I had Felix as an electrician. Had to call on July 3rd due to a blown HVAC breaker. The owner of the company, Jeff answered the dispatch line!

He got me fixed up the next morning and waived the emergency / holiday / after hours charge

I can’t recommend them enough. Even my father, who was an electrician for 40 years across the country said their rates are great considering the work they do.

After calling around to trying to find an electrician over the weekend, Sunday at that. One Hour Electric came out promptly and gave me a fair quote for a EV outlet. Best price in town. Tony came out and knocked out the job quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend. 10 out of 10!

When the tech finally arrived he had severe issues which Jeff the owner was already aware of. I was ready to walk when a day later Jeff called and sent two of his best techs to finish the job…for free. Both were courteous and professional. I am giving 5-stars because Jeff corrected the situation; he made it right.

So I got a little crazy with the Hedge trimmer last night and cut the cord while trimming the bushes. I lost all power to the garage no doors, no fridge everything was out. I tried the breaker and nothing happened. I called One Hour Electric and spoke with Jeff and he said he would have his technician come out tomorrow morning. Tony called me this morning and gave me an eta of when he would be out. He was on time and very professional. He located the problem quickly and fixed the problem. One hour Electric will be my go to in the future. Great service, very professional. I definitely recommend them for your Electric needs.

I needed service in a hurry for an older tenant Jeff and Kendice sent Felix the technician over to replace the breakers within 2 hours of placing the call on a Saturday. A follow up visit was needed on Sunday and Felix was still not able to assist the elderly tenant. He blamed the appliances and even Nevada power. I asked him to check the main breaker panel and he said that he did and left. I called another electrician and had the problem diagnosed in 5 minutes. All he had to do was to remove the main breaker panel and he would have seen the bad breaker. Avoid this company- they will quote you one price and immediately raise it by 50% when the "technician" arrives. Then they will try to add an $80 trip charge! I will never use this company again.

Extremely helpful and professional! The smoke alarms at my shop were going crazy, these guys really know what they’re doing! The tech explained everything to me in a way that I could easily understand and fix the problem quickly. Will definitely use them for all future electrical needs. Thank you guys so much!

The Electrician Myron was the best. Great contact from Arrival time and knowledgeable thru out the whole process. Explained all the wiring and different switches involved. Gave great tips and up keep. Price was high, service is what made the difference 👌🏾

Fast and honest repairs.... Helped me get my condo ready for sale. He new exactly what was wrong and fixed the situation. I would definitely use them again.

Full Story:
I did not have a positive experience with One Hour Electric, who I used to install an electrical disconnect box prior to replacing my water heater.

After a discrepancy between the invoice amount and my initial quote, the electrician called his boss. He then told me the lower price would be honored only if I completed a Google review while he watched me do it. I elected to pay the higher price rather than be treated like a 5-year-old.

When the plumber arrived the next day, I was informed the placement of the newly installed box prevented water heater removal or installation. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue, Jeff argued that the box was where it was supposed to go, and the plumber should just unscrew it from the wall. The plumbing company declined, as electrical work was not their area of expertise. In the meantime, I had no hot water.

Jeff displayed a complete lack of professionalism, calling my frustration “acting like it was the end of the world”, and arguing (with profanity) during a conference call with the plumbing company. He wouldn’t even state the name of his company until asked several times (his response was NOT “One Hour Electric”).

Clearly, there was a difference of opinion in how the disconnect box should have been installed. But Jeff did nothing to try to remedy the situation, prompting me to indeed post the very review he tried to coerce me into writing.

We were scheduled from 8 am to 12 pm. We waited until 2 pm and no one showed up.
When we called to check on their arrival the receptionist was very defensive and unfriendly. They don’t take ownership of their mistakes. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have time to sit around all day.

One Hour Electric was amazing. Not only were they able to fix my problem but they let me know that my issue wasn’t as bad as I thought. What I thought was going to be a major problem turned out to be a quick fix by just replacing some old fuses.
The best part was that they completed the job in less then an hour and they showed up 15 minutes earlier then their scheduled arrival which was a nice surprise.

