Mundo was our technician that installed the water heater and he did an amazing job! Very professional and explained to me the importance of maintaining the water heater. He went through in detail what I needed to know for me to perform maintenance myself. Excellent technician!

Hybrid water heater element failed. Home warranty company sent out a different company (that somehow used 3 different company names when contacting me over the course of a week) to diagnose the issue and initially they said they'd have to replace the entire unit even though the unit is just 2 years old and still has 8 years of manufacturer warranty left. Sounds great right? Who would turn down a "free" whole new water heater 2 months into moving into a house? Except the other company kept pushing for a smaller full electric water heater instead. 50 gallons VS the 80 hybrid it is now. Kept saying they couldn't install it due to regulations limiting residential sizing, couldn't find the model anywhere and the manufacturer doesn't make that model anymore. And when I found my model they still wouldn't replace it with the same model that is just a 1 day free delivery away from Home Depot. Everything just felt shady. So I told the home warranty company I'll look elsewhere. Honestly glad I did. Royalty Plumbing has been excellent. They were the original company to install the heater even though the previous owner supplied the heater and not Royalty. Royalty thought it might just be the element and didn't need a full replacement but contacted the manufacturer to confirm warranty coverage availability and did a full diagnostic session with the manufacturer on the phone. Part was covered by manufacturer and shipped to the house over the weekend. Once it arrived Royalty came that day and swapped out the part within an hour. Price for all of that was extremely reasonable and my home warranty says they'll reimburse the charges anyway. I'd definitely recommend Royalty Plumbing whether or not you have a home warranty company covering your expenses. Customer service has been great, they listened to my concerns and were quick to come out to diagnose and repair. Hopefully I don't have anymore plumbing issues but if I do Royalty will be the first company I reach out to.

I don’t usually want to call a plumber — honestly, who does? — but Royalty almost makes me want to find an excuse to. Anthony and the crew are just that good. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great guys to have in your home.

If you’re looking for a tankless water heater and want a quality install at a no-hassle, straightforward price, you won’t do better than Royalty. The work was clean, the communication was solid, and the whole experience was easy from start to finish.

Josh Doc Carillo replaced our leaking shut off valve. Did an excellent job and has excellent customer service, and arrived on time. Office representative and master plumber had great customer service, explained everything, cost was exactly what was quoted. Will definitely call for any future plumbing needs.

Unlike some plumbing companies that charge exorbitant amounts for the same work, they are honest and transparent about their pricing.

If this rating has 6 stars I would definitely use them. I called Sunny plumbing because my shower faucet broke and Sunny plumbing responded. The technician Sidney was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He went above & beyond conductibg his work as well as with replacing the valve, pipe, faucets in the shower. I would most definitely recommend Sunny plumbing. Thank you.

My pool shower went out yesterday (Sunday) and while it wasn't an emergency I called The Sunny Plumber. They sent out a guy in 45 mins and had the water flowing soon after. They didn't charge me over time rates and it was virtual painless! The Sunny Plumber's are great!

I had a great experience, from Erika the salesperson, who was so knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations, to Ben and Jesse my installers who made sure every install detail was taken care of. I would definitely recommend Sunny Plumber.

Unfortunately our hot water tank flooded our garage, we couldn’t use even the cold water because the water just would pour out of the tank. We called the Sunny Plumber and they were here in less than a half hour. We knew we would have to purchase another hot water tank, but we decided to go with a tankless water heater, so we won’t have this problem again, it came with a 15 year warranty, Sunny Plumber took care of everything including the permit, now we have instant hot water and we are fearless of ever flooding.
The technician Ivan, was very meticulous and cleaned up everything behind him, he was pleasant and answered many questions we had.

We had a excellent experience with The Sunny Plumber! They were on time, explained the work they were doing and they were courteous and professional. We would highly recommend them. Great pricing and value!

I called to get a ball park estimate for a service that they should be able to quote over the phone. I was inquiring about how much they would charge to install a drip pan under a water heater that has no issues. No repairs, just an installation. I was informed that there is a $49.00 service fee for the estimate, and that amount could be applied to the service. I am not going to pay someone a set fee for an estimate in the event that they are more expensive than other people. As a Realtor I talk to quite a few people. Sunny will not be on my list of recommendations.

My garage ceiling was showing signs of water damage. I contacted Sunny Plumber, and they sent over a serviceman promptly. He viewed the ceiling and then arranged for a demolition/construction company to come and tear out that portion of the water-damaged ceiling. They cleaned out and sanitized the area, and the Sunny Plumber serviceman returned to view and determine where the leak originated. It took us both standing and looking up...while all my inside faucets were running...and 15 minutes of patience to finally see a small leak in one of the water lines crossing inside the ceiling access. Thank goodness the serviceman didn't give up...it took a while for the leak to show...but it turned out to be a quick fix. Thank you, Sunny Plumber! Mary D.

Friendly, knowledgeable and timely, the plumber was at my house within one hour of my call. Took care of my issue quickly. The plumber was CLEAN and very professional. His name is Rene, did a great job, thank you!

Very nice tech came to diagnose a leaking pipe--he gets the 2 stars. So $49.95 is the charge for the visit alone--there is no free estimate. Ok fine, I can live with that I guess. The plumber told me that the two pieces of leaking pipe became detached and needed glued and would take him 2 mins. $260.00. REALLY!?!? Highway robbery. I said no thanks, went to Lowe's, spent $4.16, applied glue, reattached pipes, and done. I understand being a profitable business, but charging almost $300 for a 2 minute job is absurd and insulting.

I believe the sunny plumber did a fine job at our house this date. I really like receiving not only the invoice by email but also the photos which I plan to keep on file I appreciate know what was done as seen on the photos I received by email. Thanks for a good job well done.

Ivan was extremely informative and honest about the issues he found during the inspection. He advised me what the priorities were and what wasn’t as urgent. He informed me of the financing option if needed. Very nice gentleman and a good representation of your company, very pleased with the service provided!!

DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE USING THEM!! The came out to offer a free check of our plumbing, and to check our water quality. First the plumbing check.. they found a few issues that we were already aware of and had previously received a few quotes on from other plumbers.. The sunny plumbers quote was almost double the cheapest quote we already had.

NOW THE WORST PART... The woman they had come do our water test was friendly enough, and spent a few hours checking our water and showing us how bad is was. She had us convinced we needed to get the whole home RO system which was $12,500. Now I will take full credit for allowing myself to be talked into this without taking more time to do more research, but that being said, here is where things went south. She told us the loan would be something in the neighborhood of 7ish percent with payments just north of $120 or so. She ran my credit (telling me it was going to be a soft pull so not to worry) and got the approval. She booked the install for the next day (Saturday) and left.

After thinking about things that night we changed our minds, called and canceled. That Monday I called to cancel the loan only to find out that the pull was indeed a HARD PULL and that the loan was no where near what we had been told. The loan was going to be 0 interest for 6 months then it was going to convert to 24.99 percent with payments of around $300! WHOA! Not what we had been told by the rep at all!!

They may be good at what they do, don't know, never got to use them after the very high quote and the misrepresentation by their sales person over the water filtration. All I can say is DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK BEFORE USING THEM.

*** Update ***

Brad from their office called me to discuss this. He said that this isn’t their usual way of doing business and apologized for the trouble. He offered a discount on the system (which we declined) to try and make things right. They also forgot to cancel the “free soap” that comes with the system so when the first shipment of that arrived he also told me to keep that. Maybe this was a fluke, but I still stand by my suggestion to do your homework beforehand.
