These people are amazing we called the night the AC wasn't working and they came out the next day we thought we was going to have to replace the AC unit but it was just something small they had the part on them that went out and replaced it quickly. REVISED REVIEW: We called Grays LLC for regular maintenance service based on good previous experience with the owner. Before service, our system was working great. Afterward, one of two units was not working. The initial work was done by Mr. Gray's employees, but Mr. Gray personally fixed the problems (parts and labor) at no additional cost. Mr. Gray is an expert in the field and he did indeed stand behind his work. We appreciate that and say "thank you."

Commercial building with four separate air-conditioning systems. I had Grey come out and look at it today to give me evaluation of all my system As a general contractor, I’ve also used them on commercial jobs I’ve done. And today my home AC went out and they came out and did not price gouge me. They identified the source and for under $300 repaired my home AC.
