They have a guy there that think no all and allhe doesis talks big game. I don't recommend this company. Seems worse service.

Misdiagnosed a toilet tank leak as a wax ring and charged $500 to replace the ring then wanted to change again to come fix the tank leak. Claimed it was a miraculous coincidence that the tank started leaking the day after they replaced the ring

2 other plumbing companies couldn't fix a difficult clog. Ace stayed late and got the job done at a great price. Very thrilled.

I wish I could take away the star I needed to write this review. My landlord sent ACE to install a new air conditioner on Monday. I received a call at work and they informed me they realized they didn’t have the part and asked if I would be ok with no ac over night until they could get the part. I told them no I have 4 kids so they offered a portable unit if I allowed them to start the process removing my ac so I agreed. TUESDAY morning my kids call me while I’m working complaining ACE technicians came Back out and removed the portable ac but did not install the new UNIT. It’s now Friday night... and guess what I still have no ac because the technicians came and started the process .. promised they would finish... and as soon as I left to get my kids food (it’s too hot to cook) they left... they left trash all over my floor... there is wires hanging everywhere... and now because my condo has been without air all week the refrigerator is no longer working properly and all food in the freezer is melting. I called the office to complain and again they are telling me it will be done tomorrow.... SAVE YOUR TIME DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I will be reaching out to a lawyer and complaining with any and every state and city officials office I can find.

Ed & Brandon came out because my hot water heater was leaking from the bottom. After a few modifications on my new water heater it was up & working. These guys do excellent work. I would recommend Ace to family & friends.

Had a water leak inside wall of shower at the faucet in upstairs master bathroom. It leaked causing damage below to ceiling of kitchen. Was supposed to be fixed Friday before the long Labor Day weekend, but I was told if they got into the job and found something else that they wouldn’t be able to get the necessary parts and that my water would be completely shut off to the house the entire weekend. So made an appointment for Wednesday morning 9-11. THEY TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF!!!! It is now 3pm on Wednesday, after arranging for someone to miss a days work (lost wages) to be their for Ace Services for an appointment, ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF!!!!!! And when I called they had no answer why I was forgotten or better yet, BLOWN OFF!!!! Inexcusable!!!! Non professional!!!! How does a sketchy company like this stay in business??? Because the Property Management Company’s hire the CHEAPEST, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COMPANIES TO DO THEIR WORK!!! THEY DON’T CARE HOW BAD OR INCOMPETENT THEY ARE, JUST THAT THEY ARE CHEAPER. If I was a home owner, and had a choice as to who i would have fix my water leak it sure would not be Ace!!! What a joke!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the unnecessary aggravation. Nice mechanic that said I had to completely replace faucet for a constant drip issue. Got the invoice of 85$ (for the visit) and it notated: “tech arrived and couldn’t locate a faucet with dripping.” There were 4 faucets total with this problem.

Absolutely the best! I would highly recommend. From the plumber they sent to the office staff...exceptional. They fixed the mess 3 other plumbing companies screwed up. Ace is the best!

Good receptionists, but poor speed to get the job started. I waited 1 week to have my water heater replaced. The first day they made a decent excuse claiming that there was a family emergency. After that, it took 7 days to pick up the heater and install it. I was very easy at first with this company. They'll take advantage of your kindnesses, so be sure to be firm on them so they can make the job happen. They told me that they'd start at 8am this morning for sure. I'm sitting here at 3:48 pm watching them install the water heater. Seem like good guys, but being good and producing results in a timely manner are two different things. A company covering for it's employees is great. A company taking advantage of a customer is no excuse.

We just moved to Las Vegas four weeks ago. Our home required plumbing updates, and new A/C. Ace Services was highly recommended by several friends. We made the right choice in selecting Ace Services as they were very professional, friendly, fair priced and completed the work in a timely manner. I was having issues with a very old toilet. We were unable to turn off At the emergency shut off valve so we decided to call a plumber. The first plumber that we called was very expensive but he recommended a services to us. I called and got immediate service the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
