I do not recommend using this company. I'm a landlord who asked for an estimate for my property repairs with tenants. They showed up, did the work, with no communication, paperwork, authorization from me to perform services. They claim my tenant authorized work even though they say they only work with landlords. They never gave me an answer to why I never received an estimate and then assumed I would not pay and threatened to put a lien on my property. From Casey the owner, "If we do not receive payment, a lien notice will be sent, then recorded with the county, which in turn leads to us foreclosing on the unit. If that is worth all your troubles instead of just paying for the service, then go ahead and choose that route." Still additional comments from owner, "I will make sure to tell everyone in the tower that you are the one that likes to screw over trades and not pay their bill. Trust me we do a ton of work there and word travels pretty much like wildfire versus leaving a review on the internet where I will be sure to comment on your actions in this matter as well.
Your karma will catch up to you in this life or the next." I did receive estimates later from other companies hundreds less than what I was billed and no effort was done to make it right. Long story short I was invoiced and billed with a late payment notice a month later. I paid it immediately. Please avoid working with this company.

Had a leak that had been plaguing me for months, on again off again type. Handyman had been troubleshooting it costing $$$ on unnecessary repairs. Started calling plumbing companies, sent one out the door for wanting big bucks for something already tried.
Found Ace Services...came out same day at scheduled time. Actually listened to all that had been tried and found the problem quickly.
It was a difficult repair in a hard to get to place.
Russ worked diligently for hours, never complaining. The final bill was more than fair. I expected to pay much more. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Thank you again and again.

Hired them to do a plumbing and hvac inspection for a client. I have used them many times they are reliable and show up on time.

My air conditioner couldn't have gone out at a worse time..My children were hot, fussy,and totally blamed me of course,and when I contacted them the repair man came out right away and got everything fixed immediately. Do not trust this company. They came out put a new bib hose faucet, tightened my toilet seat, which became loose right away, and installed a new faucet in my bathroom sink. He told my husband upon leaving it would be $450. He did not give us an invoice we sign nothing. They decided to charge my card without my consent or an invoice $675. I now am disputing everything and have to be inconvenienced and aggravated due to their negligence

Do NOT trust this company!!! I would NEVER recommend ACE plumbing...EVER!
The plumber that came out pretending to do the work on a shower cartridge and I fell for it. A week later, the problem persisted and when I called them back, he quoted me $1500 to replace the valve in the shower. I decided to call around and get estimates and I found a company that would replace a valve for a lot cheaper. When they came out a week later they saw that the cartridge had never been replaced. I felt terrible because I was watching them do their work when I should ve been watching Ace's Plumber. They charged me $225 to replace a cartridge that never happened. Then the manager of Ace, told me they not only wouldn't refund my money but SHE HUNG UP on me. This is the worst plumbing company ever! Dispute my bank??? More like get my attorney involved! Shame on the owner of ACE plumbing if that's how you run your company!

I have dealt with projects on plumbing and electrical with this company. I have had questions answered by their HVAC guy. Everyone has been professional and up front with quality work and fair pricing. All of the work was done to my complete satisfaction. They have been around a long time for a reason but I'd never heard of them until they were recommended by another company I do business with. Highly recommended.

Chris the manager is extremely communicative and friendly. If there was any problems he made sure you were taken care of and felt taken care of. The A/C technicians that were sent, Alonzo and Sam, were great guys. Alonzo was especially knowledgeable and quite proud of his work. They got the work done and they even came back when I had some concerns about the systems, to make sure I felt taken care. Not being a native that grew up in Vegas, I had some bad experience with different repair companies and didn't know which ones to trust. this is the best experience I had so far with any repair company in Las Vegas. Definitely will call again for other repairs and installs in the future.... don't go with home depot repair guys, they're the worse.

I woke up to a flooded garage and broken water heater. I spoke to Ace at 8:15 in the morning. He had two plumbers out here by shortly after 9 and a new water heater and plumbing for it installed before 2. They were great!

Totally professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Patrick did an amazing job of redirecting pipes. He was considerate of my furniture and me, cleaned up before leaving. I am recommending Ace to everyone I know.
