Very personable, explained what he was doing, and was kind.

We had a back up in our kitchen sink and laundry, they told us we had a belly in our sewer line. The men came out and dug up the line and replaced it. They worked very hard for long hours. It turned out not to be the problem. They fixed the problem and returned our money. They were honest about it and did not try to lie about it. An honest company and we will continue to do business with them. Thank you Jason.

Jeremy has not only been to my house once but multiple times to ensure my family and I stay cool for hot summer months in Vegas! Great experiences with gold medal.

This is by far one of the best if not the best HVAC company I’ve used in Las Vegas. As an owner of several rental properties for years, I used no less than a dozen of HVAC companies. This company was assigned by a home warranty company. I checked their reviews and felt pretty good about it though I know it could be a hit or miss experience. I booked the service call online at 9:00PM the night before and was contacted by Gold Medal Service about 9:00AM the very next morning with the scheduled same day service at noon. That alone is unheard of especially for our “fabulous” Las Vegas. They are responsive, capable, and efficient. Jeremy, my dispatched tech, is excellent. I was home and he arrived a bit earlier but waited until his time. He put on his shoes’ cover when he was in and out. He explained everything for me and made sure things work properly with testing.
I was skeptical because of my subpar experiences with other vendors. But this company is truly a Gold Medal in what they do. Strongly recommend these folks.

Jeremy came out on the weekend and helped us out big time when one of our units failed. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company for HVAC repair.

We use Gold Medal for all of our HVAC needs! Their techs are wonderful and they go ABOVE and BEYOND for their customers! Not long ago, we had a motor go out on a unit. The next day, the fuse blew on the thermostat, causing the unit to shut off.. they came back after hours to take care of it and get us up and running! Excellent service!!

Gold Medal once again lives up to their name. My AC went out late last night, and of course, its 110 degrees for the next week along with being a holiday weekend.
That didn't matter. They were still able to set up a same day appointment. Not just to look at the unit, but fixed it as well. This is the 2nd time I've needed their help and they delivered both times. Not to mention, the service was definately reasonably priced. Give them a call, you won't regret it.

Excellent service provided by Gold Medal, they installed my AC unit perfectly and they were very kind, my mother also needs to change her unit soon, I am glad to know that Gold Medal will help us with that too. I recommend them.

These guys are amazing! AC went out at 11am and by 1pm Jeremy was on our roof. Needed a new AC and Heat unit. The next day at 130pm Jeremy was installing our new unit. 103 degrees outside and windy in Henderson, NV is no joke and that was not an issue for these guys. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us as we had just moved here from Utah and no up to speed on these type of AC units. Jeremy answered all of our questions and didn't leave until we were completely satisfied. These days you rarely see businesses conduct themselves this way and it's refreshing. We've been waiting for 2 months to have a company install a patio cover and landscaping. That company could learn a thing or two from Gold Metal Service. Thank you guys so much. You are AWESOME!

A friend of mine who works in the Home Warranty industry recommended Gold Metal to service my AC unit. Jeremy came out, on time, with mask and made sure to put on booties to check my thermostat. He offered to change my filters ( on ceiling) if I needed, which I appreciated. He serviced my AC unit and explained what he had done and what was needed. I appreciated there was no " up selling". I have also spoken to the owner, who I give kudos to for handling a situation like a caring professional...which is rare to find in Vegas businesses these days. I highly recommend this company.

AC went down waiting for a company to respond but never heard back so this is when Gold Medal Service responded upon immediately and arrived in few hours after my call. Alex the repair guy had a mask and he was polite and professional. He took his time to make sure what caused my AC unit to go down. Few things he explained and I was very happy with the service. I will definitely recommend this company especially during dummer time in Vegas, prompt service and Quality service is what we all ask for!

I can't say they are perfect because anybody is and I'm sure they make mistakes as well, however, they have done a perfect job installing my new units. It was done in record time, they are very cool people and on spot with absolutely everything. The most incredible thing is how CLEAN THEY ARE! Most AC technicians leave a total mess and leave tools all over the place while working, Gold Medal and their technicians have just done excellent work for us so far and we will recommend them to anyone that needs AC work done!

I can't say they are wonderful on the grounds that anyone is and I'm certain they commit errors too, in any case, they have made an ideal showing introducing my new units. It was finished in record time, they are extremely cool individuals and on spot with without question, everything. The most extraordinary thing is the manner by which CLEAN THEY ARE! Most AC experts leave an all out wreck and leave devices out of control while working, Gold Decoration and their specialists have recently accomplished phenomenal work for us up to this point and we will prescribe them to anybody that needs AC work done!

On Wednesday June 5 at night I realized my AC was not working. They got someone to my place within 40 minutes. Chance was the technician and he had already been working more than 12 hours when he agreed to come see if he could repair my unit. He was able to repair it and it was not a quick or easy repair. I am so grateful he stayed until it was repaired. My AC has been working great. I would definitely recommend this company.

May 7, 2022 because my AC system loves to have issues at night and on weekends it was all of a sudden not blowing as cold as it should. A tech was to my place in less than an hour. Daryle did a fantastic job. Thankfully all I needed was some refrigerant. My A/C works great.

When we first decided to work with Gold Medal Service we were a bit concerned about how quickly they would be able to respond to our requests. But right away they put us at ease by making sure that any request was addressed within an acceptable timeframe. What’s more, they even exceeded expectations – often times coming in ahead of schedule!

Jeremy was excellent! He was on time and very quick about his work. He was knowledgeable and he explained everything we needed to know about the situation with our furnace. We plan to use Gold Medal again in the future.

Absolutely incredible service! Their maintenance plans are very fairly priced for the value. The techs are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and go above and beyond... like our last tech, Jeremy, who took extra time to explain/check wiring for us dummies who tried to DIY install a smart thermostat.
