I had an emergency and needed my kitchen faucet replaced and installed due to a plastic piece failing and beginning to leak. They were super busy but hearing my problem over the phone, the owner came out himself and replaced the faucet. He had to crawl under my kitchen sink like McGyver which was really something because the area was so hard to reach and get to. Top notch service and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Installed garbage disposal. However he left the old drain covering from my old disposal and took the new one with the box,, warranty etc.. with him.Then when I called to complain, Lowes called the company he said he took it because he stated some customers like to keep their old ones? What!? If that is true that should have been a question asked of me. Not just taking the new item I purchased. Even if for some bizarre reason,, I wanted to still use my old one,, the new one still belonged to me.Then. for rescheduling Lowes set up the time and when I called to confirm, they never called me back. Terrible!

North Star plumbing can not keep an appointment. I bluntly stated that I was only available Saturday as I have to work. They kept rescheduling my appointment for times I was not available without talking to me. I finally rescheduled again for Saturday, and the guy shows up on Friday while I'm still at work claiming I had an appointment. I never ended up using this company and won't ever! Lowes hooked me up with Allstate, who is far superior!

These people are liars. As noted before they will say that they came to your house and called you; but they don’t. When you ask for verification of the phone call and the pictures they took of the house, they will not provide it. Why? Because they are liars. My door was open and a note was on my door on two different occasions. Handy is the company that assigned them through Lowe’s. Whatever you do , don’t hire these people. They canceled on me five times over a year period. I was forced to use handy because it was already paid for. I would have gotten another company but I was stuck with these losers. So they come outside the window given and then lie that they were at your house within the window. Horrible customer service!

Like MarchHare59, I purchased a toilet from Lowes that required installation. Aaron was dispatched for the job within 24 hours of purchase. He completed the install quick, fast and in a hurry. Very professional workmanship, and Aaron himself, is a very polite, easy going gentleman. I have to include that the old toilet was taken away as well.

I had two new toilets installed through a purchase I made at Lowes by Northstar plumbing and I was impressed by the quality of the install and the professionalism displayed by the plumber they sent to do the job. Aaron was friendly, polite and thorough in his attention to detail, making sure that the new toilets were seated properly, cleaning up after they were installed and hauling away the old toilets with a minimum of fuss. I was very pleased with this necessary upgrade to my home and with Northstar Plumbing.

North Star plumbing you will be disappointed. This company will nickel and dime you! If Lowe’s sends them out be prepared for them to be unorganized and not to be prepared, ask for more money and need to reschedule. They will also look at you like the miscommunication is your fault! Knowing they are on some hustling shenanigans We paid $168 for installation services/toilet. They showed up no toilets trying to charge an additional $50 to pu. No sir that’s your job. The next day another $35/toilet. Nope take that up with Lowe’s. DO NOT BOOK anything with this company. I even called their headquarters and spoke with someone and she also sucks never called back. Since they’re too busy with doing nothing and hiding fees let them stay there in that energy! North Star plumbing suck!

Lowes at told me I would get a call in a week so I was surprised it was quick.

I bought two toiletes at my local Lowes with delivery and installation. Lowes used Handy as a sub to do the delivery and install. Handy subed to North Star. I received a notification that my delivery and install was scheduled. The day came and nobody showed up. A couple hours later I received a notification that my install was complete. Wait, what? I called Lowes customer service and they notified me that the installer had closed my work order claiming they could not get a hold of me. However, I did not received a call nor text from the installer. This turned into a big circle of calling Lowes to get my delivery and install rescheduled. However, I had a constant water flow on two of my toiletes, which is the reason why I needed them installed ASAP. I really hope Lowes does not use this company as a sub anymore. I would not recommend this company.

North Star Plumbing is an excellent company. I bought three toilets and they installed them very well. I love them. I would used them again without hesitation. They are very clean and do an excellent job. Thank you very much, Aaron, for your help. I give them 5 stars review.

I purchased a kitchen faucet from Lowe’s, and installation was supposed to be handled by a third-party service they partnered with. Unfortunately, the installers never showed up for the scheduled appointment. As a result, my kitchen faucet continued leaking for five days.

When I followed up, I was told the next available appointment was two weeks out—completely unacceptable under the circumstances. The experience was extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on Lowe’s, as this installation company is clearly unprofessional and unreliable.

As someone who owns multiple businesses, I know the value of good customer service. This company is seriously lacking in that department and needs to improve dramatically—or step aside. Judging by other reviews, I’m far from the only customer who feels this way.

They installed a sump pump that’s been handling heavy effortlessly.

They replaced a dripping kitchen faucet, and it looks stunning.

They restored my water heater and left no mess behind. Great service all around!

Staff, including nurses is unprofessional and rude,not nice at all. Looks like they're all miserable and don't even want to be there, and shows no caring to the patients.
If you want professional caring staff and someone that acts like they care about their patients don't go here.

I was looking for a doctor, tried calling to set up an appointment, someone picked up and put me right back on hold without saying anything. I heard background talking which is how I know they picked up, then hold music again. Will not go to this practice if that is how they handle phone calls. If they are rude on the phone what will they be like in office. First impressions are always on the phone.

I liked how the plumber was straight up and clear about everything. They gave a full rundown of the prices and told me exactly what had to be fixed. No sneaky extra charges!
