We had Tyler from plumbing kings come out to fix a slab leak. He sat our house on fire, 911 was called, and the fire department responded to put out the fire. The owner Stephen refused to cooperate with my insurance company who had to go to court to recover their funds and my deductible. He refused to cooperate in any way after the fire occurred. He never even offered an apology. He then still sent a bill demanding payment. He would not even provide my insurance company with his insurance information. Stay far away from this company as the owner Steven is not trustworthy and will not stand behind his work whatsoever.

We had an outstanding experience with Plumbing Kings! The plumber who arrived was very experienced, taking the time to explain the issue and explained the solution. He was efficient and thorough, ensuring everything was fixed properly before leaving.
What really stood out was the level of customer service – they treated my home with respect, cleaned up after the job, and even gave me tips on how to prevent future issues. The pricing was transparent and fair, with no hidden fees or surprises. It's rare to find such a reliable and honest plumbing company these days. I will definitely be using Plumbing Kings again for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone in the Las Vegas area!

Had a plumbing emergency, called Plumbing Kings,they immediately responded and Steven quickly fixed the issue, water was leaking everywhere and i didn't know where the shut off valve was so it was stressful but Steven found it in the ceiling of all places. Tyler with Plumbing Kings CAUGHT MY HOUSE ON FIRE doing a slab leak repair. Tyler ignored my statements that my house smelled like smoke & me visibly seeing smoke come out of the wall in an adjoining room. Tyler then left an active flame to go outside to the street, the flames grew inside my wall so I called 911 because it was out of control; he NEVER put it out right away. $14,000 in damages according to my insurance company. The owner Steven, as you can see in his unprofessional response below, is in utter denial. Catching houses on fire is normal to Steven I guess. My insurance company felt differently along with everyone else who's seen these pictures. He continually sent harassing letters to my home & threatened to sue us & threatened to put a lien on our home for filing a claim with our insurance company. He denied ever setting our house on fire, never received a simple apology for their negligence, & refused to cooperate with our insurance so they had to sue him. Almost 1 year later court is done & Steven finally paid for the damages caused by their negligence. Steven is still threatening to sue us & making up lies about my husband. I make sure to tell everyone I know to use anyone but Plumbing Kings! Horrible owner horrible business!! Will use Pure Plumbing from here on out they have been wonderful unlike my experience with Plumbing Kings!

When the water heater in my parents’ garage exploded on a Saturday, I had no idea what to do. Water was pouring out like a waterfall, flooding the garage. To make matters worse, my parents were out of town and unreachable, and I was home alone with my toddler. I was in full panic mode.

I ran to my neighbor for help, and he recommended Plumbing Kings. I called their emergency plumbing service line, and the woman who answered was incredibly kind and understanding. She quickly connected me with Steven, one of their expert plumbers.

Steven was on another job but promised to come over within an hour. He asked me to send a video of the situation so he could assess the problem. He mentioned that he carries an emergency water heater in his van for after-hours plumbing emergencies — such a relief since the stores were closed.

Steven arrived as promised, assessed both the garage and inside the house for any water damage, and got straight to work. He:
• Diagnosed the issue
• Gave me honest advice and multiple options
• Removed the old boiler
• Installed a brand-new water heater
• Replaced a drain that was over 10 years old
• Attached earthquake straps and updated the venting system
• Hauled away the old unit

He was thorough, professional, and incredibly meticulous in his work. Even while my toddler ran around the garage and I was dealing with cleanup, Steven went above and beyond — he even helped me move heavy items.

After the installation, he made sure everything was working by having me test the water system upstairs. He cleaned up the area before leaving — after spending over five hours on site!

Steven also scheduled the required inspection for the new water heater and showed up right on time for it a few days later (which is mandatory in our county).

His professionalism, honesty, and work ethic truly stood out. I’ve already recommended Plumbing Kings to several friends and neighbors. I also appreciate that he’s part of a trusted network of tradespeople — I’ve worked with Absolute Appliance (who fixed my Wolf stove) and they were fantastic too.

Best plumbing service in Las Vegas. I had some work done and 3 different plumbers from another company couldn't get things right. Steven came out and fixed it all. Works perfect ever since. I needed some washing machine valves replaced last week so I called Plumbing Kings. Works great & no issues.

We have used Plumbing kings for service in the past - but we really got top notch service this time - Jordan came out to our house and resolved a punchlist of issues including a jammed icemaker line, dishwasher drain pipe that needed servicing, and two bathtub faucets that needed replacement. He resolved all issue with great service and professionalism. Have been using Plumbing Kings and Steven for years - they do a great job and tip of the cap to Jordan in particular!

Over the last 8 years, I feel that this company has certainly improved the quality of service— every year the quality of technician & scheduling is getting better (Gustavo is very good). If you have Rinnai tankless water heater system or want to install one in your house, I highly recommend calling this company.

Carlos was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the functions of both the water softener/purifier and the reverse osmosis units installed in my home. He arrived earlier than expected and notified me in advance with a phone call. Lucky for me, he found I was not yet in need of the chlorine filter or any of the three filters in my reverse osmosis unit. And, much to my delighted surprise, he told me there was no charge for the 15 min. service call! Thank you!
