This place is awesome! I called to schedule an appointment and Taylor had excellent customer service! She was efficient and very friendly and made me an appointment immediately! Tony came out and got the job done in a timely manner! Definitely would recommend, 10/10!!!

I called The AC Guys by recommendation from a friend. My mothers unit was not working properly. I contacted the AC guys and they took care of the problem with in hours. besides fixing the problem they also service the the unit. That was very nice of them. This company has very nice office staff (Jasmine) that are sweet on the phone and they try to accommodate you in any way. The technician guys are also nice and polite. They clean after them self when the job is completed. Keep up the good work. I will recommend them to friends and family. Stay away from The Residential Service Company! You guys are the BEST

They simply are amazing! From the first call on forward. They take the time to figure it out and get things fixed. Questions were answered and i feel comfortable when i need to ask questions. They were quick and super thorough! Tony and Mikey are awesome installers and Taylor and Christy were always there when I needed them! I cant thank them enough!

After trying numerous companies, we finally found one that is amazing! The AC Guys installed a brand new system about 3 years ago. They come out on time, every time. They are great people, have incredible work ethic, and are honest and caring men and women. From the ladies that answer the phones to the guys that show up at your house...they are super kind, helpful and trustworthy.

Aug 2019 update! Still very pleased with the customer service at The AC guys! Tony was out today for a minor issue and he is always so helpful! From Melanie taking my call this morning and squeezing me into their day to the arrival of Tony, you can count on them to update you, communicate with you, and solve the problem pretty quick and efficiently. Always a pleasure to do business with The AC Guys!

The A/C Guys are an amazing company! Taylor works in the office and is very professional and responsive to any questions and concerns. They have had to fix my appliances several times. Ron arrived very fast and explained exactly what needed to be done without cutting any corners. I am very grateful to receive exceptional service from an amazing team of people. Thank you A/C Guys!

We had the pleasure of using The AC Guys on a couple of occasions and the service and quick remedy to our problems were exceptional.

The customer service we received from the office was very pleasant Taylor and the technician that came to our home was a gentleman Tony and extremely thorough. He took the time out of his busy schedule to clearly explain the issues we were having and what he did to repair them.

We were so happy with the experiences we had with the AC Guys we scheduled them to inspect and evaluate the Heating and Cooling units that gave us the confidence to move forward with another Home Purchase.

When I called I spoke with Taylor and she was able to get me in right away, she was awesome, very friendly! I was having some issues with my AC and also my refrigerator. The technicians name was Tony, he was so polite when he arrived and he explained everything thoroughly. He was able to fix both same day and it works better than ever now! I had a great experience with them from start to finish! I would definitely recommend The AC Guys and will be calling them for my future needs!

I called for a quote and spoke to Trinity. Trinity (or Dan the service coordinator) set up a service technician for the following afternoon and confirmed via phone and text message. Juron, the technician called the following day, arrived according to his eta, and was professional and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to the quote for comparison to other AC service companies.
Thus far, Gunnys gets an A+ for communication and expedient service.

Hi my service guy was Kevin, he spotted the problem in like 30 seconds quoted me a rate and serviced me within a half hour, the price could of been better but service and knowledge could not have been better. I am so relieved I got Kevin he made me feel at ease! I am truly blessed!
