I hired Hip's to locate and repair a gas leak. They were the 3rd quote I got. They were the most reasonable, the most informative, and completed the job quockly. Everyone who came to work at the house was friendly. As they were working Hip showed me everything they were doing and why. When they were done the clean up was impeccable. Hip made what had become a very stressful situation for me a problem solved. I highly recommend Hip's!

Cody from Hips plumbing stopped by to look at an issue we were having due to a water leak. Cody helped us identify the cause of the leak. Cody also replaced our water shut-off valves under our kitchen sink. I picked Cody’s brain about potential upgrades we were considering, and he answered every question and provided pricing. I have never had a pleasant experience with a plumber or plumbing company, but Cody at Hips Plumbing is a rockstar. I highly recommend Cody and Hips Plumbing for their honesty and quick turnaround.

Called Hips Plumbing and they showed up in 20 minutes. Kyle was great he fixed an issue with my shower very quickly that another local plumbing company was trying to say I needed a custom order special item and was trying to charge an absurd amount. Kyle was able to fix it in under 15 minutes and fixed a couple other small issues. Highly recommend Hips and Kyle specifically also.

Amazing Plumbing Specialist!

First, the technician truly listened as I explained all of the shower temperature issues. He then did a thorough investigation and asked a few key questions that immediately impressed me. I was amazed not only by his approach, but by the results.

After more than two years of having multiple large plumbing companies come to my home without success, it was refreshing to finally have someone who actually identified the problem—and fixed it. Choosing a locally owned business was the best decision I could have made!

The issue was diagnosed and resolved within two hours. I cannot thank you enough and will recommend your company to everyone in town. Absolutely outstanding job!

Free estimates is what got me to go with them but when the technician came and he was forward with pricing and options was what I really appreciated! The prices I feel were reasonable and he got the job done. Within an hour - I had my water heater flushed and some minor things replaced. I would highly recommend and I would use them again for future needs. Thanks!

Had our leaking pool valve replaced by Hips Plumbing. Was able to schedule a free estimate the day after contacting them and also got the work done the same day as the estimate. Friendly, good communication, and good work. Would definitely use them again when I have future plumbing needs.

Carlos with HIPS did an excellent job repairing my shower leak. He was very professional, arrived on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. The team at Hibs Plumbing was amazing. They even came back a second time when I had an issue (because it was my reverse osmosis system they installed), and they fixed it. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly (and their prices are so reasonable).

I was impressed by Kyle's level of professionalism and honesty. I called for an estimate on a tankless water heater flushing as well as low water levels in the toilet. Rather than try to sell me a service I didn't need he educated me on how water levels work and explained the water level was fine. I appreciated that he shared his expertise rather than price gouge me. I did hire him to do the flushing service so he did receive my business. I will use Hips Plumbing again!

Wow, what a great experience! I had a water leak from the main line to my house and needed an immediate repair. The team at Hips Plumbing was incredibly responsive and professional, even calling in advance to confirm the best time to arrive. They also sent a text message about 15 minutes prior to arrival.

Carlos was fantastic, very communicative throughout the entire repair. Unfortunately, the repair required removing lots of rocks and digging quite a bit to find where the leak was. Prior to doing any work, Carlos provided me with three different options for the repair and provided the costs for each option.

He sent along videos and pictures of the damaged area so that I could provide them to the insurance.

Carlos had everything required to complete the necessary repair, and left the area in a good state. He also confirmed that all the water was back on and functioning as expected.

Such a great experience that I asked for a quote to do the broader replacement of the whole main line. Highly recommended!

Devan, walked in and was able to diagnose within minutes. He then found another issue and made sure to get our gas fireplace in our new home completely up and running. The price was very fair, a bit above unlicensed plumbers and way below other licensed plumbers. We have found our plumber for life. So efficient and trustworthy. Thank you Devan, Jodi and Redline. Jodi, the scheduler was also awesome as she put our mind at ease that they could help us. They were right on time.

Javi came out to assist us with an issue we had with our plumbing and he was very polite, efficient, and professional. There were still issues that were presenting and he had to come back and he came back immediately along with the owner of the business because more equipment was needed. Was very impressed with the work ethic, knowledge, and professionalism of Javi! I felt comfortable having him in our home.

The owner is who I met, who was knowledgeable, professional, and on time. Something that’s pretty rare nowadays.
