No license plate, speeding, and no turn signals.

We had a gas leak so our gas was shut off i called them they were friendly and knowledgeable they came the same day found we had several small leaks gave us a great price came the next day and fixed it thank u so much for all your help and response to the urgency of the issue definitely will recommend this company to friends and family

I had an emergency and was referred to this company. I had used them once before. They showed up, ripped out my ceiling and left sewage waste all over my downstairs bathroom on a Friday, claiming they would be back Monday with the parts. After no-showing on Monday, I checked in Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and finally Saturday with promises of service. They never came. They never called me back. I went without the use of an entire full upstairs bathroom for a week and lost my tenant.

So I love and own my own mobile home in Cabana MH park. I get up at 4am for work and come home at 4pm. I get home and am relaxing. Then use the toilet and find I have no water. I go outside in the dark and there’s a bag of tools sitting by my water shut off. I walk around the house and find a service truck parked in front of my driveway. I ask him what is he doing since I own the home. He says he was told to replace the water line. I ask him the obvious question, “don’t you let the owner of the home know that you’re shutting off their water?”. His response was that they told him it needed to be fixed.
Just an FYI. Worked fine for the last 4 years, only needed a handle and to be wrapped for winter. So here it is at 6pm, no water in my home and he shows absolutely no concern or compassion for the situation he put me in.
I wouldn’t use this company if my life depended on it. I can only imagine how he’d act if it was an emergency.

Ever time I have a problem they are very quick to get here and fix the problem there great company and plumbers.

We worked with Brian. He was very professional, thorough, and careful. It was a pretty big job. Rodents had chewed through every pipe under my mom's mobile home to get water. It was a complete replumbing. They were careful not to let her cat out, they tested everything, cleaned up their stuff, put the skirt pieces back on. Took a day and a half. Great job.

They opened the floor and were able to find the leak and make the repair.

After several plumbers came out and fed me a lot of BS, I was recommended to Got Plumbing. Brian came out , he was very efficient, friendly and straightforward. Fixed the issue and charged me an fair yet affordable price. Can't get any better than that, especially before the holidays. Honest work at an honest price.

Gave them a call around ten in the morning and let them know our water heater died and like most blew water through the garage. They were out within an hour, and by three in the afternoon the old one was gone and the new one installed! I will always use them in the future and I will recommend them to everyone!

In February 2018, I came home to no hot water after being discharged from orthopedic rehabilitation recovering from a broken shoulder and arm. I couldn't believe it!
Fortunately my handyman referred me to Got Plumbing. Everyone was wonderful and sympathetic. They had to purchase a water heater from a supply company as that model is no longer manufactured. Since I am on the ground floor of a 2 story condo, the new water heater had to line up with the existing vent system. Jason, Cesar and Brady were all wonderful, even explaining why we had to keep the existing ventilation system. I thought if we changed that, we could get a cheaper water heater. They worked well past 5pm to get me hot water.
Today, 11/23/19, I awoke to water pouring out of the water heater pan and flooding my patio. I called Got and they sent Cliff over within an hour. He was wonderful as well. Since they will have to find another unit, I won't have hot water for perhaps 3 or 4 days.
Since the water heater has a 6 yr warranty, there is no cost. I am grateful to Got for their rapid response and patience.

I wish I could give my experience with their work but they no called no showed twice and today would be day 3. If they read this, I've dealt with many companies and a simple "we're running behind" or "can't make it" does wonders. Luckily I didn't have an emergency.

This company is fantastic! We've used them a few times but today they really saved us! Insurance company sent us some other company that quoted us $2400 for stuff that we didn't need done. We only had a leak. Got Plumbing came out, said yeah we can fix the leak and did it at under $160! Love this company and will tell everyone we know. They will be our FIRST call from now on for any plumbing issues. Thanks again!

This is hands-down, the best Plumbing company in Las Vegas. I have used them numerous times and each time they resolve the issue at a fair price. They also go above and beyond to make sure your repair is done the right way. 10/10

So, I'm a senior citizen, new to the city. Southwest gas told me I have a gas leak and need a plumber. Called Got Plumbing on Tuesday from referral flooring company that I will be using. Got Plumbing came out to assess on Wednesday and told me permits would have to be pulled, gave me an estimate and said they would let me know. The receptionist, Diane, didn't call me back the next day after saying she would (why can't people call back?, so rude!) and finally on Friday at 4:30PM she told me Got Plumbing would be here Saturday morning at 9 to fix, but first they would have to see if permits would have to be pulled! What? Didn't they already tell me that? I was so furious and crying, since this was the 4th company I had called, I hung up on her. I then called back and it went to VM. Needless to say, nobody showed up Saturday morning. Check another incompetent company off my ever growing list of contractors.

My water heater went out yesterday. This morning I began the tedious chore of trying to find someone within what I thought was a reasonable budget. The first company came out and gave me a quote that shocked me. Then to Lowes, they sent their installers out and they were out of budget. My realtor gave me info for Got Plumbing. I called them about 2:30, sent info on what I had. They were at my home and installed the water heater by 4:30. The price was within my budget, the work was done in a clean and tidy fashion and they explained what they were going to do. The overall experience with Got Plumbing was a positive one. I would use them for my plumbing needs in the future. I'm grateful my realtor referred Got Plumbing!!

Got plumbing gave me a very reasonable price to run a new main water line into my house after my current had sprung a leak. They trenched through my front yard and ran a discrete new line through the front of my house. This was hard because there wasn’t much room to work with. The work was done perfecta and I’m extremely happy with the results. Definitely recommended them.
