Our water heater went out on Christmas Eve, we thought we’d be without hot water until after Christmas but they came out and replaced within 4 hours of us calling them. Would definitely recommend them, very prompt and professional.

My outdoor spigot pipe cracked and was leaking a lot of water. They were at my house within the hour on a Saturday and did an excellent job on the repair. Would definitely recommend using them to others.

Bad customer service. Would not recommend. Unpleasant and defensive. Particularly Daphne. She could use some training in her communication with customers.

Used these guys in a pinch. I was grateful because pluming obviously has to work. Some Russian dude with a stick showed up and got the drain between the house and the street running again. I was quoted $65 on the phone, that's what I paid before he started. Then when he was done he surprised me with a bill for $240 that said "repair and cleanup" even though he didn't actually clean anything up. Maybe it's my fault for letting him see the cash in my wallet, who knows?

Not only did they take sooo long to come and fix my shower but now my shower is worse than it was before! They originally came out because the shower was leaking but the moment I used my shower again, now it’s making a weird noise when it’s on and it takes forever to get hot (never did before) and my shower used to have amazing pressure until they messed with it. Now there is barely any pressure. 10/10 do not recommend this business.

I would call again for them to fix it but I just don’t want them touching my stuff anymore. They’ve done enough damage.

We were referred to this company by our property manager to install a Hot Water Heater. The comes to install I and turns the water off to do so. He forgets to turn all the valves ba k on so all the songs in my shop are back working. I call them to let them know and the owner acts as I they never did any work for us at all until we sent him his own invoice he left us. I wouldn't refer anyone to do business with this company. They are very unprofessional and the owner likes to hang up in paying clients faces. I wish they had a 0 star rating. I would use it.

Alex came out to remove old water heater and install new water heater same day in less than 4 hours. They didn't have the water heater I ordered in stock so they gave me a better one for free. Couldn't ask for better service, great price and on time.

I was having a horrible time after we were diagnosed with slab leak. I called and met with many plumbers. Then I called Star 5. Mike the owner answers the phone. Mike answered my questions and sent Stan out within a few hours. Stan is a great guy and the performed the most extensive inspection of anyone I met with. I got my estimate and was really impressed. I got to say that Star5 was the most helpful, most prompt, and put me at ease. My nightmare was over. And the price was great. These people really care about the customer. Eagle Lake

We began using Star 5 Plumbing late 2019. Ever since then they have just blown us away with their quality work, customer service, and fair pricing. So far I have not had a single issue or complaint where I had to ask them to go back but I know without a doubt they would take care of it if they needed. I just can't say enough good things about them. You definitely won't be disappointed. You will be disappointed if you see what the other plumber's in town are trying to charge for the same work!

As a Property Manager I love that they always take before and after photos, they always email me back and let me know if they were able to schedule and when it's scheduled or if the tenant didn't answer and they left a VM. After the jobs done they always send me photos too. I wish every Vendor operated the way they do!

My owner called Monday February 27th for someone to come out to check on the water heater they were over 3 to 4 hours late from the appointment time they said they would come.They finally came after business hours. they said the next day they would come to replace the water heater they did not do so. they called me after hours once again to tell me that they will be there the following day between 11 AM and 3 PM to replace the water heater, it is now 3:30 PM still no one is here and now when I call they're saying can they come the following day to replace the water heater. I have a child we have not been able to use water for 3 days now tomorrow will be 4. I definitely would not recommend this place for anyone to do business with. Evidently their technicians are overbooked and they need to hire more people. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
