Had a tank less water heater flushed, a leak in a line fixed, a shut off valve and a water softener installed. Art came first, discussed with me what was involved and the options I had. Jeff came a couple of hrs later and made the repairs and the installation. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and the work was exceptional.

Great response time, great work. Water heater went out. They were able to come in, access, quote and install a new heater within the same day! Elvis was awesome! Helped us find a great company for the water damage. My plumber of choice!

Hot water gave up on us, called The Sunny Plumber around 6:30 am, they scheduled their field guy Elvis to come out and diagnose the issue within an hour or 2. Determined it was time for the old hot water heater to be replaced. Explained in detail very knowledgeable. Set up the replacement for same day between 12-2. Tony their Tech arrived inside the window, and by 5:00 pm we are back in business. Efficient, courteous, awesome experience. Very happy we called The Sunny Plumber. Thank you for your service.😀

We reached out to the Sunny Plumber for a leaking water main, and I was given an appointment that day (Friday) and they were right on time. They Diagnosed the problem immediately and I was given two options and quotes. The following day (Saturday) they were unable to get the part so we were rescheduled for Monday at 0900. There was some trouble getting the parts and equipment to do the job so Plumber Ivan arrived around 12:20 and got started on the job. It took a few hours but he did a fantastic job. A little bit of miscommunication regarding which repair we had decided to do and the one completed resulted in a phone call to the store manager who ended up charging us for the lesser job and wishes of an early 'Merry Christmas". We will certainly recommend The Sunny Plumber without hesitation. A very fair and reliable company with very nice, polite and knowledgeable crew. Thank you!

I wish I had known about the Sunny Plumber sooner. Their representatives are friendly and knowledgeable about plumbing and the products in our home.
Our other plumber represented themselves as having experience with our system, and we were constantly having issues with call backs. The other plumber said they checked out our system and apparently did not know we had problems.
The Sunny Plumber checked out all the plumbing in the home, gave us suggestions on upkeep and made sure all our drains were clear. We had new product installed along with a guarantee that they will come out 'free of charge' if we have any issues with the products. In addition they will come out twice a year, once before the summer and once before the winter to check out the systems. They were fair in their pricing, did a great job and cleaned up the area. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are great. Gary came out and told me exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. Best thing....he arrived on time. Dispatch told me between 10 and 12. He was here at 1030. I was expecting 12. He replaced a pressure valve in my garage in 20 minutes!! He was so nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company

Sunny plumber does excellent work. I am extremely pleased with their service and caring about the quality of work performed. Gary was who did my last two jobs and he was very nice and cared about his work and also cleaned up when finished. I would definitely recommend them.

This is my second need for the Sunny Plumber to do repairs in my home. My experience was even better than the first and the first was fantastic!! Ivan repaired the garden faucet on the front of my home and even showed me pictures because I was unable to leave the inside of my home to go outside. (had an accident and fractured 3 ribs!) Very courteous, patient with my many questions because the past repairs on the same faucet haven't lasted more than a year or so. I have had to replace this same unit 3 times in 4 years. He says I have a two year warranty parts and labor and says this is a permanent fix and I will probably not need a future repair like I have in the past. I will DEFINITELY use Sunny Plumber for any of my plumbing needs. Kudos to all of the staff and techs they are wonderful!!!

My first visit from them didn't start off so well with the time for the plumber who was to do an inspection passing and me having to call them to find out what was up. The second looked like it almost was going to go the same way because when they called to let me know the A/C guys were not going to make it they said they couldn't find the appointment. They got it though and I had two plumbers out on a sales call not long after. They gave me my options and we discussed what would be best for what I really wanted to do and then set up the install. I never felt pressured to do any other work or that I had to pick one of the options. The third time for the installation went off without a hitch.

I got a call shortly after the start of my time window and David showed up quickly after. He broke down again what he would be doing and installing and how long the water would be off. It took a little less time then estimated to get the old softener out, a new conditioner in and the descaler installed along with new connections to the hot water heater. Everything was cleaned up and he walked me through how the system worked and set the timer on the conditioner. I got the warranty card that he filled out for me and I just need to drop in the mail and the manufacturer's information for the equipment. Now I have a no salt virtual maintenance free system.

We had an emergency occur with our water heater and they accommodated getting us a tech to come out, even though it was after 5pm when we called. Friendly, really knowledgeable on the work they do, excellent customer service, happy we have them here in Nevada. Thank you Goettl!

