I give this no stars... TOTAL RIPPED ME OFF... Gave me an estimate of 280 dollars and that he would put in the new Fawcett for free.. Providing I put in a new drain.. I asked him a few times what that meant.... WELL, WHAT IT MEANT THAT IF HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME THE 135 DOLLARS TO PUT IN THE NEW FAWCETT, HE WILL CHARGE ME 285 DOLLARS FOR A NEW DRAIN I DIDN'T EVEN NEED......... So the 280 dollars came out to 485 dollars........ I had a whole bunch of other things needed, but just kissed them off..... Then they call me the next day to check and service my furnace.. I asked them what are they talking about.. Said I paid for it.. I asked for the money back, they said no way... They just wanted to rip me off some more trying to tell me I needed work on my service...... Stay away from these creeps...

I had a tub draining slow. They caused a leak and flooded my downstairs caused over $6,000 in damages. When I called them they responded 4 hours later to an emergency call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.

Outstanding plumbing company! I had a pipe leak coming from under my slab and Plumbing Repair Now was able to repair it the same day. The job took a while to complete as they had to find the exact location of the leak under the floor. Once they were able to find it, the repair went smoothly. The plumbers were nice and charged a fair price for the amount work that was needed. Apparently the leak came from the hot water line which I hear is common in Las Vegas if the pipe isn't properly wrapped with 10 mil PVC film tape that blocks corrosive action by salt and soil acids.

I called Plumbing Repair Now in Vegas and had my water heater replaced within hours. The plumber was fast and professional. They did a good job of cleaning around the water heater after they were done. The price seemed very reasonable plus it came with a full warranty.

Came twice, still didn't fix the problem. Two weeks later, a leak re-opened. Patch solutions

Alex is a great plumber very knowledgeable and professional he did a job a day before called him told him about another leak he came by and assessed the leak and not only DI he fix it but did it the proper way and by not putting the blame on the builders which I know was a rushed job to get the house ready for move in which showed me the professional side of him. When the leak was assessed the charge was gonna be 160.00 after the job was done he said not to worry about it and I was the one to tell him that we’ve got to pay him even if at a discounted price even at that we had to be the one’s to come up with the amount that’s the passionate side of him so Las Vegas if your looking for someone honest to do a job for you and you people from Guam if you need a great plumber for a job hire Alex you won’t regret it.

Alex was able to come out the next day for my inoperable garbage disposal. He diagnosed the issue quickly and got it working. It could probably be replaced as it is getting old, but he gave me all the facts and let me decide what I wanted to do. Pretty sure he'll be back soon to replace it and I WILL be calling him, but for now, it is working !!

I needed help from Alex two times the first time it took him an hour to get across town an hour to replace my garbage disposal two weeks later I had a plumbing problem after a party and he made time to come over and take care of my problem when he really didn’t have any openings. Alex is neat and clean. He cleans up after himself and he’s very efficient and pleasant to work with I will be calling Alex again in the future.

we bought our home three months ago and battled the kitchen sink clog. We should’ve called a plumber right away versus three months of failed attempts. we jumped on yelp and messaged six companies in a row. Alex from Right Now Rooter was the very first to respond. He offered a free estimate, flat rate pricing and no charge if he could not fix the clog. He showed up at our house one hour later and got right to work. it proved to be a very difficult clog, but Alex was able to beat it after some hard work. The price was the same as we were quoted over the phone and now we have a warranty if it clogs again. We were so impressed with the response time, affordability, and excellent customer service. We absolutely will keep Alex’s number and refer it to all who we can. Thanks Alex!
