Victor and Jessica are great to work with, prompt, good communication and they charge fair prices. Victor wired our outdoor kitchen 2021 and came back to install new lighting in our kitchen and living room 2024.

Returned call very quickly, Great customer service, scheduled a same day appointment and was able to show up a couple of hours earlier than scheduled time. Guys came in and quickly fixed the issues. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely use again.

I can't say enough with how impressed I am with J & V Electric. This was my first time using the service and I will not use anyone else. Jessica was so responsive and personable and was always providing updates with times and so accommodating with changes. Victor and the Team did an amazing job and were so friendly and professional. I unfortunately cannot relate with the other positive reviews people have experienced with J&V electric which is really sad it’s because of these reviews that I even hired them in the first place ! So let me start from the beginning booking the appointment was great no problems there the receptionist was very friendly and was able to get us scheduled very quickly. Our appointment was set for 8:30 am which is early for us but we took it anyways because that was what they had available so day of appointment we get a call that the technicians are running an hour behind, a little annoying but hey it happens 9:30 rolls around still no technicians ! Finally they show up at 10:45!
2hrs and 15 min later then our original appointment time! So now about the job all we needed them to do was to hang some LED rope light in our garage *see photos* The LED rope light came with 50 brackets for mounting but no screws and the technicians told my husband they didn’t have any screws to complete the job so while my husband stayed with them I was sent to the hardware store for drywall screws!!! Installation gets started finally when I get back with screws ! They work for about an hour mind you in that hour time one of the technicians asked to use our bathroom 2 times which I’m sorry I’m in customer service and using a clients bathroom is a big no no unless it’s an all day job but for what ended up being an hour job no way and he didn’t even knock on the door he walked in on my daughter going to the bathroom !! How he couldn’t see the light from under the door or hear the fan on is beyond me he just walked in anyways !!!
Well back to the job an hour later they let us know that they’re out of brackets they had used all 50 and that they can’t go any farther until we get more brackets . Okay that’s understandable I suppose so the tech tells us they’ll finish the rest of the lighting when the brackets are in but we can just pay them for the work they did today ! Okay great that works for us until we get the bill......... keep in mind this is just for the labor they did today which consisted of hanging 50 ft of LED rope lighting to ceiling *see photos*
we provided the rope light and all the materials needed for the install so I was shocked when we were given a $345 invoice *see photos*
Very taken back by that price my husband asked how they came up with that amount and the technicians told us that they don’t set the pricing so they couldn’t tell us why it was $345 ???

I ended up hanging the rest of the rope light once we got more brackets and I had to add more brackets were J&V installed so the rope light would be tighter and not so saggy

So in closing my experience with J&V Electric was less then satisfactory and we will not be using them in the future.

J &V Electric is absolutely wonderful to work with. Jessica answered all my questions. My appointment was made in a timely manner. Price was excellent. Steven and Jesus arrived on time to complete the job. Both were very nice and knowledgeable and they even cleaned up any mess they made! It's hard to find good contractors in today's climate.

We went through a whole-home remodel; floors, cabinets, backsplash, stairs, rails, paint, and electrical.

Victor and the team at J&V Electric are the only people we would invite back. In fact, we did for additional work on several occasions. They are also the only contractor that we used during the remodel that we've recommended to others. My sister-in-law is using them now.

It's crazy to think that showing up when you say you will and do the job you say you will do is the high standard now, but it is.

Not only will they show up when they say they will, you'll get a reasonable quote, and the job will be done in a professional manner.

Tech Victor arrived within appointment time. Victor was friendly and knowledgeable, did the work plus a small addition. Rates were reasonable. The company is professional and communicates via text so there are no surprises, and we knew what to expect every step of the way. As long as the work holds up, this will be our go to company.
