Travis was on time and did a great job of explaining the various work that we needed to accomplish. He was able to fix the leak on the shower faucet by replacing the cartridge. He also provided me with a water analysis and my water softner is not working properly and I will need to address. Very informative and easy to work with on these projects.

I needed to reposition my washer drain pan and planned to it myself but upon moving the washer out of the way it looked like the home builder installed an actual drain rather than the generic screw fit plastic drain pan plug. I decided to reach out to local plumbing companies and immediately received a reply from Impact plumbing. Within minutes I was scheduled for an on-site estimate for the following morning. Michael arrived at 8am sharp just as scheduled and had the job done by 8:30am! Now that's what I call prompt and honest service! I will definitely add Impact Plumbing to my go-to list. My old water filtration system in the garage was leaking and really, I felt it was not even doing a good job making the water any softer. Mike came out and told me that the unit I had was like something you would get at a big box store and didn’t have the capacity to filter my house. The install for a new unit was surprisingly quick and I could right away tell it was doing a way better job and leak free.

Had Michael come out to take care of some plumbing work and he did a fantastic job. Super easy to work with, explained what he was doing, and everything works perfectly now. If you’re looking for a dependable plumber, I’d definitely recommend giving him a call.

I had a great experience with Impact Plumbing. I reached out on New Year’s Eve to request a water heater installation, and even though it was during the holiday, they responded promptly without taking time off. They scheduled an inspection and estimate for the very first day after New Year’s, which I really appreciated.

Chris came out for the inspection, and he was extremely friendly and professional. The entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. On top of that, I happened to be installing a new lock on my front door at the same time, and although it wasn’t part of his job, Chris kindly offered to help me for a bit.

I have a very positive and appreciative impression of his service attitude and professionalism. If anyone is looking for plumbing services, I would highly recommend Impact Plumbing.

Tom was fantastic! He was very clear about the job and what it entailed and was transparent about pricing, which I thought was very fair. I had a water softener and recirculation pump installed. I am thrilled with his work and how quickly he was able to book the appointment and complete the job! Highly recommend.

Called this company for my plumbing issue and Landon was sent out to my home. He walked me through what he was going to do and when he was finished he explained everything to me so well since I had so many questions 🤭 also, he cleaned up very well and left no mess behind. Ask for Landon when you contact them. Prices are very reasonable compared to other companies out here in Las Vegas!!

Had a really great experience with Tom from Impact Plumbing. He installed our water softener system and did a really clean, professional job. Everything was set up nicely and works perfectly. He also made sure everything was good and running correctly before he left. We’re really happy with the work he did.

Impact Plumbing is great!
I went to shower and had no hot water. I called their 24-hour line and they had a technician out to my house by midnight. Travis quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us pictures of the rust on the top of the water heater.
He got us on the schedule for a new water heater between 8:00 and 10:00 am the next morning. Dave and Jose arrived around 9:00 am and completed the install within two hours.
They also replaced a flapper that was leaking in one of our toilets.
Travis, Dave and Jose were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing.

I will definitely contact Impact Plumbing again when the need arises.
