Nice people. They've got a great show room of bathroom and kitchen set ups. They have some things other plumbing places in the Vegas valley don't.

This is a plumbing store I don't know why it's listed as True Value Hardware but it's a plumbing store and all they sell this plumbing supplies it may be the greatest plumbing store in the world but they're certainly not a True Value Hardware

Standard plumbing supply just added a True Value Hardware store to their location. It's one of those stores that you can wonder around and find just about everything you need.

Great prices, very helpful service (on a weekday morning at least), and had everything we needed for a simple gardening project

If you need some type of hardware or related, stop by here before you hit homedepot or lowes. They have just about everything and NO long lines plus A1 customer service.

I needed a flare unit for my stove. I called them, the gal who picked up the phone was very helpful. Very convenient area, large parking lot.

    Easy to find stuff.
    Prices were great.
Then I had to stand around for 10-15 minutes for someone to show up and take my money.
    Maybe Saturday's are a skeleton crew day.🤷‍♂️

The woman at the counter was extremely rude. It is our first home renovation and when we arrived she didn't even look up. The place was empty and when we asked her about what they had she spoke to us as if we were stupid and were a huge inconvenience to her. She kept saying for us to look around ourselves over and over because she didn't want to explain anything herself. Would def never come back here, there are plenty of other places to go.

I stumbled upon this place when I discovered I have 1-1/4 inch water supply line and neither HD/LOW carry 1-1/4 copper fitting. Yes, I found my plumbing parts here, but this place seems more than just a plumbing hardware store.

First of all, this place is spacious, but about half the space is dedicated as a showroom for retail customers. The other half is for plumbing parts.

Second, the plumbing parts section obviously sells volumes for contractors, but they also care for small retail homeowners like myself.

Last, Brian was very understanding and respectful when I had to return unused parts. He was patient and thorough even though it was a small transaction.

This place is the best hardware store out there, much better than the big box stores if you want something specific and "good". We've bought everything we've needed ( on the plumbing side) to remodel 2 bathrooms and if we had another bathroom, we'd go back a third time.

I had a slow drain in my bathtub. I had bought liquid plumber max gel the other day and used it, to no avail. Still slow drain. So, I went this morning across the street to True Value. The first lady I came across was very helpful. She had an idea of what I needed and asked Thomas what I should use. He suggested the drain weasel. I got home and used it, and, voila, drain good to go. Thanks to Thomas and the first lady I encountered. Great customer service. I've known about True Value since I was a kid.

I recently moved. The toilets were disgusting and needed to be replaced. My plumber recommended Standard Plumbing. I dealt with a very knowledgeable and friendly sales person named Pat. He was great! Very patient with me, explained everything to me. I got a very quick delivery date. (which I was late for--Sorry Pat) I did call to apologize. Anyway anything in plumbing you need -go there- everyone is friendly and knows what they are talking about! Thanks again Pat!

Excellent service! Huge inventory from Standard's normal quality plumbing parts & supplies to a complete True Value line of products. One stop shopping with good prices and literally anything you might need for most any home project to major plumbing repairs and new installs. They blow big box store water heater prices out of the water and can get most any name brand parts if you don't want cheap generic parts. Quality paint to mowers to high end Kohler fixtures - they come through!

These guys KNOW plumbing. Epic service + beautiful showroom with high-end fixtures from a wide variety of brands. I went in looking for a new toilet and they helped me but amazingly also showed how I could try fixing my esoteric existing toilet instead. They even printed out the parts diagrams for me. Old-fashioned honesty and small-town customer service. Right here in the heart of the city. Truly incredible.

Tom the manager is the rudest person I have ever met. He belittled and made fun of me more then once here. I will never ever come back and will recommend competitors to ever single person I meet that needs plumbing supply or hardware

Cashier Sean M. Parker went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He not only guided us to the parts we needed; he also provided backup parts to solve our plumbing problem. Thank you Sean and Standard Plumbing!

Personable service, helpful staff, always right there asking if you need anything. They don't carry a lot of stuff, but they seem to have what I need most. Some prices seemed a little high- for instance they don't package screws and nuts in bulk. Picking individually from a bin can get expensive.

The best thing about this store is you park close and walk but a few aisles in and you're picking product off the shelf. Here, I can be finished shopping by the time I'm just finding a parking stall at the big Blue and Orange stores!
