Showed up quick. . Ray was very efficient. He and his team got the job done same day!! Worked until nearly 8:00 pm. Great work at a great price. Couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely use them again for any plumbing problems.

What a great experience! I called hoping someone would be able to help that day and Devan was there in under 1.5 hours. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and communicated clearly what was going on and what he was doing. The problem was fixed fully in record time. If I ever have any other plumbing issues, I will absolutely be calling them.

I had a broken garbage disposal and leaking sink, Kade came out same day I called to have them replaced. The service was quick and professional, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend reaching out if you have any plumbing problems!

Devan from Redline Plumbing was excellent! He installed a new garbage disposal and faucet in our kitchen. He did a great job, was very informative and friendly. So happy with the results. Also, we received an appointment on the same day and they called us when Devan would arrive. All in all a good experience!

Service person was very professional. He explained exactly what needed to be done and performed the service in a timely manner.

I chose a reputable experienced company to install a manabloc, install a kitchen faucet and add a fixture to the garage. Ray is an excellent plumber, honest, friendly, explained as necessary. We even met the "boss" Kurt who stopped by. I actually had them back a few days later to correct a h/w issue. Both times Ray was the technician and we couldn't be more pleased with Redline. They did a great job fixing my shower. Kade was honest and fair with the price of the fix and installation of our new handle and shower head.

Ray from Redline plumbing arrived to the home that I'm renting. Should I continue to refer to as "the home" or "my home?" I'm not so sure anymore as I had a terrible encounter with Ray.

I kindly asked him to remove his shoes. He rudely stated, "No? I have to leave them on because of company policy."  I completely understood as I also didn't want him to get hurt.  I offered him shoe coverings to avoid getting the inside of this townhome dirty with his shoes.  I've always had people wear shoe booties when they entered my home.  Not once was I rude about it and I remained professional and friendly during our entire encounter.

He appeared very irate.  He stated he had shoe booties in the truck and I said okay that's fine.  Ray stated, "My shoes aren't even dirty, and if I get hurt, YOU will be liable. You're JUST a renter here."  He said that with lots of emphasis.  He stated, "You don't even have home insurance."   That was the most inappropriate response I've ever heard.  I told him, "Well I don't want the inside of my home to get dirty. Yes I'm just a renter and I actually do have home insurance but it shouldn't matter if I'm just renting."

As he was putting on his booties, he was ranting on again about how he can get hurt and I will be liable.  He was beginning to intimidate me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.  I told him he does not have to be rude about it.  Ray seemed very apathetic, he was creating more tension as he seemed even more irate.  He walked inside the home in the living room and I immediately felt his intense tension.  I felt very threatened by Ray.  I asked him to please leave because he was making me feel uncomfortable.  He stated, "Fine.”

I reached out to my property manager and also Redline Plumbing regarding this matter momentarily after. Kurt, manager from Redline Plumbing seemed professional over the phone, he asked if I will be home today and offered to send someone else out today or if they want to come another day.  Kurt stated he knew Ray for 20 years and it does not seem like him.  I told him well that's what just happened and it shouldn't matter if I'm a renter or owner to Ray.

Based on Ray's statements about being, "Just a renter," it was pretty obvious he was discriminating against me and treating me unfairly just because I was renting. I've never encountered anything like this before. I'm a responsible person that pay my dues on time, I'm very respectful of my and other peoples properties. I reached out to my property manager for assistance as this home was smelling like fecal matter, source was from the master bathroom drain and also the lack of hot water.  Not habitable and it is very unhealthy.

I've had great and friendly interactions with everyone so and also the handyman that came by a while back to fix other issues.  It was just this one incident with Ray from Redline Plumbing that made it a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience for me.  I thought for a few seconds if I should just let him stay to work on the plumbing issues, but I just couldn't bear to have him in here any longer.

Plumbers generally make good money but who would want to work with people like him? I know I'm not paying for this as my property manager/owner of property is taking care of the costs, but the fact of the matter is that I'm getting issues addressed and in no way I'm intentionally causing things to go wrong. I, too have a life as I value my time and have other things to do other than have random people come here. I respect everyones role, esp people that come to fix things because they're experts at it.

I don't know if Ray was just having a bad day, dismissive towards women, and/or just had bad experiences with other renters and categorized me as one of them. Nevertheless, this shouldn't have happened. Unprofessional. Very negative demeanor with such a horrible attitude. I would not be surprised if he treated most customers (renters/owners) this way. He needs some kind of remediation, discipline, quit, or simply fire him if he hates his life so much.

Kade was super friendly and helpful. Made the call to Redline at 3pm, by 5pm same day Kade had fixed my problem and was cleaned up and ready to leave. Will definitely be using them again (hopefully not for a while though)

Redline was quick to call me to set up an appointment for same day service. Less than 2 hours later Kade was at my door. Talk about a wonderful young man…this plumbing problem was just one of the problems I had today and I was at my wits end. He was so kind and assured me he was there to fix this clog in my kitchen sink and calmed my frazzled nerves with his wonderful demeanor. He worked very efficiently was professional at all times, but yet knowing I was upset he still talked with me in a friendly manner. It was almost like when my grandson or granddaughter are over and we just chat about what’s going on in our lives. I and so glad he was sent to repair my plumbing problem and if I ever need Redline again, I will definitely request him.

Just had Redline plumbing replace our other toilet. They did such a great job the first time, they have become our go to plumbers for all our plumbing needs. They even sent the same plumber Devin who is so quick and efficient and seriously knows his stuff. Friendly and polite. We highly recommend them. Give them a call, you won't regret it. And might I add their prices are extremely reasonable. 5 stars all the way.

This is probably our 3rd time using Redline Plumbing. And all 3 times we had Javi Rodriguez as our technician. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He will tell you when you will need to replace fixtures and parts to avoid potential future leaks and recommend the best, cost efficient options. Javi came on time and installed 2 new sinks and fixtures in 1 1/2 hours which allowed us to go about our day sooner once the work was done. If you plan to use Redline Plumbing for any plumbing work, we highly recommend that you request Javi.

I called to file a complaint after an employee went to a service call to my unit and decided to check out my bedroom, and the manager was super rude, I have cameras in my unit I watched the employee taking pictures of my unit to later say he only took pictures of the kitchen faucet when I clearly watched him taking multiple pictures of my living room. The manager was unprofessional and I will never referrer them to anyone, I advise of my landlord as well and we will not use them again.

This place costs a fortune. I had a tech Eric who was awesome come out. He was super smart, polite, professional, and explained everything. Great tech! I doubt he has control over pricing so no reflection on him but this place is way over priced. I’ve used another plumber and they quoted me $300 for what redline charged me $400 for today. Just a tank rebuild and angle stop replacement. Learned my lesson. Will go back to my old plumber in the future. Again- tech Eric did a great job but this was a rip off and significantly more expensive. Lesson learned for me. 1 and done.

Edit to add: the office scheduling lady for this company saw this review and called me to yell at me twice now berating me on the phone for leaving a bad review and attempted to give me a $25 credit to take this review down. Very unprofessional. Also the toilet continued to run later in the day and I had to have the tech out again. They changed an angle stop, water supply line, and fill kit. Those parts at Lowe’s are about $50. The tech was at my house for less than an hour. So $350/hour for labor is normal and competitive? I respectfully disagree. And the quote I’ve compared this to from a different company was given to me last month, not years ago. This is just my experience and opinion dealing with this company.

My water meter was spinning continuously .Eric came out on a Saturday and found the issue in 10 minutes. Excellent Service/ Response time. Would highly recommend for any plumbing issue.