I love that we got a phone call to let us know our plumber was on his way. Ben checked everything out, and as we suspected we needed a new kitchen faucet. Since I wanted to purchase it myself, Ben and I met at the Home Depot and he was very helpful in picking out the best faucet for us. We met back at my house, and Ben proceeded to do an efficient and competent install, explaining and showing us all the new features of the faucet. Thanks Ben for making this process go so smooth!!!!

Tech came out they were courteous, quick and able to meet the arrival window that they originally quoted me. I felt they did a solid job on three valve replacements that had been leaking. I have not used plumbers in quite some time and first impression was that the price was much higher than what I expected but I was able to use a coupon I found online. That would be my only feedback that perhaps the cost could have been a little bit lower. Would use them again but will research others to see if more competitive pricing in the market without sacrificing quality.

We were out of town, a Sunday night at 4pm, when our neighbor noticed our flooded kitchen and a huge leak from Our RO unit. Burst pipe. While on the phone with her, I called Sunny plumber. They quickly changed their schedule-and go someone out for us within the hour. TONY the technician was awesome. He fixed everything within 2hrs. Went above and beyond to make it look great.
In an emergency situation, most companies would try to gouge what they could. It was after 7pm when he was finished on a Sunday, but this company was fair, honest, quick and really helpful.

I am a member of their club, I was going to cancel -but being a member saved us at least $350 on this emergency job and got them to act quickly.

Can you find “cheaper” places —possibly. But to find excellent quality and amazing customer service for quickness like that-especially in an emergency—it’s rare.

I trust Sunny for all our plumbing needs and I’m so grateful for the Customer Service agent for finding a plumber quickly and for TONY taking his Sunday to save our house and go way above and beyond to make it perfect again.

The install of my new water heater was done with ease. The guy installing was clean and cleaned up everything before leaving. Looked like they had not even been there. I was very happy with the service and installation. Would definitely recommend them to a friend:)
Quick service at a good price!

I am very pleased with the service I received. The call center staff were friendly and kept me informed on when the plumbers would be out. The plumbers arrived within the prescribed 2 hour window. The truck and technicians were professional appearing. I was having a leaking pipe repaired, they gave me their best advise on how to proceed, gave me an exact cost and worked within the budget. No hassle, or troubles at all. Both Elvis and his colleague did great and I would recommend Sunny plumber to anyone. This place lived up to all the hype their radio commercial project.

My master bath tub upstairs suddenly was draining into my basement! Called The Sunny Plumber and they had a plumbing tech out within hours the same day! They did a top to bottom inspection of our home and went over the list of issues they noted. They were honest and told me which were the MUST DO NOW items. Which need done but doesn’t have to be now and explained the differences between the price and quality of the different products they had available. They even offered financing if we need it. Our Technician was Jesse. I can’t say enough of him! Great communication skills, explained everything he was doing as he moved from one issue to the next. He was on time. Was very attention to detail and took pride in his work! Love him!! Will definitely be calling the Sunny Plumber for ALL our future plumbing needs.

My garbage disposal stopped working,I assumed it needed to be replaced. I used yelp to send out inquiries for a quote to replace the unit. Within 3 hours Tom was at my house.

Tom was amazing! He quickly found the problem (jam), fixed it and showed me how to fix it myself if the problem occurs again. After leaving he sent me a link where I could purchase a jam wrench at my local hardware store and even sent me a quote for a garbage disposal replacement-because that was my initial inquiry, just so I would have the pricing incase I wanted to replace.

Its hard finding a honest tradesman you can trust but Tom is it. 1'll definitely be calling Impact for any future plumbing needs.

Eddie took his time and explained to me what he recommended and why it was leaking. He fixed both toilets with new parts. Tested to make sure they weren’t leaking any longer. He explained the warranty. Great work, very friendly. And on time.

They made time for me on Sun pm with a stoped up kitchen drain. They quoted me a time & did not call back 20 min later to tell me that the time quoted me was already taken & could I wait til Tuesday pm to come out. So glad my daughter found Impact & had me call them. No only did they come out in 2 hrs, but did a great job, cleaned up, & charged me a reasonable rate. Phenomenal service and excellent work done by Chris finding the issues and coming up with the best and most const efficient solution. Was told by another company that I needed to replace my tankless water heaters which was going to cost me some serious $$$.. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options about the solutions and told me his honest opinion about it all. Chris was always on time, communicative, and transparent about the whole process. This will definitely be my go to for anything plumbing related!
