Outstanding service. It is hard to find any service company you can trust anymore, but I genuinely felt that Heritage Plumbing is an honest company who offered trustworthy service. Porter did a thorough assessment of my house and even a couple of adjustments on my sinks and toilet that didn’t require an actual plumbing fix. The quotes I got for my water heater and RO system were accurate and not up-charged. He took the time to explain the differences to me and I didn’t feel pressured in any way. A good company, I recommend.

Having experienced the less than desired result of the five different plumbing companies I have used in the last 15 years, finding adequate words to explain the excellent services provided to me by Heritage Plumbing and Drain exceed my current vocabulary. I called Heritage Plumbing after being given a recommendation, and I am so glad that I did! The very next day, Jason came to my house and did a lengthy and thorough inspection of what was causing my plumbing problem. He was very helpful in explaining and answering all of my questions. The following day, I was given four quotes and Jason discussed each one with me. I felt good about making an informed decision regarding my plumbing issue. The next day, Jason and his coworker were busy at work fixing my plumbing system which is now working well. Porter and Jason are true professionals, through and through! Before any work was done they were very clear on what was being done and why.
Heritage plumbing installed a tankless water heater for me with a recirculating loop so that I can get hot water faster. I also had them install new flush valves for me because the ones that came with my toilet were too low and I had to flush the toilet twice. During my home safety evaluation the plumber. Porter noted that the emergency shut offs were an unreliable style that are prone to fail and he replaced the shut offs under each fixture so that in an emergency, I would be able to shut off the individual fixture instead of shutting off the whole house until a plumber can get out. I also had him install two faucets, which I am very happy with, and I had him use his sewer Jetter to clean the main sewer as well as the kitchen sewer because there was grease and food buildup that he saw on his sewer camera and the greatest part of all of it was the sewer patch, which is a preventative measure Because the connection at the city from my sewer is just a rubber boot, which is prone to fail and separate this patch makes it so it cannot separate and no roots can get in there. They cleaned up when they were all done and did a full walk through of everything with me of all that they did and made sure I understood all the work that was done today and also showed me how to use my new shut offs and tankless water heater!

Heritage plumbing did a great job! Porter and Jason did a clean professional job on our house. we needed to get a whole home re-pipe done on our home and they made the experience as painless as possible for us. Decided to use this company after several other residents in my HOA community recommended them. My water heater went out on a Friday night and I called them Saturday morning. The owner, Jason, was very helpful and able to get his son, Porter, to come out that same Saturday morning.

Porter went to Lowes with me to exchange my existing water heater which was still under warranty and bring back a replacement unit. Porter was super professional, friendly, polite, and very quick with the installation. He was super knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions and concerns.

The new water heater along with my hot water recirculating pump were reinstalled by 2pm that afternoon. I was very thankful they could get the job scheduled and done so quickly. I would highly recommend them. It was my first time using this company and I plan to use them again for future plumbing needs.

Excellent, responsive service. Clint went above and beyond to help us with a complete installation of our new kitchen sink, faucet, reverse osmosis faucet, and tip-out drawers. I would highly recommend these guys.

Plumber was able to come out same day I called and he picked up toilets I bought at will call. He could furnish toilets but I wanted to choose myself. He had to go buy parts, but he was here early next morning & completed job quickly, professionally, & left no mess. I would call them again.

Awesome service and came out fast to fix our water softener problem that flooded our garage. Used other companies in the past but American Brothers Plumbings was easy to reach and the plumber Clint was great!

This is the most professional company I have worked with since moving to Nevada 10 years ago. I wish others could follow their lead. From the first phone call to follow up questions, everyone has been honest, concerned, and helpful. I had an issue with my aqua-heating system after the water heater was replaced. They helped me figure out and fix the problem, something another company would not have done. I rarely post reviews. These guys deserve it.

I called American Bros., Sunday afternoon asked to talk to a technician, David called back, asked me for the water heater serial number, after checking, David said it's still under warrantee and provided the cost for replacement. Wow! I wouldn't known had he not said anything. I really appreciate the honesty. David showed up around 8am, Monday morning and got the job done in two hours, charged me exactly what was said yesterday. While onsite David looked at two other issues I'm having and provided estimates. I can't ask for anything better than this.

I was having issues with my tankless heater. Was able to schedule them for the next day. Not only were they able to fix my issue in under an hour, they were able to bump up the temperature output. Saved me from having a new unit installed.

If I need any major repairs that I can't do myself, these are the people I call. Quality work at a great price. They're friendly and personable and I recommend all my friends' plumbing needs to them. They know what they're doing. You need plumbers like this! I especially enjoy getting Miguel and Chris to come out and do jobs.

Another 5 star review for these guys! After a fantastic job last year helping me out with a different issue, I knew as soon as I saw a new leak who I'd be calling.

Chris came out today, quoted me a fair price and took care of my problem quickly. He is a super friendly guy I enjoyed chatting with who was happy to explain everything to me before, during and after the repair.

I hope not to need a plumber again, but as a homeowner, it is of course inevitable. I am really happy I found a plumber I trust!

Excellent! I'm so glad I found this company! Called them on Saturday at 10:30 AM for an outside leak after receiving an outrageous quote from another plumber. By 5:45PM, Anthony had dispatched, investigated, quoted, dug up the yard, left to get the parts he needed and completed the repair, and for significantly less than the other quotes I'd received.

Anthony even identified a potential future issue (of which I was already aware) and gave me a very reasonable quote for the preventative maintenance that will likely save me from future leaks and repairs.

Dealing with expensive home repairs is obviously something no one looks forward to, but all in all, I'm very happy with the service performed by Anthony and American Brothers and once I save enough in the budget to complete the maintenance they recommended, they'll be my only call.

5 stars for this place, First time home owner I needed some work done under the kitchen sink. The the receptionist I talked to was very nice and got me in very quickly. Chris did an amazing job at replumbing underneath my sink and was really easy to work with. This place is priced fairly and I will be recommending this to anyone looking for a plumber.

I believe they take advantage of older folks. We needed the valves replaced before the Best Buy installers could install our new washing machine. They (American Bros) wanted $1100.00, then brought the price down to $925.00. I thought that was absurd. My husband replaced the valves for $16.00. We paid them $185.00 To attach new hoses, which were ours.($100 service call + $85 to attach hoses.) I would not use them again.
