02/22-2022-walked in with my daughter for new facet. The gentle was assisting a couple prior to our arrival. We were there for about ten minutes, no greeting, no customer service. We just left.

Had a very pleasant experience when I went in there. Wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted. The man who helped us was very knowledgeable and kind. Really appreciated all his input when my husband and I told him some things we were trying to do with our new house.

They carry good quality stuff!

My name is Karen, I was at this store on September 10 2020.
The guy that work there is super Rude!!!
The reason that I gave to this place 1 star is just because i can't give ZERO!!!
He does a favor that he gives information, makes an impression of a very nervous person. At first he talked to me, and after, supposedly took a phone call, which gave me to wait over 20 minutes, after long wait he told me it's only with an appointment. Also refused to give me prices for the faucets. There are dozens of better places, do not bother to get there, not even with a meeting.

Thank you so much to Ken for helping me today with my "problem" kitchen sink faucet. I came in to look for a new faucet because I was unhappy with ours. After discussing what I didn't like about it and looking at the photos I took he told me I didn't need a new faucet, just some replacement parts and it would work much better. He helped me with the part numbers and the contact info so I could do so. I really appreciate his honesty, integrity and help. I now know where I can go to get and fixtures I might need in the future. Thank you Ken!

Shout out to Ken who helped us build the bathroom of our dreams. Directed us to fixtures that checked all the boxes without paying premium prices. The system performance is outstanding and support though-out the project was excellent, recommended!

Not thrilled. We went in to purchase our fixtures because our plumber recommended this place. After taking only a few moments to look around...there was another couple that came in even tho we made an appointment....I saw this kitchen faucet. The gentleman...can’t remember his name...said that’s an expensive one....$1,000+. It looked very pretty...which was what I was looking for... so we ordered it. Took weeks for the order to come in only to find that this “expensive faucet” is an electric faucet. The salesman never said a word to us. Never showed me how it worked. Never said I’d need an electrical outlet under my sink. I have no idea how this works n now I have to have my electrician back to give me another outlet. Not thrilled. I thought they’d supply much better customer service for the prices they charge. Buyer beware. Do your homework n ask questions!!!!!

We did a complete remodel of our house including three bathrooms and our kitchen. We had visited some larger stores that handled more than kitchen and bathroom plumbing fixtures but were never overly impressed.

Faucets Galore was recommended to us by the cabinet maker we had selected. We dropped by Faucets Galore and were informed we needed to schedule an appointment. We were able to look at all of the products and catalogs they had, which were numerous.

We scheduled an appointment and came back and worked with Ken, the owner. He was amazing! His knowledge of plumbing fixtures and his ability to ask questions to better understand what we were looking for was exceptional. He continually gave us excellent advice. He also has a really good sense of humor, and quickly picked up on how my wife and I are always making fun of each other. The bottom line was shopping at Faucets Galore was fun and easy!

Once we purchased all of our fixtures, including a gorgeous large stone tub, we worked with Kayla in getting everything ordered. Kayla was very professional. So many times it seems like after you've paid for products, everything then goes bad. Not so with Kayla. We had to call her many times to get specifics, dimensions, or other info about our multitude of purchases. Instead of getting a response of "I'll have to get back to you," Kayla would say "hang on a minute and let me guy you an answer". She helped make our remodel less stressful.

Faucets Galore was a very good shopping experience for us, before and after our purchases, thanks to Ken and Kayla.