After a service appointment for my a/c unit, it was determined that the circuit breaker needed to be replaced. I called One Hour Electric at 8:30 AM on a Saturday. My call was returned within 2 hours and Mr. T. Felix, the electrician arrived at my house by 2:30 PM. Mr. T. Felix
quickly assessed the problem and replaced the breaker. He was very professional, courteous and respectful of the property. Thank you for a job well done

This review was originally going to be a one-star rating due to the poor attitude and the overall handling of our service needs by the service manager, JEFF. We called first thing in the morning and spoke to JEFF. We explained the need to check wires that had been cut to make sure they were not hot with electricity to cause a fire and to close the circuit and cap the wires. We were quoted a price that we could live with, approximately $300.00 dollars TOTAL, which we understood included an $80 dollar call out fee. Johnny and Brett arrived checked everything out doing what we hired them to do. They were friendly and pleasant. We were given the total charge amount of $292.00 dollars. We asked if that included the $80 dollars and was told yes. We were happy because the total was our budgeted amount and that’s what we were quoted.
Basically, Jeff was rude and condescending. He has no knack for customer service. After paying for our service, we got a call the next day stating that we were going to be charged an extra $80 dollars because the technician did not add in the call out fee. After a heated discussion it was decided that there would be no extra charge. Rene was instrumental in helping waive the attempted extra charge. I decided to give them 3 stars because of Rene, the office manager, and Johnny/Brett, the two technicians that came to the house were very professional in the handling our service request. I wanted to show and explain that the people actually doing the work were good, fair and honest; great customer service done by the employees that should be recognized.

Kind of did not expect to see all the negative reviews. I had a very pleasant experience and I think that maybe this company may have had some previous not so great electricians and now should have more positive reviews to make their name good again. I had a light that was going out and the tech was on time, very kind, experience & humor ( I appreciate). I had a question regarding the dimmer light and called thinking I would get voicemail and someone actually answered and was very helpful. It was around $400 for one light and upgraded to a dimmer but I would use again. If your looking for non shady I would say give them a try. Give them a chance to change their current ratings as negative reviews.

One Hour Electric did an excellent job installing new lighting and outlets in our home. He was respectful of our space, wore shoe covers, and kept the work area clean. It’s clear he cares about the quality of his work and his customers' satisfaction.

We tripped our breaker at 930 am because of another company that came to detail our cars. Marvin came out within 2 hours and he fixed our issue in less than 15 minutes. Awesome service, fast and timely, definitely recommend!

I had a circuit go out that ended up being a tripped GFCI, but before I discovered that I called Jeff on a Sunday to see about getting someone out to help solve the problem. Jeff was awesome, and while I ended up not needing the appointment after all, I wanted to give a shout-out to his great customer service. Super cool, real down-to-earth and honest guy, and legitimately wants to help people solve their electrical problems.

I called three other places before I called One Hour and no one picked up; Jeff did. You need to talk to a real live person? Seriously, don't waste your time chasing other companies, just call One Hour!

Felix was our tech and he did amazing job!!! Highly recommended. Literally came to my house and fixed everything in the same day!!!

Long story short we were quoted one price of $575 and were told we needed a new panel! 2 weeks later we were quoted $799 and we're told we need 5 breakers! Got the price down to $680! They sent a worker by the name of Felix i arrived 20 minutes later he said he was done i only saw 2 breakers on the ground what happened to the other 3! I walked in my house turned on the power and it was still not working they did not restore power! But wanted to charge me $680 and the power was still off! Felix stated I need a 20 amp I told him to fix it he said i have to schedule another work order! My husband called Jeff the supervisor to explain the situation! Jeff started calling my husband NIGGARS STATED HE WAS GOING TO COME TO OUR HOME AND MESS WITH OUR ELECTRIC BOX. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY.

Jeff is harassing me I'm scared it's 6:23 pm and he is still texting! Threatening me and my family

Please understand when I write my reviews. It's based on my personal experience. I try to be honest,fair,and understanding. With my reviews. I'm hardworking like most people and my dollars are truly important to me. But when it comes to One Hour Electric. I was truly worried about the price and the service. I try to DYI my own projects. But electricity isn't to me a DYI project. But when Alan came. He evaluated my work. And told me exactly what needed to be done. And did that and more. Alan wouldn't leave until he was totally satisfied. Job well done!!! The pricing is a 1 to 10 tier process. For me GREAT electrical service is priceless🙏

I needed a fix to my breaker box today and they were able to give me a same day service appointment. Murray was an awesome tech with a great personality and got the problem figured out and fixed almost immediately. Jeff the owner was an awesome help as well by offering to work with me on payments and make sure my problem was fixed that day instead of leaving me in the dark. Couldn't be happier with their service and team! I highly recommend them, and will be using them again if anything ever happens in the future.
