They came on time inside that window and had great communication along the way. Iris was our technician and she is professional and super knowledgeable and fast! I have used this company for years and everyone from the owner/founder (Jonathan) to the technicians (like Jeremy) deliver great service. When they share their knowledge with you, you can trust it. Jeremy came out to inspect my AC unit after hours and provided insight to repairs that needed to be completed. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about options that I had to make sure it fit in my budget. The service was good as gold.

I just had a service appointment with Jeremy from Gold Medal Service. Besides being a little early for his appointment (a good thing!) Jeremy was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the options I had in regard to the AC system in my condo unit. He was very patient and answered any questions or concerns that I had.

After being out of my home for 7 years to care for my Mother as she was given a 2 year life expectancy. She hung in for 7 years. Upon moving back home, I quickly discovered my A/C unit outside and the inside unit with the air return and electric heat were just trashed. They put a big beautiful system outside and inside. Since having these units 3 years now I just had my first breakdown, but they came to fix it as fast as they could. It was covered under warranty. I want to say something about what I bought from Gold Medal. It is hands down the most efficient unit in my condo complex. I am close with all my neighbors so when I here them complain about $250 to even $400 per month power bills I quickly refer Gold Medal to them. The hot months are always higher but with the efficient units they installed, I have never paid over $85 a month for my power bill during the heat season. In the cooler months my bills bounce between $35 to $50 per month. I run my air daily at 70 degrees 24/7 while my neighbors on average are at 78 degrees with a few who drop it to 68 degrees. Their older units(some 30 years old) are just not efficient at all and the air is just not as cold. I tell them constantly and show them my bills in comparison, and explain to them just how much money they'd save if they just called Gold Medal and asked for Tana. The unit pays for itself quickly in savings. The employees are all friendly and helpful and if you are in need of such services then call Tana at Gold Medal. You won't regret it, and your neighbors will appreciate the old and loud as hell, screeching and banging units being updated. And you will not miss $250 to $400 per month power bills at all. For the last 3 years my overall 12 month average for power is about $65 a month now. During the cold months I have bills as low as $35. During the hottest months my highest bill was $85. Never thought I'd ever see power bills so low in these times. Best of luck. I hope you take this info and run with it. Excellent company.🤩🤩

Boy am I glad I’m a Gold Club Member! I spent $179 back in the fall for 2 inspections and they just came for the Summer one. I thought my system was fine but come to find out I was moments away from a breakdown. Seth was super nice, professional and thoroughly looked at everything, even showed me the burnt wires etc. I can’t even understand how it was even still working! Plus I’m getting 15% off all of my repairs being a member. In this heat, I definitely don’t want to be caught without AC so THANK YOU GOLD MEDAL for offering this service to our community!
