I told Victor about my concerns with my newly installed RO system and water softener. He was patient and explained everything and made adjustments as necessary.
I definitely recommend Victor and Focus Plumbing.

Victor Estrada installed a water treatment system in our house. We did a bit of shopping around, but after listening to Mr. Estrada, we were certain we had the right product and the right plumbing company. He is a journeyman plumber and did an excellent installation. We were looking for a reliable plumbing company and now we have one. When the dust settles and we add a water purification system we definitely hire Focus and ask for Mr. Estrada.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was quoted $630 to replace a 2 ft section of ABS that was already exposed. $20 of material at most, 1 hr of labor and they quoted me that. And I still paid the $69 service call. They seem to be in the business of getting paid to do quotes they won't ever do because their fees are usury.

It was a good experience. You get a message letting you know when they are on the way so you don’t feel like you are waiting around all afternoon. Gustavo arrived when expected and didn’t take long to diagnose the issue or to fix it. The price seemed a little on the high side but what plumber is cheap?

My tankless water heater was installed by Focus plumbing, I started having problems with the unit, it was shutting down by itself. I made a call to have it repaired. Technician arrived, he had no idea what was wrong, he called the manufacturer. It seems like when they installed this unit, they made some errors. When I complained that they were charging me for the mistake that their company made during the installation, technician told me that he will call his supervisor, after he called the supervisor, he came back and told me that he is refusing the service call and he is leaving. He left the unit off. We called the supervisor, he was no help at all. I will call another company to come and fix this problem, I don’t want to deal with focus plumbing anymore. They don’t care about customer.

Victor explained all repairs, showing details of his work . He shared information on new products that may be of interest when my appliances may fail in the future. Overall, my experience with Victor and Focus plumbing was outstanding and definitely would recommend this service technician and company.

Brandon was awesome and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He was completely professional and described what he was doing as he did it. I found him to be honest with good pricing. I would fully recommend him and Focus for any plumbing and Air conditioning issues.

Victor was friendly and courteous. he saw the problem of the leak right away and knew what it took to fix it. Explain the cost and what was and wasn’t under warranty was able to fix it quicker than expected. Everything appear appears to be working great.

The hose to our kitchen faucet came apart under the sink. Focus did the install of all our plumbing when the house was built so we gave them the chance to do the service. We left a message with their answering service and received a call from their dispatcher within an hour. Maribel was very pleasant and was able to get us scheduled the same day. We received a text about half way into our time slot letting us know Victor was on his way and he arrived within the time frame on the text. He took a look at what was going on and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. Unfortunately, we needed a new faucet but Victor reassured us as soon as we had the new one in hand, just call dispatch again and they’d have someone out to do the install for us. They have a $69 diagnose charge up front, but that is not charged again if they come out and do the service. Focus was fantastic, quick, and efficient. We will absolutely be utilizing them for our plumbing needs.

Jesse was able to stop by our home early than the set time which we appreciated. He explained our situation and answered all of my questions. He put on the slip on netted shoe cover while walking through our home. He was very through.

Focus plumbing was fast in response and was able to come the same day for my water heater maintenance service. They are a little more pricey but since they are the original plumbing company for my new built home, I would trust them.

We had an excellent experience with Brandon Hubbs from Focus Plumbing here in Las Vegas. We reached out about water softeners since the water in the valley is so hard, and Brandon went above and beyond. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and really took the time to listen. He walked us through how the system works in a way that was simple and easy to understand. Best part is he had everything on board and was able to do both the consultation and installation in less than two hours. Super professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Gustavo was great. He was the initial person to come out on an emergent call because our water heater was not working. Then he formed a plan with us and came back when we got the part Delivered so that he could install it. He is very knowledgeable, has good suggestions.

Victor was great! I had a leak and he came within two hours. He also fixed my toilets as well. I always call Focus Plumbing when I have leak or water issues!

Oscar is the go to person in the company. Very knowledgeable, made sure he checked everything before finishing his job maintaining and flushing my water softener. Detail-oriented plumber and will not overcharge.

Had my water heater go out after hours on 12/30. Jesse Lopez was able to come the afternoon of 12/31 and got it switched out in about an hour. Fast, friendly, and professional I could not be happier. Thank you!

So happy we reached out to Focus plumbing. Brandon kindly introduced himself, asked me what the issues I was having with my tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to diagnose the issue. Professional, thorough, but quick. He was honest and genuine, and gave me a breakdown of cost which was transparent. I did not feel pushed to make a decision and even asked for his recommendation. I was able to trust him and do what needed to be done for the longevity of tank. I asked if I could tip him and he gently declined. Great workers are hard to come by , as I am a previous GM of an establishment. Brandon definitely deserves recognition for his customer service and skill set.

Repair was completed but the technician failed to tighten everything up enough and left a gas leak in my garage.

Found this out after 6 pm, so they were unable to send someone out at that time of day. The on call person actually discouraged me from calling Southwest Gas.

I called the gas company anyway, and they sent someone out right away. The guy from Southwest Gas diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and checked the rest of the area for gas leaks.

Most of the reviews I've seen say they're expensive but do a good job. This one was expensive but didn't do a good job.

VICTOR ESTRADA!!!! He is so kind and professional. He helped me with everything. Honestly the first person to help me with my whole home buying process. Straight forward and honest answers. I highly recommend him. He is the best.

Our water heater was under warranty and Focus Plumbing came out. Our plumber was Gustavo. He was absolutely amazing knew exactly what he was talking about. Explained everything very well. Would highly recommend not only Focus Plumbing but more importantly Gustavo. Not only did they replace our water heater, but we also purchased a water softener from them.
