Just watched one of their vans try to run another car off the road coming down Sunridge heights. Completely ridiculous and dangerous to have staff driving like that.

Had an issue and Daniel came to the rescue. Easy fix but could have been a difficult problem. Thank you for the prompt, reliable service!

Recently moved to Las Vegas to help my mother as she’s gotten older, and her home needs a lot of work. I called BC Plumbing and spoke with Larry, who was incredibly rude, patronizing and disrespectful. I wouldn’t ever recommend this company just for that reason alone! Ended up working with another local plumber who was much more pleasant and knowledgeable.

The job was done just like I requested and the people were easy to work with and did a great job

Tyler with BC Plumbing was awesome! He was extremely professional from the moment I made the appointment, to entering my home and putting booties on (as not to dirty my floors), and walked through the issue with great communication skills! I would definitely recommend Tyler and BC Plumbing to anyone!

I was referred to BC plumbing by someone close but I personally wouldn’t refer them to anyone. Troy was great at empty promises but thankfully finished off my project even though delayed and not as per the bid or my satisfaction. Larry will mark everything as a major issue so he can charge more. I wouldn’t recommend Larry to anyone if you’re going through BC Plumbing. Extremely rude!!! Delayed my project by more than a month when they should’ve been done in under a week. Wasn’t a great experience and wouldn’t choose them in the future.

We had some minor plumbing issues at our home and contacted this company based on a referral. We were thrilled with their customer service and how quickly they could provide the assessment. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! He was able to solve the issues quickly and was very honest which is a rare quality to find these days. I will definitely be using them again if ever needed and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

There isn't any other plumber in this valley I would trust more than Byron and his team at BC Plumbing. If you want quality and quick communication, then you aren't gonna find it anywhere else. Jorge with BC Plumbing came to repair a couple of commercial toilets for us.

He arrived on time and had the repairs completed in a reasonable time frame. He was polite, professional, and explained the situation and detailed future issues that may arise.

The initial quote from their office was detailed and they saved us several hundred dollars.

Plumber Jorge Zozaya was on time, talked to me about the job, wore booties and began to install the Toto toilet. I give him 6 stars because Jorge was respectful to me, answered all my questions, and performed the job professionally. Could not be more satisfied with his work. The toilet looks great!
He also was able to flush out my water heater. I will be using BC plumbing for my future needs, because I was so satisfied with Jorge and your company. Thank you very much, Kathleen Viggiano

Excellent customer service and inter personal skills! I need to have the water pressure valve replace in my home. Very reasonable price. They came out to me the same day I called them. Thank you very much BC Plumbing and to Chris, the plumber who physically did the work.

Partially installed faucet, never came back to finish and no response to multiple requests to call. Don’t bother with these clowns

This would be Zero stars if I could do that.
