Wow! Excellent customer experience. My water heater needed replacing and Travis showed up within a couple of hours after my initial call. I had an issue with the filtration system I purchased after Chris started installing it which I had to have replaced. Chris came back a week later after I received the part and did a great job installing it all. Highly recommend this company. Their prices were the best I found anywhere, at least 600 dollars less, Chris did a phenomenal job installing the filter.

I’ve used Impact Plumbing several times. We had a water emergency on Christmas morning. Our water heater broke, spraying water into our garage. Joe came to the house quickly. He sourced a new water heater for us on Christmas Day but ended up having to install it the day after, once some of the water damage was able to be repaired. Impact is always reliable. I highly recommend them!

Tom did a great job with the estimate and the service. Had a small hiccup a few weeks later and he came back out, looked it over and solved the issue in a few minutes. Great job.

Very quick to reply and get a tech over, gave me estimates, and we went ahead with repair, which was also completed proficiently and efficiently. Honest tech. Might be a little higher-priced then some competitors, but fair pricing: paid less than what I expected it was going to be. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Will definitely use them again! Very professional, Mike came out for an estimate and was able to do the work the next day. He installed our Reverse Osmosis system as well as gave us information on upkeep and maintenance. I got text notifications when he was on his way which was helpful. Highly recommend!

Chris was able to get to our house quickly even though it wasn't an emergency. He diagnosed the issue and helped to figure out if anything was covered by our warranty even though I didn't have the warranty information. It was all fixed quickly. I will absolutely use them again if I have any problems.

Had a great experience with Impact Plumbing! Chris Taylor came out to check a leak and quickly found the problem — a toilet refill valve failure. He replaced all four valves and also swapped out the old plastic push-pull shutoff valves for sturdy quarter-turn steel braided ones.

We have used Impact Plumbing two different times. They were quick to respond and the plumbers were experienced. The plumbers were also very respectful and knowledgable about our kitchen sink plug. I hope I don’t need their services but if I do I will definitely use Impact Plumbing.

Best plumbing company that I have come across in Las Vegas since moving here in 2009! DO NOT GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY UNTIL YOU GET A QUOTE FROM IMPACT PLUMBING! I was very skeptical about the estimates I was getting from other companies that were being promoted on my google search. I am so grateful that I came across Impact Plumbing through Yelp. They were professional, polite, had great customer service, and their quote for the work I needed was 3 TIMES LESS than what the bigger companies were asking for! Their work is covered for 2 years and the work spoke for itself. I will never use any other company for any heating/cooling/plumbing needs!

Landon was so helpful and fast. The water heater at my rental went out and my tenants had no hot water to shower or do dishes. Landon came out and changed the water heater. My tenants were happy so I’m happy! Thank you
