I called one afternoon since I needed a new hose bibb on my front yard faucet. By 8:30 the next morning, and I might add, July 4th, Clint arrived. He not only fixed my problem but also put in a new washer and tightened my hose where it was leaking. I would highly recommend Farmer Brothers Plumbing and was sure to get multiple business cards to share with friends when they are looking for a plumber who is not only effecient but with a great attitude. Thank you very much.

Beware!!!! American Brothers are misleading and overcharging there customers. Chris the service technician for American brothers informed me it would cost $228 to repair the leaking bath faucet or you could replace it for $308. I told Chris I'm on a limited budget and please try to repair the faucet. Chris then attempted to repair the faucet, but said it was not working and it had to be replaced. After the completion of the work, I noticed the faucet was not changed, but only repaired. Chris said he replaced the handle, bath tub spout and cartridge. He then gave me the invoice and charged me $228 for the repair and $308 for the replacement so he double charged. I told Chris you mislead me and I thought the total was $308 for the replacement. He said no it was $536. I felt completely mislead and overcharged. Please use another company for your plumbing needs or be prepared to be ripped off!!

****Update on review: please read the company response below. My response: How did I take advantage of your ”Free Estimate”? You made a business decision/model to offer that. I ended up not using Chris is because of his unprofessional attitude towards my partner and me. Yes, it does look like you guys have done good plumbing work, but my review is about my experience with Chris, who represents your company, which left me feeling belittled. The fact that you said my review is inaccurate because I took advantage of your ”free estimate” and not even offer an apology blows my mind.*******

I called this company because it was on Ranni tankless water heater website. The person who answers the phone was super friendly and said they would send out a tech at no charge.

Chris showed up with another tech and looked at the heater for about 15 mins or so and said it would be $350 to diagnose the problem. It will take about 2 hrs while he calls Ranni’s customer tech support to find out what the error message means on the display. All repairs done after will be charged extra.

I was surprised to find out that it cost $350 just to diagnose the problem and not sure how much it would be if it needs additional repair. Chris then said 2 hrs is how long he will need the diagnose the problem, and if I want to call the customer support myself, then I can try.

I was shocked that he said that with such a condescending tone. He did not appear professional, and I felt like he was bullying me to pay him for just to diagnose the problem. He also stated that if I call another plumber, I would call him right back because he was ”The Guy” to fix this brand of tankless water heater. I'm the best guy in town” he said.

Well, guess what? I did call another plumber and the problem was fixed it within 30 mins, and it wasn't even the water heater. This was by far the most unprofessional encounter I have had in my life. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I needed someone to move a gas line about 8 inches, after calling SEVERAL companies I got lucky to find American Brothers, they came on time (2 hours frame)on the same day I called, told me exactly what needs to be done. Michael was really honest and did a great job. He was wearing his mask all the time, was friendly and did the job exactly how he said.
Defiantly using this company again in the future.

I love these guys!! I had an issue with my downstairs bathroom, I had an estimate for $6000 from another company that wanted to remove my remodeled flooring, dig a trench down to the pipe and replace the blockage. They said it would take 3days. I went to American Brothers Plumbing for a second estimate, I AM SO GLAD I DID!! Instead of going through the floor, they went into the backyard and dug a hole from my outside wall under the foundation, into that same bathroom, did the pipe replacement in 3 hours. They did it for $2000.

Great experience all around.

Every step of the process was smooth, professional, and comfortable.
I never felt pressured, and the tech took the time to explain the causes and prevention steps I could take in the future. All for a great price too.

Very satisfied with American Brothers, I'll definitely be calling on them again with any future issues, as well as recommending them to anyone I know who needs some stuff taken care of!

I just want to thank American Brothers Plumbing for providing me with quick efficient service. We were in need of plumber because the toilets wouldn’t flush properly and the shower was draining slow. Anthony U. showed up and saved the day. He was very quick and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the possibilities that could have caused the issues. In this day it’s hard to know who to trust when using repair companies for fear of being ripped off. I will use this company again for any plumbing issues. Thanks again, for your prompt service and not charging ridiculous fees.

American Brothers came within 90 mins. on a Sunday evening to fix my leaking pipe so my family could have running water until a drywall repairman can come fix it. Thanks American Brothers!! Your responsiveness got you the job. The overall quality of work won you my business.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Miguel Licea from American Brothers Plumbing. Despite charging me $450.50, the company failed to complete the work as promised and did not even mark the location of the mainline on the ground. I have requested a full refund for the services that were not provided. This is not the level of professionalism and reliability that I expect from a company, and I do not recommend American Brothers Plumbing to anyone.

