So my heat went out and through my warranty they referred me to the A/C guys. They sent someone out the next day and they guy diagnosed the issues quickly and said that a part would have to be ordered. Ok great. By Wednesday I called to see if there was any update on the part. The lady that answered to phone put me on hold and then came back on to then tell me that the part in fact was never ordered. But they just got a large shipment in and that the part that was needed should be in whatever shipment came in. She then stated that she would call me later on in the evening to set up a time on Thursday schedule to come out. Ok great. Thursday morning came and went not phone call so I called on my lunch and had to leave a message. 10 min later I got the call from the tech that he was heading to my home. He insisted that they called me. I called the office and spoke with Taylor and she stated that she was the one to call and she did speak with me and I confirmed. I looked at my call history and not call ever came into my phone between 4-5 and just because you read my number back to me correctly doesn't mean you dialed it correctly or even at all. Techs are awesome. But the office staff needs serious work and to sit and argue with me and ask me what would you like me to do about it? well nothing since you cant even get my part ordered in the timely manner and just got lucky that it came in with whatever shipment you received.

My AC went out not long after my baby was first born at the end of the hot Vegas summer - the same AC that had been "fixed" by three different companies over the last couple of months. The AC Guys came out, found the problem, and got us up and running. I waited a while before reviewing because we had thought the problem had been solved before just to run into the same issue. It has been running smooth ever since though!
The tech who was here was really nice and personable, I think his name was Arthur. And Taylor handled all the coordinating and was helpful getting us in right away.

Heat not working in my house, it’s been freezing in here, called The AC Guys, spoke to Taylor in the office, she was very pleasant and helpful. Got me on the schedule right away. Arthur the technician came out and was very knowledgeable. Explained my problem and promptly made the repair. Will use this company again.

Just had an issue with our ductwork and unit, and wanted it to run good for this summer. Arthur Woods was our tech and he was amazing! Super helpful and informative. He was on time and had our unit running great in no time. If we have an issue with our units in the future we will def be calling the AC Guys!!!!

When I contacted the AC Guys to schedule a tech appointment the dispatcher Jazzmyne Mendoza was so polite and helpful. She patiently searched for a day and time that accommodated my busy schedule. The service I received from her was excellent.

I highly recommend The AC Guys! We had a new unit installed the right way that is running perfectly! They had it installed right away and provided a temporary AC unit until the new unit was installed. They made sure the whole process went smooth with no stress from the first call, to the financing, to the installation. Great service from The AC Guys!!

I was referred to them by my home warranty. They came out and fixed my my ac in the summer and then they came out and fixed my Refrigerator. The work was done in a timely manner. They provided excellent service and cleaned up after themselves when they where done. The office staff (jasmine) was polite and answered all my questions. Keep up the good work AC GUYS

Clarence was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly! Gunny's waived the service charge as I had them perform the work.

I made an appointment and they gave me a 6 hour window...when it got close to the 6th hour I called AND texted...NO RESPONSE...I finally called an office number and was told the technician was running a bit late but that I am next and he should be there soon...that was at 12.45...when he dis NOT show up by 2.15 I called again to CANCEL!!!
SORRY, that's no way to run a business.

In a time where everywhere you go, the true art of great customer service is lost, the AC Guys have it figured out. It is no fluke as we have used their services twice now.

We had used them previously when our heater went out. They were able to quickly identify issues with our heater, ordered the parts in record time and made the repairs necessary. Then we had them come out to a new home that we were purchasing to look at the units.

The technicians Tony and Danny were prompt, knowledgeable and beyond courteous. The office staff Taylor was amazing

Nothing but amazing things to say about this company! Christy and Taylor in the office are friendly and genuinely concerned about getting your AC fixed as soon as they can get a tech. out! They sent Ron out and nothing but great things from him as well. SUPER knowledgeable and friendly. He explained to me exactly what was wrong with my unit and made sure that it was fixed in a timely fashion.! The AC guys even did a follow up call a few days after Ron fixed it just to make sure everything was OK and that I was satisfied with their service! TALK ABOUT W.O.W!!!!!!

Need a quick and reliable fix the ac guys are who you want to call. Jasmine was prompt and informative very polite. She sent ty out and he confirmed that my unit was a dump and needed to get a new unit. He got on the phone and had a quote emailed to me within 5 minutes.

My first call was to a large home AC service company for help with my home. I was not prepared for the amount of upselling I received. I then called The AC guys for a second opinion. Wow what a difference!!!! Very pragmatic approach with friendly, skilled and professional staff. The first impression was perfect. I will follow up after the repairs are complete!

I’ve had Ron out to my house a few times to fix different appliances. He is very knowledgeable and has been able to diagnose and fix the problems on the spot. He never tries to “sell” me on things I don’t need. He is very honest and it does great work. His services are reasonably priced. I highly recommend Ron.

The A/C Guys have been tremendous in their service, honesty and hard work! They maintain a great attitude from the beginning of the job to the very end.
They stay on schedule and are available to answer any question or concern. Troy and Tony installed a new A/C unit for us. We are confident the equipment is state of the art. We know they will return for periodic checks and maintenance when needed. We could not be more pleased!!!

Had my first service with The AC Guys today and I couldn't be happier with the timeliness, professionalism, knowledge and care I received, all at a very fair price! Highly recommend, especially if you own a mobile home like me.

Needed my AC unit repaired. Found the AC Guys and called to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Taylor and she was very nice and helped me find a time that worked for me. Super easy process. A tech came when they said he would. Tony found the problem and fixed it. I really recommend these guys they know what they are doing!

My AC had went out yesterday evening. It just so happened that The A/C Guys were installing a new unit at my neighbors house. I walked over there and asked if they would perhaps be able to come over and take a look at my AC. I had spoken to Troy, who as it turns out is their Field Supervisor. He said that they would stop by as soon as they had things squared away at my neighbors house. I swear it must have been only 30 minutes later, when there was a knock at my door. The first thing i noticed was how tired Troy looked. I told him if he would rather come back another time, I would understand. He said that they had just completed a 12 hour install of a high efficiency unit, but that he would be happy to take a look at my AC. He even said that worst case scenario, if he wasn't able to fix it last night, he had some portable AC's in his van that he could leave with me, until he was able to come back to service my unit!!! Troy had showed us a cost/benefit analysis of repairing vs replacing our unit. With our unit being an older model, it didn't make a whole lot of sense to repair it when it will inevitably need another repair, after repair, after repair. He was so very knowledgeable, detailed, and honest, doing what he could to work within our budget. We opted to go with the 18 Seer High Efficiency unit. The unit is scheduled to be installed tomorrow, ON THE FOURTH OF JULY. In the meanwhile we are nice and comfortable with temporary AC. I am so incredibly impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic of this company, and would highly recommend!!!

I was really impressed with the fantastic service I received from Arthur Woods. He showed up when he said he would, he was focused and professional, considerate and polite. I really appreciated his service.

I called The AC Guys by recommendation from a friend after our AC went out over the summer. Taylor was so sweet on the phone and was scheduled my appointment quickly.
Tony was on time and was able to replace the compressor that day. I'm so thankful to them for being able to save us in the heat of the summer!
