I called LV restoration and plumbing with an urgent need and they stepped up to the plate and came the same day. They were efficient and so reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of their services

I highly recommend LV Restoration! While I was at work my lovely dog dragged the garden hose in through the doggie door and somehow turned the hose on in the process, then proceeded to chew the nozzle off the hose. Four hours later I came home to a house flooded wall to wall, turns out the entire first floor was a total loss. Although my son and I did the best we could do, stayed up all night getting the water out and drying out the carpet, the smell of mildew set in the following day. Having never dealt with something of this magnitude I honestly didn’t know where to turn or what to do. After some internet searching, I came across LV Restoration and based on their reviews I gave them a call. While I was still on the phone with the receptionist, I was contacted by Luis and then Joe. Luis came out to my house that same afternoon to assess the damage and walk me through the process; he made sure I fully understood everything. That same day he had a crew at my house to start the flooring and wall removal. Within 3 weeks my house was put back together more beautiful than it was before. Going through this process was a very humbling experience for me, going from my high of being a homeowner all on my own, to 28 days after closing having my house flooded wall to wall. It was an absolute devastating experience to go through as a single mother. Meeting Luis that first day gave me so much hope, he did his best from day one to put my mind at ease and asked me to trust him and LV Restoration, that they would make sure I was very happy in the end if I can just hang in there through the construction phase. Luis kept in touch with me daily, he helped me deal with the insurance company, the crew he had working at my house was amazing and very trustworthy; they were especially great with my son. I was able to upgrade my entire first floor thanks to Luis, Joe and the entire crew at LV Restoration. Even after the work was completed Luis has kept in touch with me and made sure I am happy with everything, also has helped me deal with the insurance company on the claim and final payment. I trusted them and they kept every promise that was made! I would highly recommend LV Restoration; these guys are amazing!!! My words and photos alone do not do them justice! We had major pool problems. Leaks in pipes under the steps; leaks in and around the handholds; leaks in the waterfalls; leaks everywhere. It was a major problem and a big job. LV Restoration took care of everything. Joe the owner was responsive to my concerns and a nice guy. Sean the superintendent/foreman was extremely knowledgeable in terms of diagnosing the problems and then fixing them. He is a nice guy too. I'm not going to say the price was cheap because it was a big job. But I will say the price was fair, and candidly, I did not want someone just based on price because I do not want to go through this again. And for me, the best thing about working with them is they did not nickel and dime you to death. They honored their proposal and did everything they said they would do.

We had a water leak somewhere in the home, but we had NO IDEA where. All I knew was that our water bill was $580 higher than usual. We called the water company on a Thursday night and spend hours on Friday watching YouTube Videos and various tests. We couldn't figure it out.

LV Restoration & Plumbing was one of the vendors on the LV Valley Water District's "Smart Plumber" recommendations and had a voucher for a discount.

I called on a Saturday morning a real person picked right now! I was delighted that they had an appointment available on Monday at 3PM-5PM (right after work).

David showed up right at 3PM. He did a few tests and walked around the property. He diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes in what the two of us couldn't figure out over hours. Truly a sign of pros versus amateurs. The fix was very cheap and David gave us some pointers of other things to look out for and preventative tips.

This place is amazing. I got quoted something absolutely stupid for a simple labor of a manabloc by another company. These guys answered my call right away, gave me a quote a FOURTH of what the crooks were gonna charge me, and then Isaac was so professional and quick. He took extra steps to ensure no future leaks!

Our shower floor cracked, but we didn't need a full shower replacement. These guys demo'd only the floor and sill, saving us from having to redo the whole thing. They found some mold due to the leak, and they took care of it at no extra cost. They also took care of the draining problem we'd been having without charging anything more. We did need them to come back to touch up the grout after they installed the new tile, but they took care of it right away without any fight. Plus, they left the bathroom so nice and clean when they were done (definitely not our experience with the last bathroom project we did)! Thanks guys!

We own a two-bedroom, two bath condominium in Las Vegas and LV Restoration did a remodel for us after we suffered a leak in our master bathroom area. We decided to remodel the entire place after seeing some of the work they had done in our neighborhood. We are glad we chose them.

When I say remodel, I mean everything was removed and replaced like new! New paint, flooring, appliances, everything was updated. The kitchen, bedrooms, 2 baths, and living room were all redone. The entire remodel took roughly 45 days from demolition to final touches! The subcontractor worked long and hard to complete the job in a timely and thorough manner. That was amazing!

We are very happy with the work LV Restoration did. Walking through, you can feel how much brighter and more inviting the living space is now. The attention to detail in the cabinetry and flooring shows a high-quality workmanship that feels like it will last forever. The paint, baseboards, and trim all looks amazing! As well, the updated kitchen makes it fun to cook and bake again!

What we also liked about LV Restoration were the suggestions on paint colors, flooring options, cabinets, appliances and shower enclosures. The price for remodeling was right inline with our expectations, too!

This renovation by LV Restoration definitely adds value to our home and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.

This company is outstanding. Respons immediately even some late nights. They were the best price in town and they completed a full new room with closet, a giant walk in closet with a temporary wall to split a large room up and a new door entrance, plus a new ceiling fan in my kitchen all in less than 10 days and 1 man! Victor was amazing. We even left him here unworried about him alone in our home while he worked. He was kind, patient, respectful and clean! He even showed no sign of irritation when we changed our minds and created an entirely different design for both rooms!Thank you so much! The gentleman Joe, I assume the owner, was outstanding in answering all my questions! We will never use any other contractor!

Absolutely amazing service and work! Stephanie is an amazing plumber and so kind! He is willing to work with your schedule to what is more convenient for you. He will put the customer first. He just installed a new dishwasher for us and he made sure it was done absolutely correct so that there will not be any future issues! He even took the time to fix our sink which was clogged up as well! I highly recommend this plumbing service and especially recommend Stephan. 100/10 stars!!

Needed a mainline replacement, I got a few other quotes, leak experts price matched and gave me 5 times as much warranty as the other companies were offering. Pretty easy decision for me. Only way a company is offering warranty like that is if they are focused on quality . Definitely will refer to my neighbors
