Gustavo from Focus Plumbing was excellent! He was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to clear the clogs in our bathroom sinks. I will definitely be requesting him again in the future if we have any plumbing issues. The service was efficient and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. Highly recommend!

Victor Estrada was the guy who changed my RO faucet, bathroom faucet & shower cartridge. He did an excellent job & taught me a lot of things. He gave me reasonable price with membership & very professional compare to Sierra. Now I have peace of mind that if there’s plumbing problems FOCUS/VICTOR IS THE MAN.

Gustavo Navarro is very pleasant person.
He knows his work very well with plumbing and some. He fixes the leak with no time at all. He told us everything we should know about our tankless water heater. He told us too why we have the leak and how to prevent it in the future. He show us the water softener the one that we have and the new one. He showed us the difference between the two.
I think he is an excellent person.

When my tankless water heater shut down I called Focus and they sent a plumber out within a few hours. Oscar was friendly, professional, and talked me through the process and issues. Victor assessed and fixed the leaking air gap from our dishwasher quickly. He arrived on time, explained what caused the issue, and gave helpful tips on care and how to prevent it from happening again. The price was reasonable and about average for the service, though I probably could have negotiated a bit lower. Overall, a good experience and efficient service.

He was extremely professional and maintained clear, consistent communication throughout the entire service process, keeping me informed every step of the way. He was proactive and thorough, and when I requested a written summary on company letterhead, he advised that he was already in the process of preparing it. His attention to detail and professionalism were greatly appreciated, and we would gladly work with him again.

If there any unique features I have seen with the recently assigned staff to my residence was the ability to unravel pertinent unique details in my home that needs immediate attention. He took care of certain aspects of the maintenance that nobody in focus plumbing has done since the inception of my contract which is almost 10years. Thanks for taking good care of my home