Edit: I asked you if you were going to make the location and you said you “forgot your marker” and that you were going to send me a picture, which you never did. I ended up hiring Larry Cruz from Plumbing Pros who is licensed with the state of Nevada and did EXCELLENT WORK. I highly recommend Larry Cruz. I do NOT recommend Miguel Licea from American Bros Plumbing who quoted me $27000 for a job done by Larry for $9000.

Had them replace a leaking and seized shower valve , shower still leaks . I have called and left voicemails but no response . 365 dollars later and my bathroom is still leaking . they guy over the phone was kind but this is extremely unprofessional.

American Brothers abousatley fantastic !!!! fixed my hot water valve under sink fixed my shower tub faucet. Very nice people they gave me great prices. Did fantastic work! ! Highly recommend them!. After searching for a plumber and dealing with no shows or no one returning calls, finding the American Brothers (and Mike) was like a breath of fresh air! He came by to do an estimate for the job and was back the next day to do the work. . . arriving right on time. He did an excellent job! Mike is very knowledgeable and is an expert on all things plumping. You can tell that he enjoys educating the homeowner so that you are informed on how things operate. American Brothers Plumbing Co went over and beyond when taking care of a broken shower fixture at our rental property. Not only did they fix what was broken, they educated the residents on the importance of using their water softener unit and even added salt pellets. We will definitely use American Brothers Plumbing Co for any plumbing issues we encounter in the future. Thank you for the excellent service!

My water heater died a couple of weeks ago and I called American Bro's. Teri answered the phone and was very professional, calming and helpful (me out of my mind with water going everywhere), she was able to send Michael out that day which was a huge miracle. Michael arrived within hours of the call, got the water off and began draining the old water heater. This saved me so much money because of the damage the water could of caused. I wasn't sure how long I would be out of water because I wanted to upgrade to a tankless unit, but Michael ordered the new heater and said he would return first thing the next day. Sure enough, he had the old heater removed and the tankless on installed an running within hours. I can not express how completely amazing these guys are, they are professional, courteous and do what they say they will do. Michael - you are the best, thank you for your customer service, you are a true pro.

Very happy with American Bros Plumbing Co! They worked with my busy schedule and did a professional job on my water heater without gauging me. Clint was great and super quick. I will call them for any future plumbing needs.

We have used American Brothers Plumbing for the last 4 years, since moving to Las Vegas. They have always done good work, always on time. Very nice plumbing technicians and office staff. They have completed many jobs for us... new toilets, new dishwasher, water softener system, flush hot water heater. We have been very happy with the quality of work that they have done for us.

I just had an all-star experience with American Bros. A pipe in my wall was leaking and needed immediate attention. Chris and Vincent dropped everything and came to the rescue.

Both guys were very professional and moved quickly to stop the running water. Then they got to work in a very tight space to repair the pipe.

The price was about half as much as I was expecting to pay given the circumstances.

Based on my experience, I'd highly recommend American Brothers to anyone looking for a plumber in Vegas. I'll be using them from now on.

Our main line needed to be cleared and after calling company after company and waiting for hours for one to show up that was going to charge an arm and a leg. We found American Brothers Pluming the lady we spoke to was very nice and understanding. She got a one of their guys out asap it was about 3pm when we called and she said Matthew will be there between 4-6 pm. Matthew for there before 4pm and very professional and personable! i took on a project and ended up way over my head, after 3 days no water i called American Brothers they came within 2 hrs, and gave me an estimate. when Chris left he took my worries with him. Chris and Vincent returned the next day re-piped my whole mobile home and installed shower faucets and wrapped and taped them up. they ran into many unexpected issues under my home and told me what and how they were going to tackle them and still stayed in the estimate. they were very professional and HONEST and also fun. i didn't realize how much water pressure I'd lost over time. and the corrosion rust inside the pipes it was a disaster waiting to happen. i was leery about professional plumbers in the past but there my go too in the future. thank you for the advice and suggestions, i will put to use.

We liked the fact that we got the price for parts and labor over the phone without having to suffer the "Technician has to come out and evaluate and then give you a price routine." When the technician got here he was professionally dressed and had all the tools and parts he needed and was done in less than 30 minutes. He took the old garbage disposal and left the work area clean and ready to use. He answered all of our questions about the workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranty. We asked him to leave several of his business cards so that we could share our good experience with our neighbors and I highly recommend American Brothers plumbing and Clint for your plumbing needs. Chris went above and beyond - not only scheduled the house-call less than 24 hours after my call, but when I had bought the wrong item for him to use HE CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY - American Brother's Plumbing Company is Top-Notch & Highly Recommended!!!
