I had a breaker panel issue and Jeff had someone out to fix it on short notice the same day. The team completed the work properly and another issue was uncovered the next day after power was restored. They came out again and fixed the issue on short notice and made sure the job was done correctly. Their fees were fair for a short notice visit. I would gladly work with them again.

I had an emergency yesterday . I didn't know who to call . I was so frantic.
I called one electric. Phone rings and I get the nicest person on the phone ,her name is Nelly . She was so delicate with my situation. She called a dispatched electrician to come by. Within the hour Anthony came. What a pro. Quick and done!! Thank you Anthony .
Then I had the pleasure in talking with Jeff the owner. He worked with us and his pricing was very fair.
I locked their number in my phone. I hope I never have to use them again but if I do I know who to call!!

Yesterday, my front gate security contacted me about alarms going off in my house. I quickly realized it was my smoke alarms—all of them were sounding loudly at once! Feeling stressed, I called One Hour Electric, and they arrived in just 45 minutes.

Their team was incredibly professional and efficient, replacing all my smoke alarms, which were the original ones from 24 years ago! I had no idea these devices expire, but I’m thankful they worked for so long and even more grateful for One Hour Electric’s help.

They also installed a carbon monoxide detector for me, adding an extra layer of safety to my home. The cost was reasonable, and their prompt and professional service made a potentially overwhelming situation much easier. I highly recommend One Hour Electric for their outstanding service and care.

Spent $750 dollars on six brand new smoke detectors they installed. Immediately they were a problem chirping throughout the night brand new with new batteries. Called an told them about situation, they made a follow-up appointment an never showed up. Called the office numerous times leaving voicemails, they never called back. I filed a BBB complaint an a week later Jeff the manager calls me only to tell me I may have rats in my attic chewing on the wires... keep in mind my old smoke detectors weren't chirping. I only replaced them bcz they were over 8 yrs old. Jeff then proceeds to give me an appointment for this past Friday before Mother's Day. Guess what they never showed nor Called to reschedule. Do not bother with requesting service from this business. They are unprofessional, will NOT call back in one hour as the voicemail says. Does shoddy work. Save yourself the time an trouble.

Felix was awesome, and did great work! We needed an EV charger plug installed I the garage and it came out great, he even mounted our charger to the wall for us!

Great value for the cost. Jim came and did the job completely and put in a lot of effort. Very good result. They got the outlet installed in a difficult location while leaving no problems behind.

I called J&V to install recessed lights and relocate a ceiling fan. They came the same day to scope out the job and got me on the schedule within the same week. They made quick work of the job and gave me a fair and competitive price. Couldn't be more pleased!

I was referred to J&V Electric by a friend, I spoke with Jessica and there were able to fit me in that same afternoon. They called me to update me on the electricians arrival time. Victor arrived diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in about a hour. He was very careful with his ladder and tools while moving throughout my home so as not to bump or scratch the walls. Victor got everything back up and working and even installed my smoke detectors. Price was very fair, top notch customer service, and he made sure that he vacuumed up the very small amount of debris that was left from the repair.

This is our second time to use J&V Electric, LLC. Both times were smooth and efficient process. The first time, it was my husband that had found this company for our pool. The one that did the service is the owner, I forgot his name. But he was courteous, informative and professional. This time, we needed our electric car charger installed, I’m the one that called this company again and to no surprise, I am again impressed by the service. Jessica, also owner, had personally reached out to me what was needed to start the process She was very responsive. At first, my schedule for service was a week out. I wasn’t to happy about it as I was worried that we would be inconvenienced by going out to charge the car . But, I stuck with it, said to myself that it’s not going to be a big deal. Without telling Jessica this minor concern, she booked us the following day! Service came, installed less than an hour and he was also pleasant and professional. J&V Electric will always have our business!

I’m often satisfied with services I receive from a business, but rarely am I truly impressed. I am truly impressed with J&V Electric. I feel fortunate that this is the number I called when our power went out recently. The technician came out first thing in the morning (on Easter Sunday no less) and got us up and running. He came back the next day to finish up fixing our main breaker. Quality workmanship and incredibly prompt, friendly, and professional communication. Very reasonable pricing. So professional & personable, couldn't have custom ordered a better choice for our homes electrical needs, they addressed and fixed each and every one in a timely manner.
