Mach 1 Plumbing is the best! Fast and reliable service. I’ve worked with them on more than one occasion and I feel confident that I am always in good hands. Doug is an honest business man and always does the right thing by his customers. Most recently I had a water main leak that my home warranty would not cover and the plumber they sent out quoted me $1,500 more than what Doug was able to do for me. I highly recommend Mach 1 for all of your plumbing needs. Excellent company, great owner, top notch work.

Excellent experience and super nice staff! I just moved into my new place and had to wait over a week for my had to be turned on. Of course there was a problem with my water heater that needed a plumber. Mach 1 was able to get a guy out the next morning who fixed my problem and helped with another issue. Thank you so much!!!

Mach 1 plumbing is without a doubt the best company with whom I’ve ever done business. They are honest. Their prices are comparable - even lower, in some cases. They tell you what needs to be done BEFORE any work is done. We have been working together since our first home here in Vegas. We are on home number 4 still with Mach 1! They are clearly the best.

Doug and his team we able to inspect a potential leak that we discovered in our condo. They were able to do the initial estimate and repair work on back to back days and the work was done beautifully and quickly! He and his team were all very knowledgeable and helped us understand our options, as well as recommend a plaster repair company for additional work we are considering. I will be happy to recommend them to friends and future clients!

Had them check out my water heater after it leaked. It needed to be replaced, they helped me take care of it very quickly. Had a new one in and out very fast at a better price than anyone else locally. Customer service was 10/10 as well.

Two technicians showed up to take care of my sewer problem. One was a journey level plumber and his experience and knowledge was great. If I do need emergency plumbing services I won’t hesitate to call Mach1Plumbing. I will be using Mach 1 shortly to install a Moen leak detection system.

I’m so bad with names! A young gentleman came to my house. I told him what was going wrong. He trouble shouted everything possible. He said, I’m pretty sure it’s your shower head. He recommended that we change it and we did. We have pressure now like before. He also by-pass our water softener. Which we didn’t know. He was very very knowledgeable. He saved us thousands of dollars. We had another company come and they wanted to charge us $15,000 to fix the water pressure issue that we were having. The gentleman that came to my home was great, good customer service and pleasant to talk too!!!!

Wonderful service from Adrian on installation of a garbage disposal. Very pleasant demeanor & not bothered by my 2 dogs. Jennifer was great responding with a very quick appointment time.
Overall great experience I would certainly use again or recommend if you have plumbing needs.

Doug showed up to fix my kitchen faucet, however it was beyond fixing. Doug showed me several fixtures and we chose one and he installed it cleaned his area and was gone. Doug did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him and his company for all your plumbing needs.
