I bought my Showroom Faucets with Ken! I needed a Bathroom Faucet in a champagne color. He did not have it at the store but found it for me and immediately placed the order. I got exactly the style I was looking for. My bathroom looks fantastic.

After reviewing numerous sink brands, I was very cautious about choosing one that might rust over time, especially since I was installing an undermount sink with a new countertop. I couldn’t find a single brand without at least some complaints about rust within a few months, especially at major retailers like Costco, Home Depot, and Lowe’s. That's when I decided to seek out a local business for a better-quality product and a personalized customer experience.

I found Faucet Galore, and Ken was incredibly knowledgeable, which made me feel confident in his recommendation. He suggested Lenova, a brand that had few reviews online at the time—and no mentions of rust issues, but also not much feedback overall. Fast forward over a year, and I can confidently say this sink is fantastic—no rust, and it still looks like new.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I wanted to get some upgrades for my bathroom remodel and I didn’t want to get the same old boring stuff that Home Depot and Lowe’s has, so I headed here. I wasn’t disappointed. Great selection, and the stuff I got works and looks great in the new bathroom. Give this place a visit!

I just got off the phone with someone at this company (I wish I could remember her name) and I cannot say enough about her knowledge and patience. I was asking about a replacement for an old Kohler shower faucet and she understood my issue right away. She was able to explain what my options are and their pros and cons. This is great customer service.

VHM is a really efficient, reliable, friendly company which did a GREAT job for me. My water tank exploded and I had several other companies coming to bid for thejob of repairing the damaged walls. This company was absolutely the most personable and reasonably priced company of the bunch. SHAUL was my representative who handled everything for me very expertly. I couldn’t have been happier with his service in arranging the work schedule and in supervising the completion of the reconstruction of the walls which had been badly damaged. The work was done quickly without any errors. I can’t thank him and his crew enough for making this water tank issue quite bearable. VHM is the BEST….. Joe Blasco

We came home from a trip to find our downstairs flooded. It was a Monday night around 8pm. Tyler was at our home within an hour. He got the water up and set blowers out. The next morning he was back with his crew and they quickly demo’d and took extensive photos. We are so appreciative of their professionalism along the way. Highly recommend.

Brian is the best plumber! Brian found the problem and I have a working shower again. I had another plumbing company come out and the guy spent maybe 10 minutes trying to unclog my shower, my home warranty company sent that other company and he said I needed all new lines and that would be around $40,000. Thank goodness I called LV Restoration, I have called them before and I am glad I did. I highly recommend this company and of course Brian!

I would to share what a great plumbing experience we had with this company, but in particular with Zak who repaired our broken pipe.
Zak was very knowledgeable, thorough and very consciousness. After obtaining multiple conflicting and expensive estimates, we finally found LV Restoration who right way diagnosed the issue and gave us a firm and fair price.

I have since recommended this company to two of my homeowner friends.

I made an appointment with this company. They were booked out an entire month. So we waited a month. No reminders or confirmation calls nothing. Then I called the morning of. They said they’re on their way. Ok great. A man shows up and takes photos of several projects we would like done, and says he needs to talk to his boss and that they will get back to us. Well it’s been 2 weeks and we never heard from them again. It’s beyond disrespectful and unprofessional to waste people’s valuable time. Especially when it’s so challenging scheduling with my husband’s works schedule as well.
During all this wasted time, I could’ve already hired a company and had the work completed, in the time this unprofessional company wasted our time. Unbelievable!
Also, The fact that they say they are Veterans to promote their company, and treat other Veterans , like my Husband like this, tells me everything I need to know.

We hired LV Restoration to do water damage restoration at our home, and we are very satisfied with the results. They were professional, punctual, and courteous throughout the whole process. Porter and Jason from heritage were very helpful! I was having an issue with my water heater and they were out quick and were able to confirm what the issue was. They were informative and helped me understand what the next steps were before proceeding with any work. I highly recommend heritage plumbing and the great work and service they provide!

Avoid LV Restoration Company – Dishonest, Overpriced, and Incredibly Frustrating

Hiring LV Restoration Company was one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. In my opinion, their business practices lack transparency and put profit ahead of customer care.

They repeatedly adjusted their pricing to match whatever our insurance would approve, then insisted we pay the full deductible out of pocket. When we attempted to settle based on the actual work completed, we were met with unexpected fees that had never been clearly disclosed. The experience felt coercive and deeply unprofessional.

Communication is a major issue — they charged us $40/hour for phone calls and text messages, something that was never made clear up front. They also sent multiple people to our home, each one adding separate charges, many of which seemed excessive given the services provided.

For example, they installed a temporary sink that cost around $150 retail, but we were billed $600, plus another $150 for installation. Additionally, we noticed they submitted charges to our insurance for work we don’t believe was ever performed — yet we were still expected to cover a balance.

Based on our experience, I believe this company engages in practices that are confusing at best and potentially predatory. I’m sharing this review on Google, Yelp, Facebook, Reddit, BBB, and local platforms to help others make an informed decision.

In my opinion, it’s best to steer clear of LV Restoration Company.

Was very good about fixing my water leak in the ceiling quickly 👍 but never called me back about fixing the drywall. The plumber took pictures of the hole he made to get to the leak and another previous hole I wanted fixed. He said someone would get back to me with a quote. We waited over a week before I called them again for a quote. The lady who picked up the phone was nice, she asked about my info and said she would get ahold of the plumber for the pictures and if the number I called from was a good contact number. I said yes and she would get back to me. I don't know how long a drywall quote usually takes, but I waited over another week and still nothing. We will just find someone else to fix the drywall, thank you.

I highly recommend LV Restoration Co. They responded to my request within hours and came same day to inspect my cement pad for possible leeks under the cement! The two young men that came out were excellent, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and answered all of our questions, they were here for almost 2 hours.
They were amazing, great company!

Thank you to the team at LV Restoration & Plumbing! We had a leak in our house that needed immediate attention and they sent a guy out the same day to assess the damage. The pipe was fixed and our water bill saved thanks to their quick action. Couldn't be happier, highly recommend!
