Best Service! Had a water heater leak. Home warranty said it's not covered and the plumber they sent quoted a price. It was a bit higher than I thought it should be. Contacted additional plumbers for estimates. First one quoted a price that was about the same as the first. Enter Craig from Water Heaters today! Before he even came on property he gave me a rough estimate based on different sizes, explained things that are included that other plumbers might charge for (like earthquake straps and drip pans), and explained a few things that would increase the price but are not common. I felt it was very transparent in terms of what costs to expect, while understanding it was not yet an official estimate. I mentioned wanting to get it changed today and he was concerned about the place he gets water heaters closing since it's Sunday (he was getting one with a longer warranty than DIY stores). This man went ahead and picked up the water heater and showed up to give an estimate ready to go. The price didn't change and the water heater was replaced on the spot. All for $1k less than what the other guys quoted. All said I was exceptionally happy with the service, the communication, and now have a reliable plumber I know to call the next time I need one! He quickly replaced a failing water heater. He gave a fair estimate and quote. No surprises or up selling. Super happy with the service. Oh and this was all on a holiday! No extra charge!

Craig came out same day and was absolutely amazing. He was able to explain and diagnose the issue immediately. He. Called the manufacturer to get all the warranty info so he opuld provide an accurate estimate. I will be referring to anyone in need to a hot water heater tech. Thank you Craig

When a water heater starts leaking late on a Friday night, you wish it would have happened earlier. My go to plumber was out of town for the weekend, so I started researching on google. I came across Water Heaters Today. The reviews were top notch. I called Craig. He gave me a reasonable bid and explained about the type of water heater brand he recommended. One made in the U.S.A. Which I loved. He also checked to see if my current water heater was under warrantee after I sent him its label. I appreciated that extra step.

Craig arrived on time and did an awesome job. He also said he’d register the new water heater with the manufacturer for me when he got home as it starts on the install date rather than the manufacturer’s date.

I have never had a water heater installer offer that level of service.

First, know this is fully unsolicited review. I'm writing this because it's somewhat rare to find someone to do work that is very necessary, quickly, and who actually answers their phone. Craig does all of this, and everything he does, well. He was easy to reach, we had our hot water tank "go", water everywhere, and need hot water for dialysis patient in the household--we needed it right away. I looked for a contractor and virtually hired him because of the 5-star rating and because he answered so wasn't sure until he came if it would be okay (not a referral). Craig came at around 6:30 p.m., installed a superior brand (he has them on his truck so he's completely ready to go), and we feel he charges a reasonable fee for his work too. He followed up with us afterward and I simply cannot imagine anyone better. You cannot go wrong with this company, and I would hire him again in a second. Highly recommend!!!

I called Water Heater Today LLC. just off of the Google recommendations and I am very glad I did. Craig gave me a two hour window in the afternoon on the same day and he was there on time . Water had been accumulating in the water heaters drain pan at the rate of 2 liters a day. Thinking that the water heater had to be replaced he just replaced the lower plastice drain valve with a knew solid brass one saving me over one thousand dollars. He could have upsold me but he did'nt. Very professional, honest, and skilled. Yes I would recommend and use him again. Ask for Craig.

Doug and his team are top notch!!! We use them for all of our clients. Not only do they handle all of our clients plumbing needs, they can remodel kitchens/bathrooms, water systems and install hand rails and ramps to keep our clients safe. Very fair prices and the customer service is second to none. I highly recommend them.

I received referral to Mach 1 Plumbing from Moen Customer Service as authorised service provider for their products. I called and my message was promptly returned next morning - polite office manager took all the warranty info and gave me a time window of 3 hours and convenient date. Doug came exactly at 7 am with his son, and everything was installed in 10 min. I asked about the possible work to be done on older faucet and receive quotes and was presented with a good choice of potential replacement. Service was efficient and smooth. The whole experience was short of amazing - all things done well. Great experience - highly recommend to anyone who need quality service from trust worthy and pleasant people who stand by their work.

I highly recommend this business! Doug is super reliable, knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, & honest! My water heater needed to be replaced and in very short order he had the old one out and the new one installed. Took all my worries away! A+++ service!
