Replaced hot water tank - Daniel was great, concise and honest!

Twice I've needed something fixed, and fixed quickly... twice they have ROCKED IT.. they are prompt, friendly and do excellent work.. from the phone call to the site visit they were ON IT.we will not be calling anyone else.

They were hired to install a 2" gas line for a pool heater and gas grill.
They promise to start the next day for me which they did right on time that they promise me.

Very professional and courteous. Austin found problems that other plumbers did not recognize. Highly recomend

Called them to replace a broken toilet. Mark showed up earlier then quoted which was fine by me. And he completed them job very quickly. Mark was friendly and explained any issues. He disposed of the old toilet and all box and trash from the new one. I won't hesitate to hire them again.

Straight up, best as it gets!! As a new home owner with a bunch of uncertainties around my new home, I found it refreshing to have the staff and technicians actually know what they were doing, while explaining to me what’s going on in my house. I never felt pressure on having to fix something that wasn’t broken and they didn’t give me so outrageous estimate. They made my experience quick and easy, in a time where it could of been a lot more frustrating with someone else. Definitely going back to them each and every time.

He is Honest, Knowledge and friendly and he knows what he is talking about!

Daniel came to our home yesterday to evaluate a problem we were having with our reverse osmosis system. He arrived exactly on time. He was very courteous, respectful, & professional. He performed his work quickly & efficiently, and thoroughly cleaned up after himself before he left our home. Great job Daniel!

Daniel came out to do an estimate and was so helpful we decided to have him do the job right then. He identified a similar problem in our other sink pipes saving the need for another plumbing call. He was very nice and patient with us.

We recently acquired a condo in Vegas and we called Straight Up! to fix a bathtub leak that has been causing an issue for awhile now. The lady that answered the phone was polite and found an appointment time that fit into my schedule. The plumber that came out explained what was happening, why it was happening, and most importantly, how to get it to STOP happening! He gave us multiple options to choose from and we found a fix that fit our budget. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their professionalism, honesty and customer service! They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and we will certainly be calling them the next time we need a plumber!

I am editing my original review because it was not so good because of a bad experience, but after letting them know about the unresolved issues, StraightUp Plumbing made it right. Heres what happened: Mark did not address my original issue of a leaky toilet shut-off valve, but instead installed a new flush valve inside the toilet. He also changed out the cold water shower knob, and installed a new garbage disposal. When I viewed my email receipt I noticed I had been charged for the flush valve PLUS a flapper inside the toilet, and also for installing TWO knobs in the shower. I called and spoke to Chad, who immediately took the bull by the horns. He re-dispatched Daniel who installed the missing flapper AND fixed the leaking shut-off valve (which was the original problem). I really cannot say enough about Daniel; he is a very nice, professional and personable guy. Thank you Chad for taking care of this for me. As I promised, I am amending my original review, and if I ever need a plumber again I will request Daniel - only Daniel.

If you are looking for a relible, honest company to provide excellent work on your kitchen repair needs...look no further! I found Straight Up Plumbing after seeing the commercial for Home Advisor a few times and decided to give them a call. My call was answered by a very kind lady by the name of KeIlie. I spoke with her and was scheduled with an appointment date & time for an "estimate only". A few days later a friendly, and very professional technician named Daniel came to my home and inspected my leaky kitchen faucet. He gave me an affordable estimate, with the option to have Straight Up provide a new faucet or I could buy my own. I opted to buy my own and immediately hired Daniel for the job. The repair was done 1 week later with excellent professionalism and I am giving Straight Up Plumbing 5-Stars 🌟 in all categories!

My hot water heater was venting into my attic potentially putting CO2 in my house. I used Home Advisor to look up plumbers in the area to fix this problem. I had some other companies come and wouldn’t even touch my problem but I had Straight Up Plumbing come and they sent out Daniel and he really went above and beyond for me and fixed my problem. I will be requesting Daniel for all plumbing needs going forward. Now my family has hot water again and I am a very happy costumer.
