I called them to repair a water heater at 8am and someone was on site within about an hour. The tech diagnosed the issue (gas valve failure) very quickly and even had the replacement part in the truck. The tech was professional, personable and efficient.

Ed did a great job! We were pleased with all his work, and it was done in a timely manner. Ed was friendly and professional, and explained all the work that was needed to be done. We had several bathroom faucets that needed to be replaced. Also, the kitchen sink was leaking and shower spout was leaking. Thanks, Ed for all your hard work. If we have any plumbing problems again, we will call Hips and ask for Ed.

Edit: $440 for replacing a tub's downspout and a cartridge in one trip, originally priced $490, only gave a small discount after I said this price was way to ridiculous compared to market price. IYKYK.

Had a water leak in a rental unit while I was out of town for work. Selected Hips for the good google review, it was easy to set up an appointment and they came asap. I pre-authorized the repair because I wasn't able to communicate on the phone while at work. They replaced some parts which weren't too old and weren't directly related to the leak, for 4x the plumber market price, and told me to find a handyman to finish the rest. Next day I hired a rental agent to take it over, who then sent a trustworthy plumber and fixed the leak together with downstair neighbor's ceiling damage, and even replaced the tub's rusty drain for a way way cheaper price.

Hips saw an opportunity to scam me and they took it.

Great service. Kyle was my technician and he was very professional and kind. Referred me to a restoration company to assist me further but appreciate they didn’t try to fix something out of their scope. Would absolutely call again for my plumbing needs.

Hips plumbing saved the day. My main water line was leaking. Within 24 they were out accessing the issue. Once I approved the repairs one day for total replacement of my main water lines to my house. Eduardo was very efficient walked me through what was needed. After digging up my whole front yard to get the job done. They left my landscaping like new. Eduardo’s follow up and customer service skills were excellent. And they gave me the best price. Thank you to Eduardo, Jose and team from Hips plumbing for helping me.

We would highly recommend Hips Plumbing. Kyle was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. He handled our repair from start to finish and did a great job. They are reasonably priced. We do not wish to have to call on them again, but definitely will if we have more plumbing issues.

Ed was amazing. He said he could fix 3 major issues and 1 minor in a single day and that his work would be impeccable. It was! I was genuinely surprised and so pleased. Very down to earth authentic people and reasonable prices. Thanks Ed!!!!

I needed a new water heater installed and the person that came out was on time (actually a little earlier). He was polite and explained the process for me to understand, as he had to bring some of the piping up to code as it was installed 15 years ago. I would recommend Hips plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Kyle came and installed a new toilet with bidet. I thought two persons needed to do this job being the toilet unit is quite heavy. He was a lone ranger and finished the job proficiently. As usual HIPS techs are friendly and professional [they have done other plumbing jobs in the house before]. I like it when a worker interacts with the homeowner so you can find out the outcome of a similar job/equipment they have done before so you know if you had made a good choice of material/equipment and it will work well.
The work area was cleaned up and he answered some technical questions and other concerns I have and was very pleased. When HIPS say they will come at certain time block, they will come.

Hips Plumbing was awesome! They came out fast, cleared my kitchen sink drain quickly, and were super professional and friendly the whole time. Fair pricing, great communication, and no hassle at all.

Cody is AWESOME. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly. No rush on the Q&A and he made my wife super happy with his knowledge. 100% professional.

Hips did a great job running our gas line. They put our rocks and pavers back perfectly. Highly recommend! Update: They also changed out our shower faucet cartridge. They gave us a quote that same day and fixed it the following day.

This was the second time I have has Hip's do repair work for me. Their quote on this job was over $200 less than another company who could not justify their exorbitant rate for the same simple job other than by saying "Well, we're just better!" LOL! Everyone at Hip's from admin, to dispatch to the plumber and his apprentice are all courteous and professional. The only hiccup were some miscommunications with email but easily fixed (guys maybe text next time!) Will definitely call Hip's first when I need a plumber again.

I had a leak on the water outlet that supplied water to my toilet tank. I also had a bathroom sink p-trap that was clogged & leaking. HIPS Plumbing sent technician - Kyle, assess what was wrong & explained to me what was going on. He gave me a fair quote. Kyle set to work on both quickly & efficiently, doing the water outlet by the toilet tank 1st, then the bath sink right after. He finished the job before 11:00 a.m. & he did fine work on both, plus he left the place clean. I highly recommend Kyle & HIPS Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work !!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Very fast and responsive and excellent quality of work. Other plumbers didn't even get back to me, but Hips got back to me immediately and worked around my schedule. Would not hesitate to use again.

Hips service and professionalism was wonderful. They were so prompt and took care of my problems immediately. Which was huge for me. I’m disabled and live alone so If I had to wait an extended period it would’ve been a problem. When I explained my situation they came right over. As far as price goes I’m a bad example because my problem was specific to my disability situation, so I am not the every day toilet problem story. But what I can tell you is they knew just what I needed, and gave me the two options. One that would’ve saved me money and the other that was more but was perfect for my situation. I chose to spend the extra money because I have a I do It right the first time way of thinking. But they did offer a cheaper solution and I felt no pressure on which way to go. My experience with Hips was great and would, and will recommend them to anyone who needs a honest Plumber, who does the job right the first time. Thanks guys.

Quick response to our need for a new hot water heater after it went out. Called Friday evening and they were there first thing Saturday morning. Went over the options and were able to replace it in a few hours. Cleaned up after their work and went over all questions.
