We just had Mike and his crew at Star 5 plumbing complete a re-pipe for us on an older home. Last July we had a re-pipe done on our home by another plumbing company and the difference in the work is mind blowing. Mike gave us a final quote and there were no surprises or overages. The work was done in 2 days and was done beautifully. His crew cut the drywall correctly and numbered all the pieces of drywall taken out and the places they came from so when it came time for our drywall and paint guy, it was easy for them and came out great.
Their cleanup was fantastic! Everything was cleaned up and even sprayed with water so it looked even better than when they started.
On our home last July the drywall was cut like a 2 year old did it and the pieces were thrown away costing an extra $900 in drywall repair costs.
They did not cleanup at all and left huge piles of debris for us to get rid of.
And, the best part of all with Star 5 is the price. Reasonable and fair and not gouging us. We got quotes from 3 other companies as well and they were all way too high for the work. One company asked us to consider what type of materials were being used in the lower quote by Star 5. Since we had already re-piped our other home, we had already done our homework and Mike's quote included the name of the pipe to be used which we knew was good. Best of all, we passed inspection by the city and the inspector said that companies that specialize in re-pipe (like Star 5) usually do a great job and work on volume.
We're so happy with the job Star 5 did, we've hired them to do additional plumbing work for us now and we will definitely hire them again in the future and we've already begun telling neighbors in our large community that Star 5 is the best. Thank you Mike and Crew!

I must share my extremely disappointing experience with Star 5 Plumbing, as it has been nothing short of a nightmare. After my old water heater broke down, I decided to hire them to install a new one on my property. Unfortunately, the decision to trust them turned out to be a costly mistake.

First and foremost, the new water heater they installed has been nothing but trouble. It keeps shutting off, leaving my household without hot water, and causing immense inconvenience. Naturally, I expected them to rectify the situation promptly, but that was far from the case.

When I contacted Star 5 Plumbing to report the issue, they sent out their technicians, only to charge me for multiple visits to "diagnose" the problem. Instead of taking responsibility for their shoddy workmanship, they tried to pin the blame on external factors, such as fumes from paint or coolant in the garage. Despite our efforts to thoroughly clean out the garage and remove any potential obstructions, the water heater continued to malfunction.

Throughout the process, their excuses and lack of accountability were infuriating. It felt like they were merely trying to delay finding a solution while racking up additional charges on my end. The sheer lack of professionalism and customer care is astounding.

To make matters worse, they have now informed me that I need to replace the faulty water heater with a new one, which I must pay for yet again. It's unconscionable that I should bear the financial burden for their incompetence and inability to install a functioning water heater in the first place.

I am appalled by their disregard for customer satisfaction and their apparent desire to squeeze every last penny out of their clients, even if it means performing subpar work and leaving them high and dry.

As a customer, I expected Star 5 Plumbing to stand by their work and make things right when faced with an issue. Instead, they have proven themselves to be a deceitful and untrustworthy business. Their conduct raises serious questions about their ethics and intentions.

I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear of Star 5 Plumbing. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial burden of dealing with a company that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.

In conclusion, my experience with Star 5 Plumbing has been an absolute disaster. From the problematic water heater installation to the subsequent lack of accountability and transparent attempts to charge me for their mistakes, they have demonstrated an appalling level of service. I will never use their services again and hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company. Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs and avoid the disappointment that comes with Star 5 Plumbing.

Absolutely wonderful service by this company (Daphne who called me to confirm the appointment was just so lovely and friendly!) and by the plumber they sent out, Alex, who did a great job on the tub/shower diverter replacement we needed in one of our bathrooms and the replacement of an old hose spigot on our patio! Alex not only called when he was on his way, he arrived early and replaced and repaired everything very quickly, efficiently and professionally! He was very friendly too and definitely took pride in his work. Highly recommend! Very pleased with this company's professionalism and service!

I had Steve from Star 5 replace a toilet in my home, and he was really attentive in answering my questions. And went above and beyond making the install quick and easy. Also, everyone I spoke to from reception was extremely helpful. Would 100% use them again!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Star 5 Plumbing. Everything from the beginning to end was perfect. I had numerous plumbing issues with my home so I contacted my home warranty and they assigned Star 5 Plumbing to come and diagnose the issues. In no time i got a call from Mitko from Star 5 Plumbing to schedule me an appointment for a technician to come check the plumbing issues. Next day the technician Stan came right on scheduled time, and he was incredibly professional, and quickly diagnosed the issues. Next day I received a call from my home warranty approving the items that needed to be changed. Stan did an amazing job he changed few valves, toilets, repaired my kitchen sink and etc. He did a lot of work and all his work was PERFECT!!!!

Got told by the BIG companies that our water softener and water heater were unrepairable. They quoted us $19,000 for a new water heater and softener/conditioner. Stephen came into our home and replaced the water heater and serviced the existing softener. We were back in business 90 minutes later and $18,000 dollars saved. Thanks Star 5 Plumbing.

Alex came out within about an hour of hearing about our problem and fixed our leaking outdoor pipe with a new faucet. The finished product looks great and the problem is fixed. Alex was easy to work with. Recommend this service!

Star 5 Plumbing did a great job! I had all bathroom fixtures and toilets replaced and a new soft water system installed. Stan was professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them and am more than pleased with the outcome and service they provided.

Don’t hire these guys they don’t do what they are paid todo, and refused to fix the issue with out additional costs! They had a chance to make it right, but don’t care about doing there job correctly! Stay away you have been warned!

Robert was here in 10 minutes at 6pm in the evening. He fixed the clogged garbage disposal in 15 minutes with a 3/8 cable and successfully restored my drain line back to normal. A++

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.

Robert helped fix my water heating system, so now there's heat throughout my entire house. He did a great job, quickly and effectively. He came just a few hours after I called. Would call again if needed. Highly recommended. Very nice, fair price and best of all, they left the place cleaner than they found it.
