared and Adam handled most of the work in two days and came back briefly the next day to finish up. Both were professional, communicative, and took the time to walk me through what they were doing and any decisions that needed to be made. Just an all-around great team.

The price was very fair, and they even matched the quote from the other company. Altogether it came out to about $6,000 with a few add-ons after the fact. If I ever need plumbing work again, this is the company I’m calling. I don’t go for the cheapest option I go with the one that does it right and follows through, and Loyalty definitely did that.
