This company lost one of their best technicians. Another technician came out and he was terrible and had bad customer service. I would not recommend using this company. They are also overpriced.

The company was there when needed. The tech was great ,and was quick to find the problem. The only reason I said 4 intead of 5 stars was bc it was a little more pricey then I thought it would be. But wouldnt hesitate to call these guys first regardless. Thank you.

Had my water heater go out and called these guys, Fernando came out and change it out, got a better price from them then any other place I talked to. Fernando did a great job, even came back after a hour to check out how it was working.

Called Techcool for a kitchen sink issue. Received a response very quickly and set an appointment for the following day. My tech Javiar showed up within the first hour. Very polite and even put booties on his feet before coming into my home. Quickly found the problem and took care of it. Even put my planter and flower pots back in place!! I am extremely satisfied with Techcool Air conditioning and plumbing, I’ve had truly bad experiences with other plumbing companies; however, Hector in Techcool Air Conditioning and Plumbing was amazing! He was able to find the leak in my wall that three other plumbers failed to find. This issue has been on going for the past six months but thanks to Hector ‘s attention to detail this has been fixed. TECHCOOL Air Conditioning is awesome. We had an issue with our A/C not cooling. We called our home warranty and they sent out a company that was unable to fix the problem. We requested another company and we were sent the best. Zack from TECHCOOL arrived was honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Zack was able to find the problem and fix it.
