One Hour Electric delivers reliable professional service. I needed a 240 volt outlet installed in my garage and called One Hour. I talked to Jeff and he was able to get a technician out first thing the following day. The install was completed quickly and was priced fairly. I'll definitely use One Hour Electric again when needed.

I would like to write a quick review for Jeff and his team at One Hour Electric. I was referred to Jeff by a 3rd party and even in the midst of the Labor Day weekend storm of 2023, Jeff & team were able to get us up and power restored - even when I was thinking it would be days before we could get an electrician due to the horrendous storms and flooding all over the Las Vegas valley.
The electrician Jeff assigned for our service was Jim and after what I am sure was already a very long day, Jim showed up and replaced our main service breaker. It was not easy even after NV Energy removed the "gold band" from their meter to give access to Jim. Jim was a true professional in every sense of the word and even took the time to come in and explain what he had done to my 92 year-old mother who actually owns the house. We are very happy with the professionalism and the quality of service in addition to the response time. I will certainly be recommending One Hour Electric to others when asked if I know of a quality electrical company. Thanks Jeff for taking care of us. Jim was a real professional in a day where that seems to be getting harder and harder to find!

I made a short notice, same day request. They got back to me over the phone to sort out what I needed to try to save me some money. In the end we worked out a price we agreed on, they got here in a timely manner. Their tech Will was straight to the point, knew what to ask, explained what he could do and could not do, and possible pitfalls he could encounter. Will did an outstanding job with what i needed with very minimal removal of the walls, in other words, he didn't rip out my walls to make the job easy for him; he carefully removed only the bare minimum to get the job done. Now when the painters come in it will cost me less. Job done. I will definitely use them again!

Do not hire them. They are crooks. I waited for him to tell me what was wrong and what it would cost. He changed all four breakers, then handed me a bill for $779.00. You mean to tell me that all four breakers were bad? The problem was outside with the wiring. The trailer park fixed it as it was their responsibility.I wrote him a check knowing I would stop payment with my bank. When he found out I stopped payment of check, he called me and I hung up on him and then his wife, girlfriend or secretary called me and I hung up on her. He sent out some guy to collect like the Mafia would do. He tried to break into my house. We battled at my door for fifteen minutes. He broke my door chain. Finally I got the door closed and locked. I have a bad heart, Parkinson's and one leg, bound to a wheelchair. He went around back and jerked the breakers out that went too my AC. I called out an AC man to fix it. I called the police and they wouldn't do anything. What do you expect from a Democrat state. I filled out a police report.

Just found my new go-to electrician. Very professional. The service tech Eddie came right out today, on a Saturday. Fixed the problem, without any hesitation. Charged me a very reasonable price. When I called and spoke with Jeff, he was very understanding of my need to get someone out here right away. He was also very professional and honest. I will continue to use this company for all of my electrical problems. If you have any doubt about trusting companies, this is definitely a company that you can trust. I have had issues in the past, but let me tell you, it is such a good feeling to finally find someone you can trust. I will recommend one hour electric to all of my friends, family, and co-workers.

We had a noisy smoke detector. Tony Cruz was sent to us from One Hour Electric to deal with the problem. Tony was professional, and worked quickly. We have a "smart house" which means all smoke detectors are connected. Tony changed out all of them in a short amount of time. We highly recommend One Hour and Tony Cruz.

Jeff & Melody were BEYOND helpful & did their best to make sure I was a happy customer. Lorenzo the tech was VERY smart & knowledgeable in knowing what he was doing with the issue I was having. I highly recommend this company for all your electrical needs :)

We have used One Hour Electric several times over the years and have never been disappointed! We've remained loyal customers for one simple reason. They consistently treat us right. They have great customer service and respond quickly when we need them. The guys do excellent quality work at reasonable prices for a Licensed Electrical Contractor.

This company left an elderly woman in extreme danger. They charged $1000 for a $60 part that they did not install correctly. Due to them not installing it correctly. It was sparking and sizzling and when informed by another electrician that they put this woman in danger they became defensive and combative and were not concerned at all whatsoever and didn’t offer to return to check the work. This level of lack of ethic for an electrician is disgraceful to the trade. She had to pay another electrical company. I will place this review on every social media site that I can find them on and I will also report them to the Better Business Bureau, OSHA, and the federal trade commission. If they want these reviews removed, they can give this lady her thousand dollars back.

This company is a complete fraud. do not hire their business! They overcharged me hundreds of dollars to change a $10.00 breaker that took less than 10 minutes, which left me with the problem still unresolved. Spoke to management/owner who not only refused to discount, refund or compensate; but became emotionally unhinged over the phone. Incredibly unprofessional behavior. He was verbally abusive, and used an unnecessary amount of profanity and derogatory language against me. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional and unethical, and he even threatened to sue and put a lien on my home. This is absolutely reprehensible behavior. He also continued to send threats and harassment over text. Please take your business elsewhere and save your money, time and grief.

My experience with One Hour Electric was fantastic. I had previously been given a quote from a different contractor to remove 3 pendants replace them with 2 larger pendants and drywall. The qote was ridiculous, so I stared searching for comparisons. I came across One Hour Electric and their pricing was much more reasonable. They did an excellent job with the install and the cleanup. I will definitely use them for any of my electrical needs in the future.

They were the best. On time and quality work. They explained everything in detail which I love so I know exactly what is going on. I just want to say Jimmy the contractor they sent was super nice and cared about the quality of work he put in and did the best job. If I ever need them again I would ask for Jimmy hands down. There is nothing better than a contractor that cares and Jimmy cared.

I needed some electrical work done at the barber shop. I called One Hour Electric and Jeff (the owner) came and gave me an estimate that I found reasonable. Next day they sent their technician Dana. He quickly found the problem, fixed everything according to the estimate. I will definitely will be using their services now on.

My wires were shorted out by the hurricane but Jeff was able to get Shawn over to take a look and was able to fix it up on the same day! Will highly recommend them for their speediness, attention to detail, and professionalism. One Hour Electric is the one.

The guy did a good job. But i didn’t receive a receipt. Called several times and each time was promised I’d get one in an email. On my last attempt, I was told it was Sat and I needed to call back during business hours except this “company” provides 24 hour service. Guy was testy and rude. I gave him a piece of my mind and hung up. This is the text I received:
“Being rude is ridiculous. You are obnoxious. Check your spam creep. Don’t ever call after hours. It’s Saturday. I fact you can come get your receipt in person now”.
Horrible customer relations.

I scheduled an electrical inspection with them and was given an arrival window between 9 and 5 with an expectation they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. 5 pm came and went with no call and no explanation. I have nothing else to add since I never utilized their services.

Felix the technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced our panel in 102 degree heat and did a wonderful job. I recommend one hour for all your electrical needs.

Thank you ONE Hour electric ! Tony came out to our house at 830 at night and was so polite and professional. He was able to troubleshoot and resolve our issues very fast and efficient. We can sleep at night with less stress and will enjoy the next day much more. Thank you

They were the only provider to answer their phone on July 4. Very happy with their customer service and we’ll be using them for all our electrician needs.

Marvin was awesome! He got all my smoke alarms switched out and working perfectly! He even went extra to make sure all wires were safe. 10/10 recommend for sure!
