Mike's team is very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. They make sure you fully understand all the issues, and what options are available - pros and cons to each option.

I had his team come out to inspect my AC unit, then ultimately tried to have the repairs done through warranty company. When warranty company tried to deny claim for certain reasons that didn't match what Gray's told me, he quickly sent another tech out to the unit to take photos and document how the warranty company's service group was completely wrong.

Overly helpful, and went above and beyond for me. I will definitely always go to them for my HVAC needs.

Grays is prompt, communicative, and pragmatic about solutions. Highlighting what’s needed now and what to be prepared for in the future. “Your fan voltage is within limits but very close to limits. Be ready to replace this over the next year or two.” They are helpful with getting me in quickly versus a long wait. Definite recommend!

We had a regular service call scheduled for Monday with Gray's LLC but Thursday evening I noticed the house was not very cool. Looked at the thermostat and it was 10° hotter than the set temperature. Friday morning was even hotter. I called Gray's about 10:00 am and was told they could have someone out between 4-6 pm. Canyon texted at 2:30 that he was on his way. He arrived and had the problem solved within an hour. Great service, very knowledgeable and personable. We will definitely be using Gray's in the future!

Air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air. I called for service. I left a message and sent a text. With in 15 mins they got back to me. They had a handyman at my house with in a couple hours on a Sunday. Corey had the air conditioner up and running in about 2 hours. Real cold. I would definitely recommend this company.

The Gray's technicians were very professional and kind (work done Aug 5th and 7th) . They lifted off my a/c unit so the roofers could finish their work. Then replaced it and hooked it up without a hitch. They were great!

been with mike and his team for 23 years. always prompt and honest and professional. also, does not overcharge or fix things that aren't necessary....i give this company 20 stars.. best in las vegas. integrity and honesty are so hard find these days, but these guys have it 1000 percent!!!! call them first!!!!!!!

He is always cheerful, helpful, and does what he says. Grays LLC has replaced a commercial HVAC unit for us and provides maintenance for all of the 19 units on our building.
