My AC went out around 4:30pm. I contacted Blue Mountain Energy and spoke to Brendan who was very helpful and was able to get a technician out to my property the same day. The technician who came out was very professional and pleasant. He explained what was going on and different options. I would recommend them to anyone.

Elvis from Blue Mountain Energy has been out to my house twice now, once for an A/C inspection and once for a heater inspection. This guy is top tier. He took the time to show me all pictures of my system and explain to me what they are inspecting and what each piece means and what they look for. If you need help keeping up with your house, give blue mountain energy a chance. They aren't pushy with extra services at all and has always been nice! Worth the call.

These guys did exactly what they said they were going to do and fixed everything for exactly the price they said they would do it for. Doesn't get any better than that.

Have been with Infinity since 2017 at my 1st house install new unit. Newer home they installed new AC unit and have annual maintenance program too.

Company is a WASTE OF TIME. Falsely told me what part was wrong with my unit, pushed back fixing my unit by DAYS, communicated horribly with me or my property manager. Horrible, Simply Horrible.
