I called them to solve a complex problem that other plumbers could not solve. From the very first call I could tell this place was different. They were real professionals who understood their trade and, equally as important, how to provide outstanding customer service. They confirmed their appointment with me the day before and then showed up on time the day of the appointment. They stayed until the job was done and got the job done right. It was a huge relief. I am very grateful to my neighbor for recommending them to me.

This company is great, they do my industrial and residential plumbing. When they do a repair it is done right and on time. They have a very talented plumber, Anthony, that has been doing our work for years. He's very knowledgable and a great guy in general. My water heater burst in my garage, water everywhere, called Anthony at 6 am, new water heater delivered at 7:30 a.m. Same day. Amazing customer service. I wouldn't think of using anybody else.

O’Rourke Plumbing Service is the best! When I call to schedule an appointment they are always polite and very patient helping me to find the best time that fits my schedule. Anthony is very professional and does an amazing job; it always looks great when he is finished. He explains everything he does and he even cleans up before he leaves. I always try to use a small family business because they tend to care more about their customers and O’Rourke Plumbing Service has always given me excellent service at a fair price for both my home and my office for over 10 years. I would never call anyone else for my plumbing needs. (ps. I would prefer to keep them for myself but I just feel the need to share how amazing they are)

O'Rourke Plumbing has provided excellent service for me over the past several years. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Appointments are easy to set up and the office will call you 30 to 45 minutes in advance of the plumbers arrival. All work is completed in short order and the area is left as clean as it was prior to the task. Anthony always solves the issue and provides an explanation of what needs to be done prior to starting the work- a true professional. Highly recommended!

We have used O’Rourke Plumbing service for approximately 25 years now. They are always polite, thorough, patient, and efficient. At certain times I’ve tried another plumber; but, to no avail. There is no comparison. O’Rourke Plumbing is five stars all the way.

The technician, Jorge arrived early for the appointment. He did troubleshooting on my faucet, and found the defective piece; instead of pushing a full replacement, we made a plan to get a new part.

We had a great experience with BC Plumbing and I can’t recommend them enough. They were punctual (which already puts them ahead of half the industry), extremely kind, and very easy to work with from start to finish.

They took the time to thoroughly assess everything, explain what was going on, and made sure we felt comfortable with the plan before moving forward. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right—not just getting in and out.

It’s not always easy to find vendors who check all the boxes, but they absolutely did. We’ll definitely be using them again and referring them to clients moving forward.

Jason is always been easy to get ahold of, open in their communication and overall great to work with/have on our property. With an over 9k sq foot home, issues are bound to happen and we are so glad to have Jason and his team on our side through those moments.

I had many small issues and called BC Plumbing and Jorge Zozaya came to my house, very professional and super helpful. He wore booties and he was efficient and answered all my questions. I was so happy, I called them at noon and by 2:30pm the same day Jorge arrived. I would have bought a new garbage disposable but Jorge fixed it with an Allen Wrench. These guys are SUPER honest and they have earned my business for life. He fixed my kitchen faucet (low water pressure) , my garbage disposal, new shower head, bathroom sink that had a slow drip.
