Experience started with Dave's helping me turn off water to refrigerator over the phone. Then upon visiting, being very honest that the unit is new so best to call manufacturer, as it's under warranty. Rather than take my money, they were very honest with best option for us. Couldn't say enough, how great they are.

We have been using DMS plumbing since we bought our house back in 2017. Doug has been out a few times to help out with our plumbing woes and he is a very friendly and honest guy. We have had him out for water main line repair, shower valve replacements, troubleshooting, water heater replacement, and pressure reducing valve installation. No hard sale and no pushy tactics, just honest and to the point. In calling the office, they have always been friendly as well.

We contacted DMS Plumbing reference a leaking hose bibb / spigot. The response we received was outstanding. After sending a photo of the problem to their estimator, they immediately called with an estimate. The price was very reasonable and the work was agreed upon. No one likes to have plumbing issues. So when my shower faucet started to drip, I knew the cartridge needed replacing. However, it wasn't as straightforward due to a stripped handle screw. That's where DMS Plumbing came into play.
